다비오(Dabeeo)가 스마트 시티 혁신을 위한 실내외 지도 플랫폼과 AI 기반 길 안내 서비스로 주목받고 있다. 최근 다비오는 무역센터 테스트베드 프로그램에 참여해 QR 기반 위치 안내 서비스 Mobile-DID의 실증 프로젝트를 성공적으로 진행 중이다.
Mobile-DID 는 복잡한 실내외 공간에서 QR 코드만 스캔하면 사용자가 별도의 앱 다운로드 없이 길 안내를 받을 수 있어 편리성을 크게 높였다. 현대백화점 면세점, 코엑스몰, 주차장 등에서 Mobile-DID 를 활용하면 사용자는 길 찾기뿐 아니라 매장 위치 및 관련 맞춤형 정보를 실시간으로 제공받을 수 있다.
Mobile-DID 의 핵심 강점은 데이터 분석 능력이다. QR 코드 위치 별 사용량 및 검색 키워드 등 다양한 통계 데이터를 제공한다. 다비오는 이를 통해 혼잡한 구역의 QR 코드 배치를 통해 효율적인 동선 관리를 지원하고 있다.
다비오는 무역협회와 협업하며 매월 실증 결과를 바탕으로 Mobile-DID 의 기능 고도화를 추진하고 있으며, 코엑스와 현대백화점 면세점 등과 협력해 사용자 경험을 개선해왔다. 텍스트 및 이미지 검색 AI, 리뷰 분석 기능 등으로 길 안내의 정밀도를 높였으며, 내부 직원용 검색 챗봇 기능도 도입해 고객 서비스의 정확성과 품질을 강화하고 있다.
다비오는 Mobile-DID 솔루션을 바탕으로 글로벌 스마트 시티 프로젝트에도 적극 참여할 계획이다. 국내외 다양한 스마트 시티 프로젝트에서 쌓은 데이터와 기술을 기반으로 Mobile-DID 가 글로벌 시장에서도 핵심적인 역할을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Davio, Easy Wayfinding with QR Codes Inside and Outside “No Reason to Get Lost”
Dabeeo is gaining attention for its indoor/outdoor map platform and AI-based route guidance service for smart city innovation. Recently, Dabeeo participated in the Trade Center Testbed Program and is successfully conducting a demonstration project for the QR-based location guidance service Mobile-DID.
Mobile-DID has greatly improved convenience by allowing users to receive directions without downloading a separate app by simply scanning a QR code in complex indoor and outdoor spaces. By utilizing Mobile-DID in Hyundai Department Store duty-free shops, COEX Mall, parking lots, etc., users can not only find directions but also receive store locations and related customized information in real time.
The core strength of Mobile-DID is its data analysis capabilities. It provides various statistical data such as usage by QR code location and search keywords. Through this, Davio supports efficient route management through QR code placement in congested areas.
Davio is working with trade associations to improve the functionality of Mobile-DID based on monthly verification results, and has improved user experience through collaborations with COEX and Hyundai Department Store Duty Free Shop. The accuracy of route guidance has been improved with text and image search AI and review analysis functions, and the accuracy and quality of customer service has been enhanced by introducing a search chatbot function for internal employees.
Based on the Mobile-DID solution, Davio also plans to actively participate in global smart city projects. Based on the data and technology accumulated in various smart city projects at home and abroad, it is expected that Mobile-DID will be able to play a key role in the global market.
