제주창조경제혁신센터(대표 이병선, 이하 제주센터)는 내달 12일까지 ‘2025년 예비창업패키지 사업’에 참여할 예비창업자를 모집한다고 밝혔다.
예비창업패키지는 혁신적인 기술 창업아이디어를 보유한 예비창업자들에게 시제품 제작과 사업화 자금 지원 등을 통해 창업 사업화 성공적으로 이룰 수 있는 기회를 제공한다.
제주센터는 기술 창업아이템을 보유한 예비창업자 28명을 선발한다. 선발된 창업자는 초기 단계에서는 시장 조사를 통해 사업모델(BM)을 구체화하고, 최소 기획 제품(MVP) 제작을 위한 약 2천만원을 지원받는다. 이후, 협약 중간 시점에 1단계 사업계획의 진척도를 평가해, 성과에 따라 약 4천만원까지 추가 지원이 이뤄진다.
특히 제주센터는 제주도내‧외 투자자 및 파트너들과 협력해 예비창업패키지 선정기업에 대한 투자 연계 등의 지원을 계획하고 있다. 지난해에는 동 지원사업을 통해 ㈜스펙스(대표 윤성철, 정웅섭)가 제주센터와 엠와이소셜컴퍼니 공동운용 ‘제주 초기스타트업 육성 펀드’ 1호 투자기업으로 선전돼 3억원의 투자유치에 성공한 데 이어 딥테크 팁스에 연달아 선정돼 주목받은 바 있다.
제주센터는 예비창업자들의 궁금증을 해소하고 모집을 활성화하기 위한 사업설명회를 진행한다. 2월 20일 제주창조경제혁신센터, 2월 24일 서귀포시 라바르, 2월 26일 온라인, 2월 28일 서울에서 각각 개최하며 장소와 시간은 제주센터 홈페이지에서 확인할 수 있다.
접수기간은 오는 24일부터 내달 12일까지이며, 모집공고 등 보다 자세한 사항은 K-Startup(https://www.k-startup.go.kr/) 누리집에서 확인할 수 있다.
한편 예비창업패키지는 혁신적인 기술창업 아이디어를 보유한 예비창업자의 성공 창업을 지원하는 사업으로, 2018년부터 중소벤처기업부가 시행하고 있는 창업지원 프로그램이다. 제주센터는 2019년부터 7년간 제주지역 예비창업패키지 사업 운영을 통해 총 130개의 예비창업기업을 발굴하고 지원했다.

Jeju Center, '2025 Preliminary Startup Package Project' Preliminary Startup Applicants Recruitment
Jeju Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Lee Byeong-seon, hereinafter referred to as Jeju Center) announced that it will recruit prospective entrepreneurs to participate in the '2025 Preliminary Startup Package Project' until the 12th of next month.
The pre-startup package provides aspiring entrepreneurs with innovative technology startup ideas with the opportunity to successfully commercialize their startups through support for prototype production and commercialization funding.
Jeju Center selects 28 prospective entrepreneurs with technology startup items. The selected entrepreneurs will conduct market research in the early stages to develop a business model (BM) and receive support of approximately 20 million won for the production of a minimum viable product (MVP). Afterwards, the progress of the first-stage business plan will be evaluated at the midpoint of the agreement, and additional support of up to 40 million won will be provided based on the performance.
In particular, the Jeju Center plans to support companies selected for the preliminary startup package by cooperating with investors and partners inside and outside Jeju Island, including linking them to investments. Last year, through this support project, Specs Co., Ltd. (CEO Seong-cheol Yoon, Woong-seop Jeong) was promoted as the first investment company for the Jeju Center and MY Social Company's jointly operated 'Jeju Early Startup Promotion Fund', successfully attracting 300 million won in investment, and was subsequently selected for Deep Tech Tips, drawing attention.
Jeju Center will hold a business briefing session to resolve the curiosity of prospective entrepreneurs and to promote recruitment. It will be held on February 20th at Jeju Creative Economy Innovation Center, on February 24th at Seogwipo Labar, on February 26th online, and on February 28th in Seoul. Meanwhile, the Preliminary Startup Package is a business that supports the successful startup of prospective entrepreneurs with innovative technology startup ideas, and is a startup support program that has been implemented by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups since 2018. The Jeju Center has discovered and supported a total of 130 prospective startup companies through the operation of the Preliminary Startup Package business in the Jeju region for seven years since 2019.

Le Centre d'innovation et d'économie créative de Jeju (PDG Lee Byeong-seon, ci-après dénommé Centre de Jeju) a annoncé qu'il recruterait des entrepreneurs potentiels pour participer au « Projet de package de démarrage préliminaire 2025 » jusqu'au 12 du mois prochain.
Le package de pré-démarrage offre aux entrepreneurs en herbe ayant des idées de démarrage technologique innovantes la possibilité de commercialiser avec succès leurs startups grâce à un soutien à la production de prototypes et au financement de la commercialisation.
Le Centre de Jeju sélectionne 28 entrepreneurs potentiels avec des projets de démarrage technologique. Les entrepreneurs sélectionnés recevront environ 20 millions de wons pour les aider à développer un modèle d'entreprise (BM) grâce à des études de marché dès les premières étapes et à créer un produit minimum viable (MVP). Par la suite, à mi-parcours de l'accord, les progrès du plan d'affaires de la phase 1 seront évalués et un soutien supplémentaire pouvant atteindre environ 40 millions de wons sera fourni en fonction des performances.
En particulier, le Centre de Jeju prévoit de fournir un soutien, tel que des liens d'investissement, aux entreprises sélectionnées pour le package de démarrage préliminaire en coopération avec des investisseurs et des partenaires à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de l'île de Jeju.
