중소벤처기업부(이하 중기부) 오영주 장관은 지난 14일 경남 창원을 찾아 대내외 환경변화(내수 감소, 관세 상승 등)로 어려움을 겪고 있는 지역중소기업을 격려하고, 돌파구를 모색하기 위한 현장 간담회를 개최했다.
이번 간담회는 창원국가산단에 위치한 우주·방산 부품기업 ㈜대건테크(대표 신기수)에서 열렸으며, 경상남도가 미래 먹거리로 집중하여 육성하고 있는 우주항공·원전·첨단정밀기계 분야 레전드50+ 참여기업 6개사가 자리했다.
오영주 장관은 인사말에서 “최근 글로벌 보호무역주의 강화와 관세 전쟁이 심화되면서, 중소기업의 수출 문턱이 높아지는 등 경영환경이 어려워지고 있다”고 언급한 후 “이럴 때일수록 기업의 경쟁력을 키우는 것이 무엇보다 중요하기에 중기부의 대표적인 지역중소기업 육성모델인 레전드50+의 지원범위와 규모를 올해 대폭 확대했다”고 밝혔다.
중기부는 지역의 주축산업과 지역 경제를 선도할 리딩기업 육성을 강화하기 위해 올해 레전드50+의 지원사업 범위를 기존 6개에서 9개로 늘리고, 예산 규모도 ’24년 2,780억 원에서 4,317억 원으로 확대했다.
자유토론 시간에는 중소기업의 현안을 공유하고, 해법을 함께 모색하는 시간을 가졌다. ㈜대건테크 신기수 대표는 “레전드50+를 통해 기술개발과 해외시장 개척을 이어갈 수 있었다”며 “중소기업 신규 인력이 현장에 안정적으로 정착할 수 있도록 추가적인 제도적 지원을 부탁드린다”고 말했다.
또한, 진영티비엑스(주) 김준섭 대표는 “수출 비중이 높은 기업들이 환율변동에 따른 어려움을 겪고 있다”며 정부 차원의 지원 필요성을 강조했고, ㈜영남메탈 김병철 이사는 “관세 전쟁이 본격화되는 시점에서 수출기업들이 불이익을 받지 않도록 정부가 최선을 다해달라”고 요청했다.
이에 대해 오영주 장관은 “대외 불확실성이 커지는 상황에서 중소기업의 어려움을 최소화하기 위해 ‘중소기업 지원 TF’를 구성하고 보호무역주의 강화에 따른 영향을 면밀히 검토하고 있다. 중소기업 수출지원 예산을 지난해보다 45% 증액한 6,196억 원으로 편성하고, 글로벌비즈니스센터(GBC)도 올해 22개소로 확대 운영할 계획”이라고 말했다.
이와 더불어 “최근 관세 전쟁이 격화되면서 중소기업의 수출 부담이 증가할 것으로 예상되는 만큼, 멕시코·캐나다 등 미국 과세 부과 대상국에 진출한 중소기업을 지원하기 위한 헬프데스크 운영과 함께, 불가피한 생산 조정으로 국내로 유턴하는 기업들에 대한 지원대책도 정부 차원에서 마련하고 있다”고 밝혔다.
오 장관은 간담회를 마친 후 경남의 대표적인 스마트공장 도입 기업인 태림산업(대표 오경진)을 방문하여 제조 현장의 디지털 전환(DX) 및 인공지능 전환(AX) 사례를 직접 살펴보았다.
태림산업은 부품 조립, 불량 검사 등 제조공정에 인공지능을 적극 도입하여 자동차 조향장치 핵심부품을 생산하는 기업으로, 대다수 생산품을 독일의 보쉬, ZF 등 글로벌 부품 회사에 공급하는 강소기업이다.
이날 태림산업 오경진 대표는 “인공지능이 접목된 3D 시뮬레이션을 통해 생산공정을 최적화하여 원가가 절감되고 생산량이 증가하였으며, 글로벌 부품사로부터 신뢰를 확보할 수 있었다”며 “중소 제조기업이 인공지능을 활용하여 변화하고 성장할 수 있도록 정부의 지속적인 지원이 필요하다”고 강조했다.
