중소벤처기업부(장관 오영주, 이하 중기부)는 2025년 창업도약패키지 지원사업에 참여할 창업기업을 2월 20일부터 3월 13일까지 모집한다고 밝혔다.
창업도약패키지 지원사업은 창업 후 3년 초과 7년 이내 기업(이하 ‘도약기 창업기업’)이 매출 부진과 자금 부족으로 겪는 위기 상황(데스밸리)을 극복하고 도약할 수 있도록 지원하는 사업이다.
올해 총 373여 개사 창업기업을 선발하며, 제품 개발 및 시제품 제작, 판로개척 등에 필요한 사업화 자금과 함께 투자유치, 글로벌 진출 등 도약기 창업기업의 스케일업에 필요한 맞춤형 창업지원 프로그램을 지원한다.
‘25년 창업도약패키지는 ‘일반형’, ‘대기업 협업형’, ‘투자병행형’의 3가지 유형 중 필요자금 규모 및 사업화 방식에 따라 1개를 선택해서 지원할 수 있다.
먼저, ‘일반형’에 선정된 기업들은 시제품 제작, 지재권 취득, 사업모델(BM) 개선 등에 소요되는 사업화자금(최대 2억원)과 각 주관기관에서 제공하는 맞춤형 창업지원 프로그램을 지원받는다.
이와 함께 ‘일반형’ 유형 중 예산범위 내에서 추가로 ‘성공환원형’을 신청할 수 있는데 ‘성공환원형’에 선정될 경우 기본 지원 사업비의 최대 50%*(최대 1억원)를 추가 지원받아 최대 3억원까지 지원 받을 수 있다.
‘대기업 협업형’은 KT, LG전자 등 대기업 9개사와 협업을 희망하는 창업기업을 대상으로 대기업의 전문 인력과 인프라를 활용하여 창업기업의 제품개발과 사업화, 해외시장 진출을 돕는 프로그램이다. 그 외 사업화자금(최대 2억원, 평균 1.3억원 내외)도 지원받을 수 있다.
마지막으로 ‘투자병행형’ 선정기업은 사업화자금(최대 2억원, 평균 1.5억원)을 지원받고, 추가로 한국벤처투자(KVIC)에서 SAFE방식(조건부지분인수계약)으로 매칭 투자(최대 2억원)를 받을 수 있다.
한편 ‘25년 창업도약패키지 사업을 소개하기 위해 다양한 현장 사업설명회가 마련돼 있다. 2월 27일에는 대기업 9개사가 ‘대기업협업형’ 관련 협업분야, 지원내용 등을 소개하는 설명회와 현장상담을 진행할 예정이다.
또한 각 주관기관에서도 2월 25일부터 3월 7일까지 유형별 ‘25년 프로그램 등을 소개하는 현장 사업설명회를 진행한다.
신청‧접수는 K-스타트업 누리집에서 3월 13일 16시까지 가능하며, 신청접수 이후에는 서류․발표평가를 통해 지원 대상을 최종 선정할 계획이다.

