종합 IT 서비스 전문기업 인성정보는 이사회 의결을 통해 조승필 인성정보 사장을 신임 대표이사로 선임했다고 13일 밝혔다.
조승필 신임 대표이사는 에스넷그룹에서 재무, 경영관리, 투자 등 다양한 경력을 쌓으며 경영 전문성을 강화해왔다. 에스넷시스템 경영지원실장, 인성정보 경영부문장, 인성디지탈, 아이넷뱅크 경영부문을 총괄하며 전문성을 살린 전략적 경영과 리더십을 바탕으로 그동안 인성정보의 성장과 경영 효율성을 높였다는 평가를 받았다. 특히 그룹사 최초의 내부 출신 대표이사로서 내부 프로세스에 대한 깊은 이해로 내실 강화가 기대된다.
조승필 대표이사는 IT 산업에 대한 높은 이해도와 전문적인 실무 역량을 바탕으로 인성정보를 총괄하게 되며, 인성정보의 신규 성장 동력 확보와 중장기 전략 수립을 통해 회사를 이끌어 나갈 예정이다.

Insung Information , a comprehensive IT service company, announced on the 13th that it had appointed Seungpil Cho, the president of Insung Information, as the new CEO through a board of directors resolution.
The new CEO, Seungpil Cho, has strengthened his management expertise by building various careers in finance, management, and investment at the Snet Group. He has been evaluated as having increased the growth and management efficiency of Insung Information based on strategic management and leadership that utilizes his expertise while serving as the head of the Snet System Management Support Office, the head of Insung Information Management Division, and the overall management division of Insung Digital and I-Net Bank. In particular, as the first CEO from within the group, he is expected to strengthen his internal structure with a deep understanding of internal processes.
CEO Seungpil Cho will oversee Insung Information based on his high level of understanding of the IT industry and professional practical skills, and he will lead the company by securing new growth engines for Insung Information and establishing mid- to long-term strategies.
Insung Information plans to transform into a service business to enhance customer experience and value along with its main business of IT infrastructure, led by CEO Seungpil Cho. It will lay the foundation for sustainable growth based on internal solutions such as IT managed services and AI infrastructure, and will move into full-scale corporate value enhancement through the healthcare business.