이에 대해 오영주 장관은 “관세전쟁 등 글로벌 보호무역주의가 심화되는 상황속에서 제조 인공지능의 도입은 국내 중소 제조업체의 경쟁력을 강화하는 해법이 될 것”이라며 “중기부는 제조 인공지능이 중소 제조기업에 적극 확산될 수 있도록 현장 맞춤형 지원방안을 마련하겠다.”라고 밝혔다.
중기부는 이번 경남지역 현장 방문을 통해 지역중소기업의 현안을 확인하고 정부의 지원 방향을 제시하였으며, 앞으로도 현장의 목소리를 반영한 정책을 지속적으로 추진할 방침이다.

Ministry of SMEs and Startups expands support for 'Legend 50+' and listens to opinions from SMEs

Minister Oh Young-joo stated in his opening remarks, “As global protectionism has intensified and tariff wars have intensified recently, the export threshold for small and medium-sized enterprises has increased, making the management environment more difficult.” He then said, “At times like these, it is more important than ever to enhance corporate competitiveness, so this year we have significantly expanded the scope and scale of support for the Legend 50+, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups’ representative regional small and medium-sized enterprise fostering model.”
In order to strengthen the fostering of leading companies that will lead the regional key industries and regional economy, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups has expanded the scope of support projects for Legend 50+ from 6 to 9 this year, and also expanded the budget size from 278 billion won in 2024 to 431.7 billion won.
During the free discussion time, we shared the current issues of small and medium-sized businesses and had time to find solutions together. Daegeon Tech CEO Shin Ki-soo said, “We were able to continue developing technology and developing overseas markets through Legend 50+,” and “I would like to ask for additional institutional support so that new employees from small and medium-sized businesses can settle down in the field stably.”
In addition, Jinyoung TVX CEO Kim Jun-seop emphasized the need for government-level support, saying, “Companies with a high proportion of exports are experiencing difficulties due to exchange rate fluctuations,” and Yeongnam Metal Director Kim Byeong-cheol requested, “As the tariff war is in full swing, the government should do its best to ensure that export companies do not suffer any disadvantages.”
Regarding this, Minister Oh Young-joo said, “In order to minimize the difficulties of SMEs in a situation where external uncertainty is increasing, we are forming a ‘SME Support TF’ and closely examining the impact of strengthening protectionism. We are planning to increase the budget for SME export support by 45% from last year to 619.6 billion won, and expand the operation of the Global Business Center (GBC) to 22 locations this year.”
In addition, “As the recent intensification of the tariff war is expected to increase the export burden on small and medium-sized enterprises, the government is preparing support measures at the government level for companies that are returning to Korea due to inevitable production adjustments, along with operating a help desk to support small and medium-sized enterprises that have advanced into countries subject to U.S. taxation, such as Mexico and Canada,” he said.
After the meeting, Minister Oh visited Taerim Industrial (CEO Oh Kyung-jin), a representative smart factory introduction company in Gyeongnam, and directly examined cases of digital transformation (DX) and artificial intelligence transformation (AX) in manufacturing sites.
Taerim Industrial is a small and medium-sized company that actively introduces artificial intelligence into manufacturing processes such as parts assembly and defect inspection to produce core parts for automobile steering systems. It supplies most of its products to global parts companies such as Bosch and ZF in Germany.
On this day, Taerim Industrial CEO Oh Kyung-jin emphasized, “Through 3D simulation incorporating AI, we were able to optimize the production process, reduce costs, increase production, and secure trust from global parts manufacturers.” He added, “The government needs to provide continued support so that small and medium-sized manufacturing companies can change and grow by utilizing AI.”
Regarding this, Minister Oh Young-joo said, “In a situation where global protectionism such as the tariff war is intensifying, the introduction of manufacturing artificial intelligence will be a solution to strengthen the competitiveness of domestic small and medium-sized manufacturers.” He added, “The Ministry of SMEs and Startups will prepare customized support measures so that manufacturing artificial intelligence can be actively spread to small and medium-sized manufacturing companies.”
