한국소프트웨어산업협회 조준희 협회장(유라클 대표이사)이 디지털플랫폼정부위원회 산하 글로벌 DPG얼라이언스 의장 자격으로 2월 11일부터 13일(현지시간)까지 두바이에서 열리는 ‘2025 월드거버먼트 서밋(World Government Summit)’에 초청되어 참석한다.
조 회장은 서밋에서 한국의 디지털플랫폼정부 행정 모델을 소개하고, 세계 각국의 공공 디지털 전환 사례와 AI 행정 도입 방안을 모색할 예정이다. 월드거버먼트 서밋은 UAE 총리실이 주관하는 연례 국제행사로, 세계 우수 정부기관의 전문지식을 아랍 지역 공공분야 지도자와 공유하는 자리다. 올해 행사에는 일론 머스크 테슬라 최고경영자(CEO), 래리 엘리슨 오라클 공동 창업자, 조셉 차이 알리바바 회장 등 글로벌 기업 수장들이 대거 참석할 것으로 알려졌다.
방문단은 서밋 기간 중 주요 컨퍼런스와 라운드테이블에 참여하는 한편, 전날인 10일에는 아부다비 정부 산하 글로벌 AI 투자기업인 MGX를 방문했다. MGX는 UAE 국부 펀드인 무바달라 인베스트먼트와 국영 AI 기업 G42가 지난 2024년 설립했다. MGX는 최근 미국 정부가 추진하는 AI 인프라 프로젝트 ‘스타게이트’에 투자사로 참여하는 등 AI 사업에 집중하고 있다. 조 회장은 데이비드 스콧(David Scott) MGX 최고전략책임자(CSO) 등과 국내 기업들과의 글로벌 AI협력 방안에 대해서 논의했다.
마지막 날인 13일에는 DPG얼라이언스와 아부다비 국영기업들과의 업무협약식이 예정되어 있어 한-UAE 간 디지털 정부 협력이 한층 강화될 것으로 기대된다.
조준희 회장은 “이번 월드거버먼트 서밋 참석을 계기로 한국의 AI 기술력과 UAE의 혁신 의지를 결합해 양국의 디지털 정부 발전을 가속화할 것”이라며 “특히 AI 분야 협력을 통해 우리 기업들의 중동 지역 진출을 적극 지원하고, 글로벌 시장에서의 새로운 기회를 창출해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

Korea Software Industry Association Chairman Cho Jun-hee attends '2025 World Government Summit'
Korea Software Industry Association Chairman Cho Jun-hee (CEO of Yuracle) has been invited to attend the '2025 World Government Summit' held in Dubai from February 11 to 13 (local time) in his capacity as Chairman of the Global DPG Alliance under the Digital Platform Government Committee.
At the summit, Chairman Cho will introduce Korea’s digital platform government administration model and explore public digital transformation cases and AI administration introduction plans from around the world. The World Government Summit is an annual international event hosted by the UAE Prime Minister’s Office, where the expertise of the world’s leading government agencies is shared with public sector leaders in the Arab region. This year’s event is expected to be attended by a number of global business leaders, including Tesla CEO Elon Musk, Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison, and Alibaba Chairman Joseph Tsai.
The delegation participated in major conferences and roundtables during the summit, and on the previous day (the 10th), they visited MGX, a global AI investment company under the Abu Dhabi government. MGX was established in 2024 by Mubadala Investment, the UAE's sovereign wealth fund, and G42, a state-owned AI company. MGX has recently been focusing on AI businesses, such as participating as an investor in the US government's AI infrastructure project 'Stargate'. Chairman Cho discussed global AI cooperation with domestic companies with David Scott, MGX's Chief Strategy Officer (CSO).
On the final day, the 13th, a business agreement signing ceremony between the DPG Alliance and Abu Dhabi state-owned enterprises is scheduled, which is expected to further strengthen digital government cooperation between Korea and the UAE.
Chairman Cho Jun-hee said, “Through this World Government Summit, we will accelerate the development of digital governments in both countries by combining Korea’s AI technology and the UAE’s will to innovate.” He added, “In particular, through cooperation in the AI field, we will actively support our companies’ advancement into the Middle East and create new opportunities in the global market.”

韩国软件行业协会会长赵俊熙（Yuracle代表）以数字平台政府委员会下属全球DPG联盟主席的身份，受邀出席2月11日至13日（当地时间）在迪拜举行的“2025世界政府峰会”。
峰会上，赵会长将介绍韩国数字平台政府行政模式，并探讨全球公共数字化转型案例及AI行政导入计划。世界政府峰会是阿联酋总理办公室主办的年度国际盛会，汇集世界各地的主要政府机构，与阿拉伯地区的公共部门领导人分享专业知识。预计今年的活动将有众多全球商界领袖出席，包括特斯拉首席执行官埃隆·马斯克、甲骨文联合创始人拉里·埃里森和阿里巴巴董事长蔡崇信。
代表团在峰会期间参加了各大会议及圆桌会议，并于前一天即10日拜访了阿布扎比政府旗下的全球人工智能投资公司MGX。 MGX 由阿联酋主权财富基金穆巴达拉投资公司和国有人工智能公司 G42 于 2024 年创立。 MGX 专注于人工智能业务，例如最近作为投资者参与了美国政府推动的人工智能基础设施项目“星际之门”。赵会长与MGX首席战略官（CSO）David Scott就与国内企业的全球AI合作进行了探讨。

Le président de l'Association coréenne de l'industrie du logiciel, Cho Jun-hee (PDG de Yuracle), a été invité à assister au « Sommet mondial du gouvernement 2025 » qui se tiendra à Dubaï du 11 au 13 février (heure locale) en sa qualité de président de l'Alliance mondiale DPG sous l'égide du Comité gouvernemental de la plate-forme numérique.
Lors du sommet, le président Cho présentera le modèle administratif gouvernemental de la plateforme numérique de la Corée du Sud et explorera des cas de transformation numérique publique et de plans d'introduction de l'administration de l'IA dans le monde entier. Le Sommet mondial des gouvernements est un événement international annuel organisé par le bureau du Premier ministre des Émirats arabes unis qui rassemble les principales agences gouvernementales du monde entier pour partager leur expertise avec les dirigeants du secteur public de la région arabe. L'événement de cette année devrait réunir un certain nombre de chefs d'entreprise mondiaux, dont le PDG de Tesla, Elon Musk, le cofondateur d'Oracle, Larry Ellison, et le président d'Alibaba, Joseph Tsai.
La délégation a participé à d'importantes conférences et tables rondes lors du sommet et, la veille, le 10, elle a visité MGX, une société mondiale d'investissement en IA sous l'égide du gouvernement d'Abou Dhabi.
