휴넷이 후원하는 사단법인 행복한성공(이사장 이의근)은 무료 최고경영자(CEO) 과정 ‘행복한 경영대학’ 17기를 모집한다고 밝혔다.
지원자격은 창립 3년 이상, 직원 수 30명 이상 기업의 CEO이며, 자격 조건에 충족하지 못하더라도 행복경영 실천 의지가 강한 스타트업 및 벤처기업 CEO라면 특별 지원할 수 있다. 모집 기한은 오는 3월 2일까지이며, 서류 심사를 거쳐 총 100여 명을 선발할 예정이다.
본 과정은 3월 17일 입학식을 시작으로 3개월간 매주 월요일에 진행되며, 교육비는 전액 무료다. 수업은 실시간 라이브를 통해 온·오프라인으로 참여할 수 있다.
17기 과정에는 ▲고운세상코스메틱 이주호 대표(프로텍터십) ▲인코칭 홍의숙 회장(행복에너지로 만드는 최고의 성과) ▲코글로닷컴 이금룡 회장(지속 성장을 위한 변화와 혁신) ▲한국협업진흥협회 윤은기 회장(초성과 초리스크시대: 신경영과 뉴리더십) ▲휴넷 조영탁 대표(행복경영 & 행복한 리더십) 등의 강연이 진행될 예정이다.
‘행복한 경영대학’은 휴넷이 ‘행복경영’의 확산을 위해 만든 CEO 대상의 무료 최고경영자 과정이다. 2016년에 시작해 현재까지 900여 개 기업의 CEO가 본 과정을 수료하고, 소속 기업에 행복경영 제도를 도입하고 있다. 동문기업들의 성공 스토리를 담은 도서 ‘스몰 석세스’(2022년), ‘잘되는 강소기업의 비밀’(2023년), ‘슈퍼 강소기업’(2024년)이 출간됐다.
한편 중소기업의 자문을 맡아줄 전문가도 함께 모집한다. 세무∙회계, 인사∙노무, 마케팅∙홍보, 법률 등의 전문가라면 지원 가능하다.

Hunet, 'Happy Management University' 17th class recruitment
Happy Success (Chairman Lee Ui-geun), a non-profit organization sponsored by Hunet , announced that it is recruiting the 17th class of the free CEO course, ‘Happy Management University.’
Applicants must be CEOs of companies that have been in business for more than 3 years and have more than 30 employees. Even if they do not meet the qualification requirements, they can still apply if they are CEOs of startups and venture companies with a strong will to practice happiness management.