Through this on-site visit to Gyeongnam, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups identified the current issues facing local SMEs and presented the government's direction for support. It also plans to continue to pursue policies that reflect the voices of the field.

中期部、「レジェンド50+」支援拡大・中小企業現場意見を聞く
中小ベンチャー企業部（以下中期部）オ・ヨンジュ長官は去る14日慶尚南道昌原を訪れ、対内外環境変化（内需減少、関税上昇など）で困難を経験している地域中小企業を励まし、突破口を模索するための現場懇談会を開催した。
今回の懇談会は昌原国家山壇に位置する宇宙・防山部品企業(株)大建テック(代表新基手)で開かれ、慶尚南道が未来の食料として集中して育成している宇宙航空・原発・先端精密機械分野レジェンド50+参加企業6社が位置した。
オ・ヨンジュ長官は挨拶で「最近のグローバル保護貿易主義の強化と関税戦争が深化し、中小企業の輸出のしきい値が高まるなど、経営環境が難しくなっている」と述べた後、「こういう時ほど企業の競争力を育てることが何より重要であるため、中期部の代表的な地域中小企業の育成モデルである」 。
中期部は地域の主軸産業と地域経済をリードするリーディング企業の育成を強化するため、今年のレジェンド50+の支援事業範囲を既存の6社から9社に増やし、予算規模も24年2,780億ウォンから4,317億ウォンに拡大した。
自由討論時間には中小企業の懸案を共有し、解決法を一緒に模索する時間を持った。 （株）大健テックのシン・キス代表は「レジェンド50+を通じて技術開発と海外市場開拓を続けることができた」とし「中小企業の新規人材が現場に安定的に定着できるように、追加的な制度的支援をお願いする」と述べた。
また、ジニョンテレビエックス（株）キム・ジュンソプ代表は「輸出比重の高い企業が為替レート変動に伴う困難を経験している」と政府レベルの支援の必要性を強調した。
これに対してオ・ヨンジュ長官は「対外不確実性が大きくなる状況で中小企業の困難を最小化するために「中小企業支援TF」を構成し、保護貿易主義の強化による影響を綿密に検討している。中小企業の輸出支援予算を昨年より４５％増額した６１９６億ウォンに編成し、グローバルビジネスセンター（ＧＢＣ）も今年２２カ所に拡大運営する計画だ」と話した。
これと共に「最近関税戦争が激化し、中小企業の輸出負担が増えると予想されるだけに、メキシコ・カナダなど米国課税賦課対象国に進出した中小企業を支援するためのヘルプデスク運営とともに、避けられない生産調整で国内に流ターする企業に対する支援対策も政府高である。
オ長官は懇談会を終えた後、慶尚南道の代表的なスマート工場導入企業であるテリム産業（代表オ・ギョンジン）を訪問し、製造現場のデジタル転換（DX）と人工知能転換（AX）の事例を直接見てみた。
タリム産業は部品組立、不良検査など製造工程に人工知能を積極的に導入して自動車操舵装置の核心部品を生産する企業で、大多数の生産品をドイツのボッシュ、ZFなどグローバル部品会社に供給する江蘇企業だ。
この日、太林産業のオ・ギョンジン代表は「人工知能が組み込まれた3Dシミュレーションを通じて生産工程を最適化してコストが削減され、生産量が増加し、グローバル部品会社から信頼を確保できた」とし「中小製造企業が人工知能を活用して変化し成長できるように政府の持続的な支援が必要だ」と強調した。
これに対してオ・ヨンジュ長官は「関税戦争などグローバル保護貿易主義が深化する状況の中で、製造人工知能の導入は国内中小メーカーの競争力を強化する解決策になるだろう」とし「中期部は製造人工知能が中小製造企業に積極的に拡散できるように現場カスタマイズ支援支援案を設ける」と明らかにした。
中期部は今回の慶南地域現場訪問を通じて地域中小企業の懸案を確認し、政府の支援方向を提示し、今後も現場の声を反映した政策を継続的に推進する方針だ。

中小企业和风险投资部(以下简称MSS )部长吴英珠14日访问了庆尚南道昌原市并举行了现场会议，以鼓励因国内外环境变化(内需减少、关税上调等)而遇到困难的当地中小企业并寻求解决方案。
此次见面会在位于昌原国家工业园区的宇宙防卫零部件企业大建科技株式会社（代表：申基秀）以及庆尚南道重点培育为未来增长动力的航空航天、核电、先进精密机械等领域的6家“传奇50+”企业共同举办。
吴英珠部长在开幕致辞中表示，“最近，全球保护主义加剧，关税战愈演愈烈，中小企业的出口门槛提高，经营环境更加艰难”，并表示，“在这样的时期，提升企业竞争力比以往任何时候都更加重要，因此今年我们大幅扩大了中小企业风险投资部代表性地区中小企业培育模式“传奇50+”的扶持范围和规模”。
