전북특별자치도와 전북청년허브센터(전북창조경제혁신센터)는 ‘청년정책포럼단’의 명칭을 ‘청년정책참여단’으로 변경하고 오는 27일까지 참여자를 공개 모집한다고 밝혔다.
전북특별자치도는 청년참여예산제 도입 및 청년협의체 출범 10주년을 맞아 청년의 직접 참여를 확대하고, 청년 정책발굴 과정에서의 역할을 강화하기 위해‘청년정책참여단’으로 명칭을 변경했다.
청년정책포럼단은 2016년부터 매 기수마다 청년들의 정책 의견을 수렴하고, 실효성있는 청년정책을 발굴하는 협의체로 활동해왔다.
지난해에는 76건의 청년정책을 제안했으며 ▲금융학교 지원사업 ▲전북청년 취업 지원 패키지 사업 ▲청년 전·월세 사기 피해 예방 부동산 강의 ▲청년 법률지원 원스톱 서비스 ▲청년-청소년 이음학교 등 우수정책 5건이 선정됐다.
이번 청년정책참여단은 55명을 공개모집할 예정이며 공고일 기준 전북특별자치도에 거주하는 18세~39세 이하 청년이면 누구나 신청할 수 있다.
참여단은 일자리, 주거, 교육, 복지·문화, 참여·권리 등 5개 분과로 구성되며, 분과별 회의를 통해 주요 현안을 다룬 맞춤형 정책발굴, 토론과 숙의 과정을 거쳐 구체화된 정책제안, 워크숍, 정책 소통회, 성과공유회 등 다양한 활동을 하게 된다.
강영재 전북청년허브센터장은 “전북특별자치도 청년참여예산제 실현을 위해 협의체의 정체성을 더욱 확립하고자 명칭을 변경하였으며, 앞으로 참여단 위원들이 더 활발히 활동할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”며“전북자치도의 청년정책 활성화를 위해 열정적인 청년들의 많은 참여를 바란다”고 말했다.

Jeonbuk Province, Jeonbuk Youth Hub Center, and Jeonbuk Center Recruiting ‘Youth Policy Participation Group’
The Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province and the Jeonbuk Youth Hub Center ( Jeonbuk Creative Economy Innovation Center ) announced that they will change the name of the 'Youth Policy Forum Group' to the 'Youth Policy Participation Group' and will be publicly recruiting participants until the 27th.
The Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province changed its name to the 'Youth Policy Participation Group' to expand direct participation of youth and strengthen their role in the youth policy development process, marking the 10th anniversary of the introduction of the youth participation budget system and the launch of the youth council.
Since 2016, the Youth Policy Forum Group has been operating as a consultative body to collect policy opinions from young people and discover effective youth policies.
Last year, 76 youth policies were proposed, and five excellent policies were selected, including ▲financial school support project ▲Jeonbuk youth employment support package project ▲real estate lectures to prevent youth rent fraud ▲one-stop youth legal support service ▲youth-youth connection school.
This Youth Policy Participation Group plans to publicly recruit 55 people, and any youth aged 18 to 39 living in the Jeollabuk-do Special Self-Governing Province as of the announcement date can apply.
The participation group is composed of five divisions: jobs, housing, education, welfare/culture, and participation/rights. Through divisional meetings, they will explore customized policies on major issues, and through discussion and deliberation, they will carry out various activities such as concrete policy proposals, workshops, policy communication meetings, and performance sharing meetings.
Jeonbuk Youth Hub Center Director Kang Young-jae said, “In order to further establish the identity of the council for the realization of the Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province Youth Participation Budget System, we changed the name, and we will actively support the participation group members so that they can be more active in the future.” He added, “I hope that many passionate young people will participate to revitalize the Jeonbuk Province’s youth policies.”

全北特别自治道和全北创造经济革新中心宣布，将把‘青年政策论坛小组’更名为‘青年政策参与小组’，并于27日前公开招募参加者。
全北特别自治道更名为“青年政策参与小组”，以扩大青年的直接参与，加强他们在青年政策制定过程中的作用，标志着青年参与预算制度引入和青年理事会成立十周年。
自2016年起，青年政策论坛小组作为一个咨询机构，收集年轻人的政策意见，发现有效的青年政策。
去年共提出76项青少年政策，评选出▲金融学校支援项目▲全北青少年就业支援一揽子项目▲防范青少年房租欺诈的房地产讲座▲一站式青少年法律援助服务▲青年青少年联谊学校等5项优秀政策。
此次青少年政策参与小组计划公开招募55人，截至公告发布之日，凡居住在全罗北道特别自治道的18岁至39岁青少年均可报名参加。
参与组由就业、住宅、教育、福利/文化、参与/权利等5个部门组成，通过部门会议探讨针对主要课题的定制化政策，并通过讨论和审议，开展具体政策提案、研讨会、政策沟通会、绩效分享会等各种活动。
全北青少年枢纽中心主任姜永在表示，“为了进一步确立全北特别自治道青少年参与预算制度实现协议会的形象，我们进行了更名，今后将积极支持参与团体成员，让他们能够更加活跃”，并表示，“希望更多充满热情的年轻人能够参与进来，为全北青少年政策注入活力”。

La province autonome spéciale de Jeonbuk et le Centre d'innovation et d'économie créative de Jeonbuk ( Jeonbuk Creative Economy Innovation Center ) ont annoncé qu'ils allaient changer le nom du « Youth Policy Forum Group » en « Youth Policy Participation Group » et qu'ils recruteraient publiquement des participants jusqu'au 27.
La province autonome spéciale de Jeonbuk a changé son nom en « Groupe de participation à la politique de la jeunesse » afin d'élargir la participation directe des jeunes et de renforcer leur rôle dans le processus d'élaboration de la politique de la jeunesse, marquant ainsi le 10e anniversaire de l'introduction du système budgétaire de participation des jeunes et du lancement du conseil de la jeunesse.
Depuis 2016, le Youth Policy Forum Group est un organe consultatif qui recueille les avis politiques des jeunes et découvre des politiques de jeunesse efficaces.
L'année dernière, 76 politiques pour la jeunesse ont été proposées et cinq excellentes politiques ont été sélectionnées, notamment : ▲ projet de soutien aux écoles financières ▲ projet de soutien à l'emploi des jeunes de Jeonbuk ▲ conférences sur l'immobilier pour prévenir la fraude locative des jeunes ▲ service d'assistance juridique à guichet unique pour les jeunes ▲ école de connexion entre jeunes.
Ce groupe de participation à la politique de la jeunesse prévoit de recruter publiquement 55 personnes, et tout jeune âgé de 18 à 39 ans vivant dans la province autonome spéciale de Jeollabuk-do à la date de l'annonce peut postuler.
Le groupe de participation est composé de cinq divisions : emploi, logement, éducation, protection sociale/culture et participation/droits. Au cours de réunions de division, ils exploreront des politiques personnalisées sur des questions majeures et, par le biais de discussions et de délibérations, ils réaliseront diverses activités telles que des propositions de politiques concrètes, des ateliers, des réunions de communication sur les politiques et des réunions de partage des résultats.
Le directeur du Centre de la jeunesse de Jeonbuk, Kang Young-jae, a déclaré : « Afin d’établir davantage l’identité du conseil pour la réalisation du système budgétaire de participation des jeunes de la province autonome spéciale de Jeonbuk, nous avons changé le nom et nous soutiendrons activement les membres du groupe de participation afin qu’ils puissent être plus actifs à l’avenir. » Il a ajouté : « J’espère que de nombreux jeunes passionnés participeront à la revitalisation des politiques de jeunesse de la province de Jeonbuk. »
