㈜니즈퍼샌드와 (사)한국블록체인콘텐츠협회는 6일 블록체인 콘텐츠의 글로벌 시장 진출을 지원하기 위해 양해각서(MOU)를 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약에 따라 양사는 블록체인 콘텐츠의 글로벌 시장 진출을 위한 상호 협력에 나설 예정이다. 양사는 상호 호혜의 원칙에 따라 협력하며, 시장 개척과 사업 확대를 위해 필요한 구체적인 협력 방안에 대해 별도로 논의할 예정이다. 또한, 협력 과정에서 확보한 상호 사업 관련 정보는 대외비로 처리되며, 정보 공개가 필요한 경우 상대방의 서면 승인을 받은 후 공개된다.
한국블록체인콘텐츠협회는 게임, 교육, 플랫폼, 솔루션 등 다양한 분야에서 활동하는 블록체인 콘텐츠 기업들이 가입된 비영리 단체로, 건전하고 투명한 디지털 콘텐츠 산업 조성 및 중소 콘텐츠 기업의 발전을 목표로 설립되었다. 협회는 디앱(DApp)을 활용하여 블록체인 콘텐츠 시장의 육성에 집중하고 있으며, 탈중앙화, 비용 절감, 신뢰성, 보안성 등을 바탕으로 주요 산업 발전에 기여하고 있다.