为加强培育引领地方重点产业和区域经济的龙头企业，中小风险企业部今年将“传奇50+”扶持项目范围从6个扩大到9个，同时将预算规模从2024年的2780亿韩元扩大到4317亿韩元。
在自由讨论时间，大家分享了当前中小企业面临的问题并共同寻求解决方案。 Daegeon Tech代表申基秀表示，“通过Legend 50+，我们能够继续开发技术并开拓海外市场”，并补充道，“我希望得到更多的制度支持，以便来自中小企业的新员工能够稳定地在该领域安顿下来”。

此外，他表示，“预计最近关税战的加剧将增加中小企业的出口负担，因此政府正在准备针对因不可避免的生产调整而返回韩国的企业在政府层面的支援措施，同时还将开设帮助窗口，为进军墨西哥、加拿大等美国征税对象国的中小企业提供支持”。
会谈结束后，吴部长参观了庆南地区代表性智能工厂导入企业泰林产业（代表吴庆镇），并直接视察了制造现场的数字化转型（DX）和人工智能转型（AX）事例。
泰林工业是一家积极将人工智能引入零部件装配、缺陷检测等制造工序、生产汽车转向系统核心零部件的中小企业，其大部分产品供应给德国博世、ZF等全球零部件企业。
当天，泰林产业代表吴庆镇强调，“通过结合AI的3D模拟，我们能够优化生产流程、降低成本、提高产量，并获得全球零部件制造商的信任。”他还表示，“政府需要继续提供支持，以便中小型制造企业能够利用AI实现变革和成长。”
对此，吴英珠部长表示，“在关税战等全球保护主义不断加剧的形势下，引入制造业人工智能将成为加强国内中小制造业竞争力的解决方案。”他还表示，“中小企业和风险投资部将制定定制化支持措施，以便制造业人工智能能够积极普及到中小制造企业。”
此次中小企业部通过对庆南地区的实地考察，掌握了当地中小企业目前面临的课题，提出了政府的扶持方向，并计划继续推行反映业界声音的政策。

Après la réunion, le ministre Oh a visité Taerim Industrial (PDG Oh Kyung-jin), une société représentative d'introduction d'usines intelligentes à Gyeongnam, et a directement examiné les cas de transformation numérique (DX) et de transformation de l'intelligence artificielle (AX) sur les sites de fabrication.
Taerim Industrial est une PME qui introduit activement l'intelligence artificielle dans les processus de fabrication tels que l'assemblage de pièces et l'inspection des défauts pour produire des pièces de base pour les systèmes de direction automobile. « Dans un contexte où le protectionnisme mondial, comme la guerre des tarifs douaniers, s’intensifie, l’introduction de l’intelligence artificielle dans le secteur manufacturier sera une solution pour renforcer la compétitivité des PME nationales », a déclaré le ministre Oh Young-joo. « Le ministère des PME et des start-ups préparera des mesures de soutien personnalisées pour que l’intelligence artificielle dans le secteur manufacturier puisse être activement diffusée auprès des PME. »
Grâce à cette visite sur place à Gyeongnam, le ministère des PME et des startups a identifié les problèmes actuels auxquels sont confrontées les PME locales et présenté l'orientation du gouvernement en matière de soutien. Il prévoit également de continuer à mener des politiques qui reflètent les voix du secteur.