Ministry of SMEs and Startups, Recruiting Startup Companies to Participate in 2025 Startup Leap Package Support Project
The Ministry of SMEs and Startups (Minister Oh Young-joo, hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of SMEs and Startups) announced that it will recruit startups to participate in the 2025 Startup Leap Package Support Project from February 20 to March 13.
The Startup Leap Package Support Project is a project that supports companies that have been established for more than 3 years but less than 7 years (hereinafter referred to as ‘leap-stage startups’) to overcome crisis situations (death valleys) caused by sluggish sales and lack of funds and make a leap forward.
This year, a total of 373 startup companies will be selected, and we will provide customized startup support programs necessary for scale-up of startup companies in the leap stage, such as investment attraction and global expansion, along with commercialization funds required for product development, prototype production, and market development.
The '25-year Startup Leap Package' can be applied for by selecting one of the three types: 'General', 'Large Business Collaboration', and 'Parallel Investment', depending on the amount of funds required and the method of commercialization.
First, companies selected for the 'general type' will receive commercialization funds (up to 200 million won) required for prototype production, intellectual property rights acquisition, and business model (BM) improvement, as well as customized startup support programs provided by each hosting organization.
In addition, among the 'general type' types, you can additionally apply for the 'success return type' within the budget range. If you are selected for the 'success return type', you can receive an additional support of up to 50%* (maximum 100 million won) of the basic support project cost, up to a maximum of 300 million won.
'Large-company collaboration' is a program that helps startups that wish to collaborate with nine large corporations, including KT and LG Electronics, with product development, commercialization, and overseas market entry by utilizing the large corporations' professional manpower and infrastructure. In addition, commercialization funds (up to 200 million won, average of about 130 million won) can also be supported.
Lastly, companies selected as 'investment-parallel' will receive commercialization funds (up to KRW 200 million, average KRW 150 million) and additionally receive matching investment (up to KRW 200 million) from Korea Venture Investment Corporation (KVIC) in the form of SAFE (conditional equity acquisition agreement).
Meanwhile, various on-site business briefing sessions are being prepared to introduce the '25-year startup leap package project. On February 27, nine large companies will hold briefing sessions and on-site consultations to introduce collaboration areas and support contents related to 'large company collaboration type.'
Additionally, each hosting organization will hold on-site business briefing sessions introducing the '25-year program' by type from February 25 to March 7.
Applications and submissions are accepted until 4:00 PM on March 13th on the K-Startup website . After application submission, the final selection of support recipients will be made through document and presentation evaluation.

中小ベンチャー企業部（長官オ・ヨンジュ、以下中期部）は、２０２５年創業跳躍パッケージ支援事業に参加する創業企業を２月２０日から３月１３日まで募集すると明らかにした。
創業跳躍パッケージ支援事業は、創業後3年超過7年以内に企業（以下「跳躍機創業企業」）が売上不振と資金不足で経験する危機状況（デスバレー）を克服して跳躍できるように支援する事業だ。
今年計373社以上の創業企業を選抜し、製品開発や試製品の製作、販路開拓などに必要な事業化資金とともに、投資誘致、グローバル進出などホッピング企業の企業企業のスケールアップに必要なカスタマイズされた創業支援プログラムを支援する。
「25年創業跳躍パッケージは、「一般型」、「大企業協業型」、「投資並行型」の3種類のうち、必要資金規模および事業化方式に応じて1つを選択して支援することができる。
まず、「一般型」に選ばれた企業は、試作品製作、知財権取得、事業モデル（BM）の改善などにかかる事業化資金（最大2億ウォン）と各主管機関が提供するカスタマイズされた創業支援プログラムを支援される。
これと共に「一般型」タイプのうち予算範囲内で追加で「性共済円形」を申請することができるが、「性共還元型」に選定される場合、基本支援事業費の最大５０％＊（最大１億ウォン）を追加支援され、最大３億ウォンまで支援を受けることができる。
'大企業協業型'はKT、LG電子など大企業9社と協業を希望する創業企業を対象に大企業の専門人材とインフラを活用して創業企業の製品開発と事業化、海外市場進出を支援するプログラムだ。その他事業化資金（最大2億ウォン、平均1.3億ウォン内外）も支援される。
最後に「投資並行型」選定企業は事業化資金（最大2億ウォン、平均1.5億ウォン）を支援され、さらに韓国ベンチャー投資（KVIC）からSAFE方式（条件付持分引受契約）でマッチング投資（最大2億ウォン）を受けることができる。
一方、'25年創業跳躍パッケージ事業を紹介するために様々な現場事業説明会が設けられている。 ２月２７日には大企業９社が「大企業協業型」関連の協業分野、支援内容などを紹介する説明会と現場相談を行う予定だ。
また、各主管機関でも、2月25日から3月7日までの型別「25年プログラム」などを紹介する現場事業説明会を行う。
申請・受付は、K-スタートアップのネットハウスで3月13日16時まで可能で、申請受付後は書類・発表評価を通じて支援対象を最終選定する計画だ。

Le « 25-year Startup Leap Package » peut être demandé en sélectionnant l'un des trois types : « Général », « Collaboration de grande entreprise » et « Investissement parallèle », en fonction du montant des fonds requis et de la méthode de commercialisation.
