성인 교육 콘텐츠 회사인 데이원컴퍼니가 음성 인공지능(AI) 스타트업 일레븐랩스와 협력하여 ‘글로벌 해커톤’ 서울 대회 운영을 맡기로 했다고 17일 밝혔다.
일레븐랩스는 기업가치 약 33억 달러(약 4조 8100억 원)로 평가받는 영국의 AI 음성 기술 기업으로, 감정과 억양을 자연스럽게 구현하는 AI 음성 모델을 주로 개발하며, 최근 대화형 AI 에이전트 플랫폼을 출시한 바 있다. 이를 통해 일레븐랩스는 AI 음성 기술 분야에서 글로벌 경쟁력을 인정받고 있다.
이번 ‘글로벌 해커톤’은 일레븐랩스가 주최하며 서울을 포함한 런던, 뉴욕, 샌프란시스코, 바르샤바, 뱅갈루루, 시드니, 타이완, 마이애미 등 총 9개 도시에서 동시에 진행된다. 서울 대회는 오는 22일 강남구에 위치한 패스트캠퍼스에서 개최된다.
대회의 핵심 주제는 ‘AI 에이전트(AI Agent) 개발’로, 참가자들은 자신만의 AI 에이전트를 기획하고 구현하는 과정에서 최신 AI 기술을 자유롭게 활용할 수 있다. 일레븐랩스의 AI 음성 합성 기술을 비롯해 다양한 AI 도구가 제공될 예정이며, 이를 통해 혁신적인 AI 제품과 서비스가 탄생할 것으로 기대된다.
데이원컴퍼니는 이번 해커톤을 통해 국내 AI 인재들의 글로벌 무대 진출을 지원하며, 최종 프로젝트 심사에도 참여할 예정이다. 심사는 김승민 패스트캠퍼스 기획1그룹장과 홍상원 일레븐랩스 한국 총괄을 포함한 국내외 AI 및 테크 분야 전문가들이 맡아 창의성과 실용성을 종합적으로 평가한다.
이번 해커톤을 시작으로 데이원컴퍼니는 일레븐랩스와 협력하여 공식 AI 강의 제작 등 협력 범위를 확대할 계획이다. 또한 수상자들에게는 차별화된 혜택이 제공되며, 전 세계 9개 도시 참가자 중 최고 성적을 기록한 팀에게는 ▲Teenage Engineering TP-7이 수여되며, 각 도시 1위에서 3위 팀에게는 애플 및 보스의 하드웨어 상품(지역별 상이)이 지급된다.

DayOne Company to Operate 'Global Hackathon' Seoul Competition
DayOne Company, an adult education content company, announced on the 17th that it has decided to operate the Seoul edition of the 'Global Hackathon' in cooperation with voice artificial intelligence (AI) startup Eleven Labs.
Eleven Labs is a British AI voice technology company valued at approximately $3.3 billion (approximately KRW 4.81 trillion). It mainly develops AI voice models that naturally express emotions and intonations, and recently launched a conversational AI agent platform. Through this, Eleven Labs is recognized for its global competitiveness in the field of AI voice technology.
This 'Global Hackathon' is hosted by Eleven Labs and will be held simultaneously in 9 cities including Seoul, London, New York, San Francisco, Warsaw, Bangalore, Sydney, Taiwan, and Miami. The Seoul event will be held on the 22nd at Fast Campus in Gangnam-gu.
The core theme of the competition is 'AI Agent Development', and participants can freely utilize the latest AI technology in the process of planning and implementing their own AI agent. Various AI tools, including Eleven Labs' AI voice synthesis technology, will be provided, and it is expected that this will lead to the creation of innovative AI products and services.
Through this hackathon, DayOne Company will support domestic AI talents to advance to the global stage and will also participate in the final project evaluation. The evaluation will be conducted by domestic and international AI and tech experts, including Seungmin Kim, Head of Planning Group 1 at Fast Campus, and Sangwon Hong, General Manager of Eleven Labs Korea, who will comprehensively evaluate creativity and practicality.
Starting with this hackathon, DayOne Company plans to expand the scope of cooperation with Eleven Labs, including the production of official AI lectures. In addition, differentiated benefits will be provided to the winners, and the team with the highest score among the participants from 9 cities around the world will be awarded ▲Teenage Engineering TP-7, and the 1st to 3rd place teams from each city will be awarded hardware products from Apple and Bose (different by region).

Eleven Labs est une société britannique spécialisée dans la technologie vocale IA, évaluée à environ 3,3 milliards de dollars (4,81 billions de KRW). Elle développe principalement des modèles vocaux IA qui expriment naturellement les émotions et l'intonation, et a récemment lancé une plateforme d'agent IA conversationnel. Grâce à cela, Eleven Labs est reconnu pour sa compétitivité mondiale dans le domaine de la technologie vocale IA.
Ce « Global Hackathon » est organisé par Eleven Labs et se tiendra simultanément dans 9 villes, dont Séoul, Londres, New York, San Francisco, Varsovie, Bangalore, Sydney, Taiwan et Miami. La compétition de Séoul aura lieu le 22 au Fast Campus situé à Gangnam-gu.
Le thème principal du concours est « Développement d'agents d'IA » et les participants peuvent utiliser librement les dernières technologies d'IA dans le processus de planification et de mise en œuvre de leurs propres agents d'IA. Divers outils d'IA, notamment la technologie de synthèse vocale IA d'Eleven Labs, seront fournis, ce qui devrait conduire à la création de produits et services d'IA innovants.
Grâce à ce hackathon, DayOne Company aidera les talents nationaux de l'IA à progresser sur la scène mondiale et participera également à l'évaluation finale du projet. Le jury sera composé d'experts nationaux et internationaux en IA et en technologie, dont Seungmin Kim, responsable du groupe de planification 1 chez Fast Campus, et Sangwon Hong, directeur général d'Eleven Labs Korea, qui évalueront de manière exhaustive la créativité et l'aspect pratique.
À partir de ce hackathon, DayOne Company prévoit d'élargir la portée de sa collaboration avec Eleven Labs, notamment en produisant des conférences officielles sur l'IA.
