양자컴퓨팅 스타트업 오큐티(OQT)가 카카오벤처스와 블루포인트로부터 30억 원 규모의 시드 투자를 유치했다고 13일 밝혔다. 이번 투자는 오큐티의 양자컴퓨팅 기술 개발과 상용화를 위한 중요한 발판이 될 전망이다.
오큐티는 양자컴퓨팅의 핵심 부품인 고성능 양자처리장치(QPU, Quantum Processing Unit)를 연구 및 개발하고 있으며, 중성원자를 활용한 QPU 개발에 집중하고 있다. QPU는 0과 1을 동시에 가질 수 있는 큐비트(Qubit)를 사용하여 복잡한 연산을 병렬로 처리하는 기술로, 기존 디지털컴퓨팅으로는 해결하기 어려운 문제를 해결할 수 있는 잠재력을 가지고 있다.

OQT Attracts 3 Billion Won in Seed Investment
