카네비모빌리티(대표이사 정종택)의 라이다(LiDAR) 센서 ‘VL-R2’ 모델이 탑재된 보행신호 음성안내 보조장치 ‘ST-VLC300’가 조달청 우수제품으로 지정됐다고 17일 밝혔다.
‘보행신호 음성안내 보조장치’는 적색 신호 시 보행자가 차도에 진입하면 음성으로 ‘건너지 말라’는 경고 안내를 해주고, 녹색 신호 시 신호가 켜졌음을 음성으로 안내해 횡단보도 안전사고를 예방하는 장치다. 현재 어린이 보호구역을 비롯해 각 지자체를 중심으로 설치가 확대되고 있으며, 어린이 및 노약자 등이 횡단보도를 이용할 때 안전사고 위험을 감소시키는 역할을 하고 있다.
이번에 조달청 우수제품으로 지정된 ‘ST-VLC300’은 교통 신호장치 제조 기업 세타의 제품이며, 해당 제품 안에 카네비모빌리티 라이다 ‘VL-R2’가 적용돼 사각지대 없이 보행자 감지가 가능한 것이 특징이다.
카네비모빌리티의 자체 국내 기술로 개발된 ‘VL-R2’은 사용자 중심의 전용 뷰어(Viewer)를 통해 20개 포인트로 구성된 다각형 영역을 최대 5개까지 자유롭게 설정할 수 있다. 본 라이다를 지상 1m 높이에 수평으로 설치하면 보행자 대기영역의 외곽 영역 형상에 관계없이 사각지대 없는 보행자 감지가 가능하다.
조달청 우수제품으로 지정되면 향후 보증기간 3년간(최대 3년 연장) 국가계약법령에 따라 계약을 체결해 각급 수요기관에 조달하게 된다. 카네비모빌리티는 자체 라이다 센서가 적용된 제품이 조달청 우수제품으로 지정됨에 따라 국가 수의계약 품목 자격을 부여 받은 경로를 통해 공공기관 구매 활성화를 기대하고 있다고 밝혔다.
카네비모빌리티 정종택 대표는 “보행신호 음성안내 보조장치가 조달청 우수제품으로 지정됨에 따라 국내 라이다 판로 활성화가 기대된다”며, “이를 계기로 독자적 기술로 개발한 라이다 센서 기술이 국내를 넘어 해외 시장에 진출하는 성장과 도약의 단계를 맞이할 것”이라고 전했다.
한편 2001년에 설립된 카네비모빌리티는 자동차용 SDV 기반의 클러스터와 내비게이션 및 로봇용 장비인 라이다 센서, 근거리 통신장비 기업으로, 자동차산업 품질경영시스템 국제인증규격(International Automotive Task Forc, IATF 16949)을 획득 및 보유하고 있다. 또한 SMT(Surface Mount Technology) 라인을 포함한 생산 라인을 자체 보유하는 등 라이다 센서 품질 및 양산 능력을 확보해 국내 라이다 센서의 경쟁력을 높이는데 앞장서고 있다.
향후 자율주행자동차, 무인 선박, 스마트시티 및 산업용 로봇 등 다양한 산업분야에서도 시장 점유율을 확대해 나갈 예정이며, 현재 기업공개(IPO) 준비에 박차를 가하고 있다. 상장 주관사는 대신증권이다.

Canevi Mobility's 'Pedestrian Signal Voice Guidance Assistance Device' Designated as an Excellent Product by the Public Procurement Service
Canevi Mobility (CEO Jong-Taek Jeong) announced on the 17th that its pedestrian signal voice guidance assistance device 'ST-VLC300' equipped with the LiDAR sensor 'VL-R2' model has been designated as an excellent product by the Public Procurement Service.
The 'pedestrian signal voice guidance assistance device' is a device that warns pedestrians not to cross when the signal is red and announces that the signal is on when the signal is green, thereby preventing safety accidents on crosswalks. Currently, installation is expanding, focusing on children's protection zones and each local government, and it is playing a role in reducing the risk of safety accidents when children and the elderly use crosswalks.
The 'ST-VLC300', which was recently designated as an excellent product by the Public Procurement Service, is a product of Theta, a traffic signal device manufacturing company, and its special feature is that it can detect pedestrians without blind spots thanks to the application of the KaneviMobility LiDAR 'VL-R2'.
Developed with Kanevi Mobility’s own domestic technology, ‘VL-R2’ can freely set up to five polygonal areas consisting of 20 points through a user-centered dedicated viewer. When this lidar is installed horizontally at a height of 1m above the ground, it is capable of detecting pedestrians without blind spots regardless of the shape of the outer area of the pedestrian waiting area.
If designated as an excellent product by the Public Procurement Service, the product will be procured to each level of demand organizations by signing a contract in accordance with the National Contracts Act for a warranty period of three years (extension of up to three years). Canevi Mobility said that it expects to activate purchases by public institutions through the route of being granted national veterinary contract item qualification as the product to which its own lidar sensor is applied has been designated as an excellent product by the Public Procurement Service.
Kanevi Mobility CEO Jeong Jong-taek said, “With the pedestrian signal voice guidance assistance device being designated as an excellent product by the Public Procurement Service, we expect to see an activation of domestic LiDAR sales channels,” adding, “This will be an opportunity for our independently developed LiDAR sensor technology to enter the stage of growth and advancement beyond the domestic market and into overseas markets.”
Meanwhile, Canevi Mobility, established in 2001, is a company that produces clusters based on SDV for automobiles, lidar sensors for navigation and robots, and short-range communication equipment. It has acquired and holds the International Automotive Task Force (IATF 16949) certification for the quality management system of the automotive industry. In addition, it has its own production line including the SMT (Surface Mount Technology) line, and is leading the way in enhancing the competitiveness of domestic lidar sensors by securing lidar sensor quality and mass production capabilities.
In the future, the company plans to expand its market share in various industrial fields such as autonomous vehicles, unmanned ships, smart cities, and industrial robots, and is currently accelerating preparations for an initial public offering (IPO). The lead underwriter is Daishin Securities.

