클라우드 소프트웨어 전문 기업 오케스트로(대표 김범재)가 정부가 추진하는 클라우드 네이티브 전환 사업의 첫 번째 사례인 행정안전부(이하 행안부) 긴급신고 공동관리센터 클라우드 네이티브 전환 사업을 수주했다고 밝혔다.
정부는 지난해 4월 공공서비스의 디지털 혁신을 가속화하기 위해, ‘디지털플랫폼정부 실현계획’을 발표했다. 이에 따라, 공공 클라우드 네이티브 전환 계획의 시발점으로 진행된 ‘24년 클라우드 네이티브 전환 상세설계 사업’의 결과를 토대로 본격적인 전환 사업에 착수한다. 긴급신고 공동관리센터 클라우드 네이티브 전환사업은 이번 계획의 첫 단계로, 총 59억 원 규모의 대형 사업이다. 클라우드 네이티브 전환이 예정된 여러 기관과 IT 업계의 주목을 받고 있다.

긴급신고 공동관리센터는 재난·사고 신고 접수 체계 개선을 위해 21개에 달하던 복잡한 신고전화를 통합해 (범죄 112, 재난 119, 민원 110) 문제 발생 시 관계기관에서 공동 대응하는 국가적 중요 서비스를 제공한다. 이번 클라우드 네이티브 전환 사업은 긴급신고 공동활용·대응시스템과 긴급신고 바로앱을 클라우드 네이티브 기반으로 전환하고, 정보시스템 운영·관리 환경을 현대화하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 통해, 소방·해경·경찰 간 긴급신고 정보의 실시간 공유와 신고 이관 등의 협력 기능을 강화하고 공동 대응 체계를 구축하여, 국가 재난 상황에서 더욱 신속히 대응할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
오케스트로는 클라우드의 장점을 최대한 활용할 수 있도록 클라우드에 최적화된 마이크로서비스 아키텍처(MSA)를 도입해 인프라 사용을 최적화하고, 다양한 긴급신고 기관 간의 연계와 보안을 강화할 예정이다. 또한, 사용자들에게 안정적이고 효율적인 운영 서비스를 제공하기 위해 데브섹옵스(DevSecOps) 솔루션을 활용해 자동화된 배포와 최적화된 운영 체계를 지원할 계획이다.
