(재)전북창조경제혁신센터(대표이사 강영재, 이하 전북혁신센터)는 창업을 꿈꾸는 예비창업자를 대상으로‘2025년 예비창업패키지’참여자를 모집한다고 밝혔다.
이번 예비창업패키지는 단계별 지원 방식으로 구성되며, 1단계로 2천만원 이내의 사업화자금을 지원하고, 별도 평가를 통해 최대 4천만원의 추가 자금을 차등 지원한다.
선발된 예비창업자에게는 사업화 자금 지원을 비롯하여 창업 전문가와의 멘토링, 창업교육, 보육공간 지원 등 사업아이템별 맞춤형 창업 프로그램을 제공한다.
전북혁신센터는 전북특별자치도 내 유일 예비창업패키지 주관기관으로 그린바이오, 기후테크, 첨단신소재, 금융(핀테크, AI) 분야를 중심으로 전북특별자치도의 미래 성장 동력을 발굴·육성하고 있다.
특히 전북혁신센터는 TIPS 운영사로 선정되어 전북지역 초기투자 생태계 활성화에 기여하고 있으며, 자체 투자 재원을 활용한 시드투자와 TIPS 프로그램 참여 기회 제공 등 투자 유치 및 후속지원을 할 예정이다.
강영재 대표이사는 “예비창업자가 전북혁신센터의 예비창업패키지를 발판으로 도내 대표기업으로 성장할 수 있도록 전폭적인 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 말했다.
예비창업패키지 사업 신청은 3월 12일까지 K-Startup 창업지원포털을 통해 가능하다.

Jeonbuk Innovation Center, 27 companies recruited for the 2025 preliminary startup package
The Jeonbuk Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Kang Young-jae, hereinafter referred to as the Jeonbuk Innovation Center) announced that it is recruiting participants for the '2025 Startup Package' for prospective entrepreneurs who dream of starting a business.
This preliminary startup package is structured in a step-by-step support method, with the first step providing business start-up funds of up to 20 million won, and additional funds of up to 40 million won differentially supported through separate evaluation.
For selected prospective entrepreneurs, we provide customized entrepreneurship programs for each business item, including support for commercialization funds, mentoring with entrepreneurship experts, entrepreneurship education, and support for childcare spaces.
The Jeonbuk Innovation Center is the only preparatory startup package management organization in the Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province, and is discovering and fostering future growth engines for the province, focusing on green bio, climate tech, advanced new materials, and finance (fintech, AI).
In particular, Jeonbuk Innovation Center has been selected as a TIPS operator and is contributing to the activation of the early investment ecosystem in the Jeonbuk region. It plans to attract investment and provide follow-up support, such as seed investment using its own investment resources and opportunities to participate in the TIPS program.
CEO Kang Young-jae said, “We will spare no effort in providing full support so that aspiring entrepreneurs can grow into leading companies in the province using the Jeonbuk Innovation Center’s aspiring entrepreneur package as a stepping stone.”
Applications for the preliminary startup package business can be submitted through the K-Startup startup support portal until March 12.

全北革新センター、2025年予備創業パッケージ参加者27社募集
(財)全北創造経済革新センター(代表取締役カン・ヨンジェ、以下全北革新センター)は創業を夢見る予備創業者を対象に'2025年予備創業パッケージ'参加者を募集すると明らかにした。

予備創業パッケージ事業の申請は3月12日までK-Startup創業支援ポータルを通じて可能だ。

全北创新中心招募27家企业参与2025年初步创业计划
全北创造经济革新中心（代表：姜永在，以下简称全北革新中心）表示，正在面向梦想创业的未来创业者招募“2025创业套餐”参与者。

Le Centre d'innovation et d'économie créative de Jeonbuk (PDG Kang Young-jae, ci-après dénommé le Centre d'innovation de Jeonbuk) a annoncé qu'il recrutait des participants pour le « 2025 Startup Package » destiné aux futurs entrepreneurs qui rêvent de créer une entreprise.
Ce package de démarrage préliminaire est structuré selon une méthode de soutien étape par étape, la première étape fournissant des fonds de démarrage d'entreprise allant jusqu'à 20 millions de wons, et des fonds supplémentaires allant jusqu'à 40 millions de wons soutenus de manière différenciée par une évaluation distincte.
Pour les entrepreneurs potentiels sélectionnés, nous proposons des programmes d'entrepreneuriat personnalisés pour chaque élément d'activité, y compris un soutien aux fonds de commercialisation, un mentorat avec des experts en entrepreneuriat, une formation à l'entrepreneuriat et un soutien aux places de garde d'enfants.
Le Centre d'innovation de Jeonbuk est la seule organisation de gestion de packages de démarrage préparatoires dans la province autonome spéciale de Jeonbuk, et découvre et encourage les futurs moteurs de croissance de la province, en se concentrant sur la bio-écologie, la technologie climatique, les nouveaux matériaux avancés et la finance (fintech, IA).
