투자 전문 액셀러레이터 씨엔티테크(대표 전화성)가 중소벤처기업부와 창업진흥원이 전담하는 초기창업패키지에서 2023년 최우수 주관기관으로 선정됐다.
초기창업패키지는 중소벤처기업부와 창업진흥원이 전담하는 지원사업으로 창업 인프라가 우수한 대학 및 공공·민간기관을 주관기관으로 선정해 유망 창업 아이템을 보유한 창업 3년 이내 초기 스타트업을 지원하는 대한민국 대표 창업 지원 사업이다. 선정된 스타트업은 최대 1억 원의 사업화 자금과 함께 아이템 검증, 투자유치, 판로 개척 등의 맞춤형 지원을 받을 수 있다.
씨엔티테크는 2020년부터 5년 연속 초기창업패키지 주관기관으로 참여하며, 초기 스타트업의 안정화 및 성장을 지원해 왔다. 특히 민간 주관기관으로서, 선정 스타트업에 대한 투자 재원과 대기업 연계를 통해 보유 인프라를 적극적으로 활용해 왔다. 이를 통해 5년간 총 124개의 창업기업을 보육했으며, 협약 기간 내 직접 투자 34.5억 원을 포함해 누적 투자 금액 약 170억 원, 매출 1,400억 원, 창업지원 사업 연계 143억 원, 신규 고용 창출 602명의 성과를 기록했다. 특히 2024년에는 보육기업 12개 대상 33억 원의 직간접 투자유치 및 8개의 팁스 연계를 지원하며 투자 혹한기 극복을 지원한 바 있다. 이러한 성과를 바탕으로 씨엔티테크는 2021년과 2023년, 두 차례에 걸쳐 초기창업패키지 최우수 주관기관으로 선정됐다.
씨엔티테크 대표 전화성은 “이번 최우수 기관 선정은 씨엔티테크가 지속적으로 추진해 온 스타트업 지원 노력이 결실을 맺은 것”이라며, “2025년에도 초기창업패키지 주관기관으로서 유망한 초기 스타트업을 발굴·육성하고, 적극적인 지원을 통해 투자 생태계 활성화와 자금 유동성 확보에 기여하겠다”고 밝혔다.
한편 씨엔티테크는 5년 연속 최대 규모의 투자를 달성하며, 1,300억 원 이상의 투자재원을 활용해 누적 700억 원의 투자를 집행했다. 2024년 한 해 동안만 109건, 총 215억 원 규모의 초기기업 투자를 진행하며, 누적 포트폴리오 수는 470개에 이르렀다. 또한, 중소벤처기업부의 팁스(TIPS) 사업 운영사로서 연간 79개의 팁스 프로그램을 연계하는 성과를 거두었으며, 현재까지 총 233개 이상의 스타트업을 팁스 프로그램에 연계했다.
2025년 초기창업패키지 지원사업 모집은 2월 24일부터 3월 11일까지 K-Startup 홈페이지를 통해 확인할 수 있으며, 씨엔티테크는 올해 총 23개의 창업기업을 발굴·육성할 계획이다.

CNT Tech selected as the best hosting organization for the '2023 Early Startup Package Project'
Investment specialist accelerator CNT Tech (CEO Jeon Hwa-seong) was selected as the best hosting organization in 2023 in the early startup package run by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Korea Institute for Startups and Entrepreneurship Development.
The Early Startup Package is a support project run by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Korea Institute for Startup & Entrepreneurship Development. It is a representative startup support project in Korea that selects universities and public/private organizations with excellent startup infrastructure as the main organizations to support early startups within 3 years of establishment with promising startup items. Selected startups can receive customized support for item verification, investment attraction, and market development, along with up to 100 million won in commercialization funds.
Since 2020, CNT Tech has been participating as the host institution of the Early Startup Package for five consecutive years, supporting the stabilization and growth of early startups. In particular, as a private host institution, it has actively utilized its infrastructure through investment resources for selected startups and linkages with large corporations. Through this, it has fostered a total of 124 startups over the past five years, and has recorded a cumulative investment amount of approximately KRW 17 billion, including direct investment of KRW 3.45 billion during the agreement period, sales of KRW 140 billion, KRW 14.3 billion in startup support business linkages, and 602 new jobs. In particular, in 2024, it supported direct and indirect investment attraction of KRW 3.3 billion for 12 fostering companies and TIPS linkages for eight companies, helping them overcome the investment cold spell. Based on these achievements, CNT Tech was selected as the best host institution of the Early Startup Package twice, in 2021 and 2023.
CNT Tech CEO Jeon Hwa-seong said, “This selection as the best organization is the result of CNT Tech’s continuous efforts to support startups,” and added, “In 2025, as the main organization of the early-stage startup package, we will discover and foster promising early-stage startups and, through active support, contribute to activating the investment ecosystem and securing fund liquidity.”
Meanwhile, CNT Tech has achieved the largest investment for five consecutive years, utilizing investment resources of over 130 billion won to execute a cumulative investment of 70 billion won. In 2024 alone, it will carry out 109 cases of early-stage investment worth a total of 21.5 billion won, and the cumulative portfolio number has reached 470. In addition, as an operator of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' TIPS business, it has achieved the result of linking 79 TIPS programs annually, and has linked a total of over 233 startups to the TIPS program to date.
The application period for the 2025 Early Startup Package Support Project is from February 24 to March 11 on the K-Startup website, and CNT Tech plans to discover and foster a total of 23 startups this year.

