고정밀, 고해상도 공간 디지털 트윈 플랫폼 기업 ㈜테크트리이노베이션(대표이사 최승엽)이 기술 개발 및 마케팅 활동 강화에 나선다.
테크트리이노베이션과 ㈜리모샷(대표이사 정상훈)은 3D 기반 디지털 트윈 환경의 연구·교육·조사·활용을 위해 상호 협력하기로 하고 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 23일 밝혔다. 이번 협약은 테크트리이노베이션이 구축하고 있는 공간 디지털 트윈 리소스를 활용해 연구와 교육, 실질적 활용 방안을 모색함으로써 디지털 트윈 기술의 무한한 가능성을 극대화하고자 마련됐다.
이번 협약을 통해 양사는 디지털 트윈 연구와 정보 교류, ICT 기술을 기반으로 한 디지털 콘텐츠 개발 및 마케팅 협력, 그리고 3D 디지털 트윈 관련 포괄적인 연구와 교육, 조사 및 활용 사업에서 협력할 예정이다. 더불어 온·오프라인 통합 마케팅 시스템 구축에도 함께 힘을 모으기로 했다.
테크트리이노베이션은 건축 및 구조물, 단차, 도로, 식생 등 다양한 현실의 객체를 그대로 디지털로 구현한 고정밀, 고해상도 공간 디지털 트윈 플랫폼 구축에 강점을 가진 기업으로, 다양한 솔루션 및 기능을 플랫폼에 통합한 고도화된 디지털 환경을 구축하고 있다. 한편, 협약을 체결한 ㈜리모샷은 유니티(Unity)와 언리얼엔진(Unreal Engine)을 활용해 3D 디지털 콘텐츠를 전문적으로 제작하는 선도 기업으로, 국립중앙의료원, 소방청, 경찰청 등과의 협업을 통해 XR, VR, AR 콘텐츠 제작에서도 우수한 성과를 보유하고 있다.
정상훈 리모샷 대표는 “양사는 공공 및 민간 분야에서 디지털 혁신을 주도하고 있는 디지털 트윈 기술을 기반으로 다양한 협력 사업을 추진할 것”이라며 “양사의 강점을 살려 빠르게 변화하는 고개들의 요구를 충족시킬 수 있을 것을 기대한다”고 설명했다.

한편 테크트리이노베이션은 지난해 고정밀, 고해상도 공간 디지털 트윈 플랫폼 어라운드(AROUND)를 공식 출시하고, 국내외의 국방 및 정부기관을 중심으로 수요처를 지속적으로 확대, 성장 중이다. 어라운드는 기존의 디지털 트윈 플랫폼과 달리 상대적으로 월등하게 저렴한 유지보수 비용, 단일 솔루션 구조가 아닌 플랫폼 구조로 구축되어 하나의 공간 디지털 트윈을 활용해 다양한 솔루션 및 서비스의 확장이 가능한 것이 특징이다.
