알스퀘어의 이용균 대표이사가 국토교통 업무 발전에 기여한 공로를 인정받아 2024년 국토교통부 장관 표창을 수상했다.
이번 수상으로 알스퀘어는 2022년 소프트웨어산업 발전 유공 대통령 표창과 2023년 기업혁신대상 산업통상자원부 장관상에 이어 3년 연속 정부 장관급 이상의 포상을 수상하게 됐다.
이용균 대표는 2012년부터 알스퀘어를 이끌며 30만 건 이상의 부동산 데이터를 기반으로 소프트웨어와 솔루션을 개발, 상업용 부동산 시장의 정보 불균형과 불투명성 해소에 기여해왔다. 특히 2024년에는 ‘알스퀘어 애널리틱스(R.A)’와 데이터허브, 홈닷 등 IT 서비스를 통해 공실률, 임대료, 임차 매물, 매매 추이, 건물 비교 분석, 등기, 집합건물 관리 등 종합적인 부동산 정보 서비스를 제공하고 있다.
또한, 이용균 대표는 벤처기업협회 스타트업위원장으로서 국내 스타트업의 글로벌 진출을 적극 지원하고 있다. 최근에는 벤처기업협회와 코리아스타트업포럼과 함께 ‘UKF 82 스타트업 서밋 2025’에 참가할 유망 스타트업 5개사를 선정하고, 실리콘밸리 현지 VC 매칭 등 해외 진출을 위한 실질적인 지원을 펼치고 있다.
