TWC (The White Communications, CEO Park Min-young), a company specializing in AI operations, announced on December 24, 2021, that it had acquired the ‘ISO/IEC: 27001,’ an international standard information security certification.
ISO/IEC 27001, acquired by TWC, is a globally recognized international standard information security certification. It can be obtained only if the company meets the very strict standards and pass examinations of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). In order to obtain the certification, it is necessary to pass an examination which put 114
33management standards in 14 areas up to the test. The standards include ▲information protection policy ▲physical security ▲information access control.
TWC acquired international security certification for the first time as a Korean company by combining the integrated customer consultation solution and operation procedures. As a result, TWC is now confirmed as a company that is equipped with operational capabilities that offers high level of information security. In other words, TWC has been recognized as a company that can offer and manage Information protection and security-related safety issues that may rise while clients outsource the customer care service.
