코스닥 상장을 추진 중인 산업용 AIoT 플랫폼 솔루션 기업 심플랫폼 강태신 대표(CEO)는 12일 여의도에서 기업공개(IPO) 간담회에서 이 같은 포부를 밝혔다. 이번 간담회에서는 심플랫폼의 핵심 기술과 사업 성과, 향후 비전이 공유됐다.
2011년 설립된 심플랫폼은 인공지능(AI)과 사물인터넷(IoT)을 결합한 ‘AIoT’ 기술을 바탕으로 산업 데이터를 효율적으로 수집·분석·활용하는 전문 기업이다. 특히, AI를 활용해 양품과 불량품을 명확히 구분하는 품질 관리 솔루션을 보유하고 있으며, 이를 통해 제조업 등 다양한 산업군에서 데이터 기반 의사 결정을 지원하고 있다.
심플랫폼의 AIoT 기술은 여러 산업군에서 실질적인 성과를 창출하고 있다. 반도체 부문에서는 국내 주요 반도체 기업과 협업해 웨이퍼 검사 및 설비 이상 감지를 수행, 기존 대비 데이터 정확도를 향상시켰다. 디스플레이 부문에서는 메탈 마스크 제조업체와 협업해 불량률을 감소시켰고, 공공부문에서는 반도체 검사 기술을 활용해 등심 등급 판별 AI를 개발, 축산물 품질 평가원과 협업해 객관적인 등급 평가 모델을 구축했다. 헬스케어 부문에서는 강남 세브란스 병원과 협업해 환자의 바이탈 데이터 통합 관리 AI 시스템을 구축했으며, 스포츠테크 부문에서는 국가대표 배드민턴팀 경기력 분석 AI를 도입했다.
강 대표는 “이번 코스닥 상장을 통해 신뢰성과 확장성을 확보하고, 보다 적극적인 영업 활동을 전개해 나갈 것이다”며 “상장을 발판으로 심플랫폼의 AIoT 기술을 더욱 다양한 산업에 빠르게 적용시킬 계획이다”고 밝혔다.
심플랫폼은 이번 IPO를 통해 92만 주를 신규 모집한다. 공모 희망가는 13,000원~15.000원이다. 조달된 자금은 AIoT 기술 고도화, 글로벌 시장 진출 및 산업 확장에 투자할 계획이다.
오는 3월 6일까지 수요예측을 거쳐 공모가를 확정한 뒤 3월 11~12일 일반 청약을 받고 이달중으로 코스닥시장에 상장할 예정이다. 대표 주관사는 KB증권이다.

In particular, it has a quality management solution that clearly distinguishes between good and bad products using AI, and through this, it supports data-based decision-making in various industries such as manufacturing.
Simple Platform's AIoT technology is producing tangible results in various industries. In the semiconductor sector, we collaborated with major domestic semiconductor companies to perform wafer inspection and equipment abnormality detection, thereby improving data accuracy compared to the past. In the display sector, we collaborated with metal mask manufacturers to reduce the defect rate, and in the public sector, we developed an AI for determining sirloin grades using semiconductor inspection technology, and collaborated with the Livestock Products Quality Evaluation Institute to build an objective grading model. In the healthcare sector, we collaborated with Gangnam Severance Hospital to build an AI system for integrated management of patients' vital data, and in the sports tech sector, we introduced an AI for analyzing the performance of the national badminton team.
CEO Kang said, “Through this KOSDAQ listing, we will secure reliability and expandability and carry out more active sales activities,” and “We plan to use this listing as a stepping stone to quickly apply Simple Platform’s AIoT technology to more diverse industries.”
Simple Platform is raising 920,000 new shares through this IPO. The target offering price is 13,000 to 15,000 won. The funds raised will be invested in AIoT technology advancement, global market entry, and industrial expansion.
The public offering price will be determined through demand forecasting until March 6, and general subscriptions will be accepted on March 11-12 before being listed on the KOSDAQ market within this month. The lead manager is KB Securities.

カン代表は「今回のコスダック上場を通じて信頼性と拡張性を確保し、より積極的な営業活動を展開していくだろう」とし「上場を足場でシンプラットフォームのAIoT技術をさらに多様な産業に迅速に適用させる計画だ」と明らかにした。
シンプラットフォームは今回のIPOを通じて92万株を新規募集する。公募希望価は13,000ウォン～15.000ウォンだ。調達された資金はAIoT技術の高度化、グローバル市場進出、産業拡大に投資する計画だ。
来る3月6日まで需要予測を経て公募家を確定した後、3月11～12日一般請約を受けて今月中にコスダック市場に上場する予定だ。代表主管社はKB証券だ。

Le prix de l'offre publique sera déterminé par les prévisions de la demande jusqu'au 6 mars, et les souscriptions générales seront acceptées les 11 et 12 mars avant d'être cotées sur le marché KOSDAQ au cours de ce mois. Le gestionnaire principal est KB Securities.
