ICT 실증 특례로 지정된 콘택트렌즈 온라인 배송 플랫폼 ‘내눈N’을 개발한 ㈜픽셀로(대표 강석명)가 최근에 ‘토스페이먼츠’와 전자지급결제대행(PG) 서비스 제휴 계약을 체결했다고 13일 밝혔다.
내눈N은 그동안 의료법에 따라 불법으로 간주되었던 온라인 콘택트렌즈 구매, 배송을 가능하게 만든 국내 최초 플랫폼으로, 더 신속하고 안전한 결제를 지원하게 되었다.
기존에는 안경원에 직접 가지않고 렌즈를 직구하거나 온라인으로 구매하는 것이 법적 제약을 받았으나, 픽셀로 내눈N 애플리케이션은 이러한 제약을 극복하고 온라인 렌즈 배송을 합법적으로 제공하는 혁신적인 서비스를 선보였다.
이번 제휴는 비바리퍼블리카(토스) 전자지급결제대행(PG) 계열사인 토스페이먼츠와의 협력을 통해 이루어졌다. 내눈N은 PG 서비스를 도입, 결제 신속성과 안전성을 더욱 강화할 수 있게 되었다. 특히, 내눈N의 새로운 정산지급대행 서비스는 구매자가 결제한 대금을 내눈N 대신 PG사가 수취하여 입점 안경원들에게 직접 입금하는 방식으로 운영된다. 이를 통해 거래의 투명성을 높이고, 미정산 문제를 예방하는 안전한 결제 환경을 마련하게 되었다.
강석명 픽셀로 대표는 “이번 제휴를 통해 입점 안경원들이 더욱 안심하고 판매할 수 있는 거래 환경을 구축할 수 있게 되었으며, 모든 이용자가 신뢰할 수 있는 서비스를 제공하기 위해 지속적으로 노력하겠다.”고 말했다.
픽셀로는 앞으로도 내눈N을 기반으로 더 나은 서비스와 사용자 경험을 제공하기 위한 다양한 기술적 발전을 이어갈 계획이다.
한편 픽셀로는 IBK기업은행의 창업육성 플랫폼 IBK창공(創工) 구로 2기 육성기업으로 액셀러레이터 씨엔티테크㈜(대표 전화성, CNT테크)가 함께 육성을 맡았다.

Pixel's 'My Eye N' Signs PG Service Partnership Agreement with Toss Payments
Pixelo Co., Ltd. (CEO Seok-myeong Kang), the developer of the contact lens online delivery platform 'Naenun N', which was designated as an ICT demonstration special case, announced on the 13th that it recently signed an electronic payment gateway (PG) service partnership agreement with 'Toss Payments'.
Naenun N is the first platform in Korea to enable online contact lens purchase and delivery, which was previously considered illegal under the Medical Act, and now supports faster and safer payments.
Previously, there were legal restrictions on purchasing lenses directly or online without going directly to an optical store, but the Pixel My Eyes N application has overcome these restrictions and introduced an innovative service that legally provides online lens delivery.
This partnership was achieved through collaboration with Toss Payments, an electronic payment agency (PG) affiliate of Viva Republica (Toss). By introducing the PG service, Naenun N was able to further enhance payment speed and safety. In particular, Naenun N’s new settlement payment agency service is operated in a way that the PG company receives the payment made by the buyer on behalf of Naenun N and deposits it directly to the participating optical shops. This has created a safe payment environment that increases the transparency of transactions and prevents non-settlement issues.
Kang Seok-myeong, CEO of Pixelo, said, “Through this partnership, we have been able to create a trading environment where optical shops can sell with greater confidence, and we will continue to strive to provide a service that all users can trust.”
Pixel plans to continue to make various technological advancements based on NaenunN to provide better services and user experiences in the future.
Meanwhile, Pixel was incubated as a 2nd term incubation company of IBK Changgong (創工), a startup incubation platform of IBK Industrial Bank of Korea, and was jointly incubated by accelerator CNT Tech Co., Ltd. (CEO Jeon Hwa-seong, CNT Tech).

内目Nはこれまで医療法により違法とみなされたオンラインコンタクトレンズの購入、配送を可能にした国内初のプラットフォームで、より迅速で安全な決済を支援することになった。
従来は眼鏡源に直接行かず、レンズを直球したりオンラインで購入することが法的制約を受けていたが、ピクセルで割ったNアプリケーションは、これらの制約を克服し、オンラインレンズ配送を合法的に提供する革新的なサービスを披露した。
今回の提携はビバリパブリカ（トス）電子支払決済代行（ＰＧ）系列会社であるトスペイメンツとの協力を通じて行われた。内目NはPGサービスを導入、決済迅速性と安全性をさらに強化できるようになった。特に、内目Nの新しい決済支払代行サービスは、購入者が決済した代金を出したNの代わりにPG社が受け取り、入店メガネ員に直接入金する方式で運営される。これにより取引の透明性を高め、未決済問題を予防する安全な決済環境を設けることになった。
カン・ソクミョンピクセルで代表は「今回の提携を通じて入店メガネ員がより安心して販売できる取引環境を構築できるようになり、すべての利用者が信頼できるサービスを提供するために継続的に努力する」と話した。
ピクセルでは、今後も目にしたNを基に、より良いサービスとユーザー体験を提供するための多様な技術的発展を続ける計画だ。
一方、ピクセルとしてはIBK企業銀行の創業育成プラットフォーム「IBK創工」区で2期育成企業で、アクセラレーターCエンティテック(代表電話性、CNTテック)が共に育成を引き受けた。

Pixelo旗下“My Eyes N”与Tos Payments签署PG服务合作协议
开发被指定为ICT示范特例的隐形眼镜在线配送平台“My Eyes N”的Pixello株式会社（代表理事姜锡明） 13日宣布，最近签署了电子支付网关协议(PG) 与“Tos Payments”的服务合作协议。
My Eye N 是韩国第一个支持在线隐形眼镜购买和交付的平台，以前根据医疗法被认为是非法的，现在支持更快、更安全的支付。
此前，直接或在线购买镜片而无需直接去找配镜师的情况存在法律限制，但 Pixelro Naeyeon N 应用程序克服了这些限制，并推出了一项创新服务，可以合法地提供在线镜片交付。
此次合作是通过与 Viva Republica (Toss) 旗下电子支付机构 (PG) 附属公司 Toss Payments 的合作实现的。通过引入PG服务，Naenun N能够进一步提升支付速度和安全性。特别是，Naenun N新推出的结算支付代理服务的运作方式是，PG公司代表Naenun N收取买家支付的款项，并将其直接存入店内的配镜师处。通过这一点，我们创建了一个安全的支付环境，提高了交易透明度并防止了无法结算的问题。
Pixelro首席执行官Seokmyeong Kang表示：“通过此次合作，我们将能够构建一个让眼镜商能够更加放心地销售的交易环境，我们将继续努力提供所有用户都可以信赖的服务。”
Pixello计划在Naenun N的基础上继续进行各种技术开发，以提供更好的服务和用户体验。