カーネビモビリティ（代表取締役チョン・ジョンテク）のライダー（LiDAR）センサー「VL-R2」モデルが搭載された歩行信号音声案内補助装置「ST-VLC300」が調達庁優秀製品に指定されたと17日明らかにした。
「歩行信号音声案内補助装置」は、赤色の信号時に歩行者が車道に進入すると音声に「渡らないでください」という警告案内をしてくれ、緑色の信号時に信号が点灯したことを音声で案内し、横断歩道の安全事故を予防する装置だ。現在、子ども保護区をはじめ、各自治体を中心に設置が拡大しており、子どもや高齢者などが横断歩道を利用する際の安全事故のリスクを減少させる役割をしている。
今回調達庁優秀製品に指定された「ST-VLC300」は、交通信号装置製造企業セタの製品であり、該当製品の中にカーネビモビリティライダー「VL-R2」が適用され、死角地帯なしで歩行者検知が可能なのが特徴だ。
カーネビモビリティの独自の国内技術で開発された「VL-R2」は、ユーザー中心の専用ビューア（Viewer）を通じて、20ポイントで構成された多角形領域を最大5つまで自由に設定できる。本ライダーを地上1mの高さに水平に設置すれば、歩行者待機領域の外郭領域形状にかかわらず、死角帯のない歩行者検知が可能である。
調達庁優秀製品に指定されると、今後の保証期間3年間（最大3年延長）国家契約法令により契約を締結し、各級需要機関に調達することになる。カーネビモビリティは、独自のライダーセンサーが適用された製品が調達庁優秀製品に指定されているため、国家獣医契約品目資格を与えられた経路を通じて公共機関の購買活性化を期待していると明らかにした。

“行人信号语音引导辅助装置”是指当行人在红灯时进入车道时，通过语音警告行人不要过马路，以及当信号灯为绿灯时，通过语音引导行人过马路，防止发生事故的装置。目前，安装范围正在扩大到包括儿童保护区在内的各地方政府，发挥着降低儿童和老年人使用人行横道时发生安全事故的风险的作用。
最近被调拨厅指定为优秀产品的‘ST-VLC300’是交通信号设备制造公司Theta的产品，其特点是通过应用KaneviMobility LiDAR‘VL-R2’，可以无死角地检测行人。
“VL-R2”采用Kanevi Mobility自主研发的国内技术，可以通过以用户为中心的专用查看器，自由设置最多由20个点组成的5个多边形区域。当该激光雷达水平安装在距地面1米的高度时，无论行人等候区外围区域的形状如何，都可以实现无盲点的行人检测。

Le « Pedestrian Signal Voice Guidance Assistance Device » est un dispositif qui avertit vocalement les piétons de ne pas traverser lorsqu'ils entrent sur la chaussée alors que le feu est rouge, et prévient les accidents aux passages pour piétons grâce à un guidage vocal lorsque le feu est vert pour indiquer que le signal est activé. Actuellement, l'installation s'étend à chaque gouvernement local, y compris aux zones de protection des enfants, et elle joue un rôle dans la réduction des risques d'accidents de sécurité lorsque les enfants et les personnes âgées utilisent les passages pour piétons.

Canevi Mobility a déclaré qu'elle espère activer les achats des institutions publiques par le biais de l'obtention de la qualification d'article de contrat vétérinaire national, car le produit auquel son propre capteur lidar a été appliqué a été désigné comme un excellent produit par le service des marchés publics.
