한국핀테크산업협회(회장 한패스 대표 이근주, 이하 협회)는 21일 삼정호텔 라벤더홀에서 2025년도 제1차 정기이사회를 열고 부회장에 DSRV 김지윤 대표이사·이사사에 옥타솔루션 박만성 대표이사를 선임했다.
DSRV는 밸리데이터 부문 블록체인 기업으로, 네트워크 운영 커스터디, 월렛 등 블록체인 기술 전분야 수직계열화 기반으로 글로벌 결제시장에 진출을 추진하고 있다.
옥타솔루션은 레그테크 기술을 적용한 금융 준법 솔루션을 핀테크 기업들에 공급하는 기업으로, 자금세탁방지(AML), 해외금융계좌신고법/공통보고기준(FATCA/CRS), 독립적 감사, 클라우드 사스 자금세탁방지(CLOUD SaaS AML) 솔루션 등 다양한 기업에 금융준법 솔루션을 제공하고 있다.
한편 한국핀테크산업협회는 금융위원회 설립 인가 비영리 사단법인으로, 핀테크 기업의 목소리를 대변하는 국내 최대의 핀테크 네트워크 기관이다. 다양한 분야에서 디지털금융 혁신을 선도하고 있는 500여 개 핀테크 기업이 회원사로 참여하고 있다.

The Korea Fintech Industry Association (Chairman Hanpass CEO Lee Geun-joo, hereinafter referred to as the Association) held its first regular board meeting for 2025 at the Lavender Hall of Samjeong Hotel on the 21st and appointed DSRV CEO Kim Ji-yoon as Vice Chairman and Octasolution CEO Park Man-seong as Director.
DSRV is a blockchain company in the validator sector, and is pursuing entry into the global payment market based on vertical integration across all areas of blockchain technology, including network operation custody and wallet.
Octasolution is a company that provides financial compliance solutions that apply regtech technology to fintech companies. It provides financial compliance solutions to various companies, including anti-money laundering (AML), Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act/Common Reporting Standards (FATCA/CRS), independent audit, and cloud SaaS AML solutions.
Meanwhile, the Korea Fintech Industry Association is a non-profit corporation authorized by the Financial Services Commission and is the largest fintech network organization in Korea that represents the voices of fintech companies. Approximately 500 fintech companies leading digital financial innovation in various fields are participating as members.

一方、韓国フィンテック産業協会は金融委員会設立認定非営利社団法人で、フィンテック企業の声を代弁する国内最大のフィンテックネットワーク機関である様々な分野でデジタル金融イノベーションをリードしている500社以上のフィンテック企業が会員会社として参加している。
