(재)부산창조경제혁신센터(대표이사 김용우, 이하 부산창경)는 2025년 예비·초기 창업패키지 사업의 주관기관으로서 지난 17일부터 예비창업자와 초기 창업기업(창업 후 3년 이내)을 약 3주간 모집한다고 밝혔다.
예비창업패키지와 초기창업패키지는 혁신적인 기술을 갖춘 유망 예비창업자와 초기 창업기업(창업 후 3년 이내)을 대상으로 사업화 자금과 특화 프로그램 등을 제공하는 지원사업으로 지난 2월 17일 월요일부터 예비창업패키지는 3월 12일 16:00까지, 초기창업패키지는 3월 11일 16:00까지 온라인 K-Startup 누리집에서 모집하고 있다.
예비창업패키지는 전국 780명 내외 선정 예정이며, 부산창경에서는 28명 내외의 예비창업자를 선정하여 8개월의 협약기간 동안 사업화 자금 평균 5천만 원을 지원하고 B.Startup IR 라운지, 창업경영 시뮬레이션, 전문 멘토링 등 다양한 특화 프로그램을 제공할 계획이다.
초기창업패키지는 전국 430개사 내외 선정 예정이며, 부산창경에서는 23개사 내외의 초기 창업기업(창업 후 3년 이내)을 선정하여 9개월의 협약기간 동안 사업화 자금 평균 7천만 원(최대 1억 원)을 지원하고 Win-win OpenInnovation, 글로벌 네트워크 브릿지, Start 새싹마켓 등 다양한 특화 프로그램을 제공할 계획이다.
한편, 오는 2월 24일 오후 2시에 부산창경 4층 컨퍼런스룸에서 ‘2025년 예비·초기 창업패키지 사업설명회’를 개최할 예정이며 이벤터스를 통해 참석자를 모집하고 있다. 사업설명회에서는 2025년도 예비창업패키지 및 초기창업패키지 사업 안내와 지원 방법을 설명할 예정이다. 이후 전담 매니저와 예비창업자 및 초기 창업기업의 상담 창구를 운영해 창업패키지 사업 참여를 희망하는 창업자들에게 실질적인 도움을 줄 계획이다. 또한, 현장 참석이 어려운 (예비)창업자들을 위해 오는 25일 오후 2시에 온라인(Zoom)을 통한 사업설명회도 개최할 예정이다.

Busan Changgyeong, 2025 Preliminary and Early Startup Package Participant Recruitment
The Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Yongwoo Kim, hereinafter referred to as Busan Creative Economy), as the main organization for the 2025 preliminary and early-stage startup package project, announced on the 17th that it will recruit preliminary entrepreneurs and early-stage startups (within 3 years of establishment) for approximately 3 weeks.
The Preliminary Startup Package and Early Startup Package are support projects that provide commercialization funds and specialized programs to promising pre-startup entrepreneurs and early-stage startups (within 3 years of establishment) with innovative technologies. Applications for the Preliminary Startup Package are being accepted from Monday, February 17th until 16:00 on March 12th, and for the Early Startup Package, until 16:00 on March 11th on the online K-Startup website .
The preliminary startup package is expected to select around 780 people nationwide, and Busan Changgyeong plans to select around 28 preliminary entrepreneurs and provide an average of 50 million won in commercialization funds over the 8-month agreement period, as well as provide various specialized programs such as B.Startup IR Lounge, startup management simulation, and professional mentoring.
The early startup package is expected to select around 430 companies nationwide, and Busan Changgyeong plans to select around 23 early startups (within 3 years of establishment) and provide an average of 70 million won (maximum 100 million won) in commercialization funds over the 9-month agreement period and provide various specialized programs such as Win-win Open Innovation, Global Network Bridge, and Start Sprout Market.
Meanwhile, the '2025 Preliminary and Early Startup Package Business Briefing Session' will be held at 2 PM on February 24th in the 4th floor conference room of Busan Changgyeong, and participants are being recruited through Eventus. The business briefing session will explain the 2025 Preliminary Startup Package and Early Startup Package business guide and support methods. Afterwards, a dedicated manager and a consultation window for prospective entrepreneurs and early-stage startups will be operated to provide practical help to entrepreneurs who wish to participate in the startup package business. In addition, an online (Zoom) business briefing session will be held at 2 PM on the 25th for (prospective) entrepreneurs who have difficulty attending in person.