初期創業パッケージは、中小ベンチャー企業部と創業振興院が専担する支援事業で、創業インフラが優秀な大学および公共・民間機関を主管機関に選定し、有望創業アイテムを保有した創業3年以内に初期スタートアップを支援する大韓民国代表創業支援事業だ。選ばれたスタートアップは最大1億ウォンの事業化資金とともにアイテム検証、投資誘致、販路開拓などのカスタマイズされた支援を受けることができる。
シエンティテックは2020年から5年連続初期創業パッケージ主管機関として参加し、初期スタートアップの安定化及び成長を支援してきた。特に民間主管機関として、選定スタートアップに対する投資財源と大企業連携を通じて保有インフラを積極的に活用してきた。これにより、5年間で合計124の創業企業を保育し、協約期間内に直接投資34.5億ウォンを含め、累積投資金額約170億ウォン、売上1,400億ウォン、創業支援事業連携143億ウォン、新規雇用創出602人の成果を記録した。特に2024年には保育企業12社対象33億ウォンの直間接投資誘致及び8つのティップス連携を支援し、投資厳しい期克服を支援したことがある。こうした成果をもとに、シエンティテックは2021年と2023年、2回にわたって初期創業パッケージ最優秀主管機関に選ばれた。

CNT Tech a été élue meilleure organisation d'accueil pour le projet « 2023 Early Startup Package Project »
L'accélérateur spécialisé en investissement CNT Tech (PDG Jeon Hwa-seong) a été sélectionné comme meilleure organisation d'hébergement en 2023 dans le cadre du programme de démarrage précoce géré par le ministère des PME et des startups et l'Institut coréen pour le développement des startups et de l'entrepreneuriat.
Le programme Early Startup Package est un projet de soutien géré exclusivement par le ministère des PME et des startups et l'Institut coréen pour le développement des startups et de l'entrepreneuriat. Il s'agit d'un projet de soutien aux startups représentatif en Corée qui sélectionne des universités et des organisations publiques/privées dotées d'une excellente infrastructure de startup comme principales organisations pour soutenir les startups en démarrage dans les 3 ans suivant leur création avec des éléments de démarrage prometteurs. Les startups sélectionnées peuvent bénéficier d'un soutien personnalisé pour la vérification des produits, l'attraction des investissements et le développement des canaux de vente, ainsi que jusqu'à 100 millions de wons de fonds de commercialisation.
Depuis 2020, CNT Tech participe en tant qu'organisation principale du Early Startup Package pendant cinq années consécutives, soutenant la stabilisation et la croissance des startups en phase de démarrage. En particulier, en tant qu’organisation privée, nous avons activement utilisé notre infrastructure par le biais de ressources d’investissement pour des startups sélectionnées et de relations avec de grandes entreprises. Grâce à cela, un total de 124 startups ont été soutenues sur une période de 5 ans, et le montant cumulé des investissements s'est élevé à environ 17 milliards de wons, dont 3,45 milliards de wons d'investissement direct pendant la période de l'accord, 140 milliards de wons de ventes, 14,3 milliards de wons de liens commerciaux de soutien aux startups et 602 nouveaux emplois ont été créés. En particulier, en 2024, nous avons aidé à surmonter la période de ralentissement des investissements en attirant des investissements directs et indirects de 3,3 milliards de wons dans 12 entreprises de garde d'enfants et en soutenant la liaison de 8 TIPS. Sur la base de ces réalisations, CNT Tech a été sélectionné comme la meilleure organisation d'hébergement pour le Early Startup Package à deux reprises en 2021 et 2023.

Rien qu'en 2024, 109 cas d'investissement dans des startups d'une valeur totale de 21,5 milliards de wons ont été réalisés et le portefeuille cumulé a atteint 470. De plus, en tant qu'opérateur de l'activité TIPS du ministère des PME et des startups, nous avons obtenu le résultat de relier 79 programmes TIPS par an et avons lié un total de plus de 233 startups au programme TIPS à ce jour.
