한국자산매입(주)와 한국부동산원이 한국부동산원 본사에서 청약 정보 공유 및 검증과 부동산 산업 발전을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 12일 밝혔다. 이번 협약을 통해 양 기관은 부동산 데이터의 정확성을 높이고, 청약 정보를 보다 신뢰성 있게 제공하는 협력 체계를 강화할 계획이다.
이번 협약 체결에 앞서 한국자산매입은 지난 2월 3일 한국부동산원 강남사옥에 AI Lab을 설립했다. 이를 통해 양 기관은 협력 관계를 더욱 공고히 하고, 연구개발 역량을 강화할 수 있는 기반을 마련했다. 특히, 청약홈 서비스의 데이터 품질 개선과 부동산 산업 발전을 위해 정보 공유 및 검증 프로세스를 함께 구축할 예정이다.
또한, 양 기관은 공공데이터의 신뢰성과 활용도를 높이기 위한 협력을 강화하며, 이를 통해 국민들에게 보다 정확한 부동산 정보를 제공할 예정이다. 공공데이터의 품질 향상은 투명한 부동산 시장 조성에 중요한 역할을 하며, 양사는 이를 위해 실무 협력 체계를 구축하고 지속적인 데이터 검증 및 개선 작업을 추진할 계획이다.
이번 협약을 통해 양 기관은 동·호별 분양가 데이터 공유 및 검증을 통해 청약홈 서비스의 데이터 품질을 향상시키고, 국민에게 신뢰성 높은 부동산 정보를 제공할 예정이다. 또한, 공공데이터의 정밀한 분석과 개선을 통해 프롭테크 산업 발전에도 기여하고, 부동산 정보의 신뢰도를 한층 높이는 데 협력할 계획이다.
