아산나눔재단은 포용적 창업지원 프로그램 ‘아산 상회’의 2025년도 참가팀을 내달 24일까지 모집한다고 24일 밝혔다.
‘아산 상회’는 아산 정주영 현대 창업자의 호인 ‘아산(峨山)’과 그가 생전 처음 창업한 ‘경일상회’의 합성어로, 다양한 배경의 창업가들이 기업가정신을 통해 자립하고 성장할 수 있도록 지원하는 프로그램이다. 이 프로그램은 사업화 자금, 창업 교육, 투자 연계 등 인적·물적 자원을 활용해 창업가의 자립과 성장을 돕고, 사회적 포용과 창업 생태계의 다양성 확대를 목표로 한다. 또한 올해부터 정주영 창업경진대회 ‘다양성 트랙’과 연계되어, 참가팀에게 체계적인 인큐베이팅을 제공할 예정이다.
2025년에는 기존 탈북민뿐만 아니라 이주배경주민과 외국인까지 선발 범위가 확대된다. 자격 요건은 예비 창업팀 또는 설립 7년 이내 초기 창업팀으로, 대표자가 탈북민, 이주배경주민, 외국인 중 하나여야 한다. 외국인의 경우 국내에서 합법적으로 창업할 수 있는 비자를 소지해야 한다.
‘아산 상회’ 참가팀에는 초기 사업화 자금 700만원을 비롯해 창업 특강, 1:1 리더십 코칭, 피칭 컨설팅, 투자 연계 등 다양한 사업 지원 혜택이 제공된다. 또한, 창업가 간 네트워크 형성을 위한 정기 커뮤니티 프로그램과 워크숍도 진행된다.
참가팀 중 일부는 정주영 창업경진대회 ‘다양성 트랙’의 데모데이에 진출할 기회를 얻게 된다. 이들은 하반기 통합 데모데이에서 사업을 발표할 수 있는 기회를 가지며, 총 5개 팀이 데모데이에 참여하고, 총상금 5,900만원이 수여된다.
또한, 아산 상회 수료 후 투자를 유치한 창업팀에게는 매칭그랜트 방식으로 최대 5,000만원의 지원금이 제공된다. 이 지원은 창업팀이 자립하고 성장할 수 있도록 돕기 위한 제도로, 유치한 투자 금액과 기업 가치를 종합적으로 고려하여 지원된다.
참가팀은 아산나눔재단이 운영하는 ‘마루(MARU)’의 다양한 창업 지원 프로그램도 활용할 수 있다. ‘마루베네핏’ 프로그램을 통해 최대 6억 2천만원 상당의 기업 제휴 혜택을 제공받아, 스타트업에 필요한 개발, 채용, 홍보, 복지 등의 서비스를 무료 또는 할인된 금액으로 이용할 수 있다.
‘아산 상회’ 참가 지원은 2025 정주영 창업경진대회 공식 홈페이지에서 3월 24일 오후 3시까지 가능하며, 서류 및 면접 심사를 거쳐 최종 선발팀 명단은 4월 10일 발표된다. 참가 지원을 위한 온라인 웨비나는 3월 14일에 진행된다.

Asan Nanum Foundation announced on the 24th that it will be recruiting participating teams for the 2025 inclusive startup support program 'Asan Sanghoe' until the 24th of next month.
'Asan Sanghoe' is a compound word of 'Asan (峨山)', the pen name of Hyundai founder Chung Ju-young, and 'Kyungil Sanghoe', the first company he founded in his lifetime. It is a program that supports entrepreneurs from various backgrounds to become independent and grow through entrepreneurship. This program utilizes human and material resources such as commercialization funds, entrepreneurship education, and investment linkage to help entrepreneurs become independent and grow, and aims to expand social inclusion and diversity in the entrepreneurship ecosystem. In addition, starting this year, it will be linked with the 'Diversity Track' of the Chung Ju-young Entrepreneurship Competition to provide systematic incubation to participating teams.
In 2025, the selection scope will be expanded to include not only existing defectors but also migrant background residents and foreigners. Qualification requirements are a prospective startup team or an early startup team established within 7 years, and the representative must be a defector, migrant background resident, or foreigner. In the case of foreigners, they must have a visa that allows them to legally start a business in Korea.
Teams participating in 'Asan Sanghoe' will be provided with various business support benefits such as initial business capital of 7 million won, special lectures on entrepreneurship, 1:1 leadership coaching, pitching consulting, and investment linkage. In addition, regular community programs and workshops are held to form networks among entrepreneurs.
Some of the participating teams will have the opportunity to advance to the Demo Day of the Chung Ju-young Startup Competition 'Diversity Track'. They will have the opportunity to present their business at the integrated Demo Day in the second half of the year. A total of five teams will participate in the Demo Day, and a total prize money of 59 million won will be awarded.
In addition, up to 50 million won in support funds will be provided in the form of matching grants to startup teams that have attracted investment after completing Asan Sanghoe. This support is a system designed to help startup teams become self-reliant and grow, and is provided in a comprehensive manner considering the amount of investment attracted and the value of the company.
Participating teams can also utilize the various startup support programs of 'MARU' operated by Asan Nanum Foundation. Through the 'MARU Benefit' program, they can receive corporate partnership benefits worth up to 620 million won, and use services such as development, recruitment, promotion, and welfare necessary for startups for free or at a discounted price.
Applications for participation in 'Asan Sanghoe' can be submitted until 3:00 PM on March 24th on the official website of the 2025 Chung Ju-young Startup Competition. The final list of selected teams will be announced on April 10th after document and interview screening. An online webinar for application for participation will be held on March 14th.
Park Seong-jong, head of the Social Innovation Team at the Asan Nanum Foundation, said, “Asan Sanghoe will support various entrepreneurs with the will to start a business by providing them with opportunities for challenge and growth, and through this, help them grow into entities that create a better society.” He added, “We hope that starting this year, entrepreneurs from various backgrounds, including North Korean defectors, immigrants, and foreigners, will be able to realize their entrepreneurial spirit with Asan Sanghoe.”

アサンナヌム財団は包容的創業支援プログラム「アサン商会」の2025年度参加チームを来月24日まで募集すると24日明らかにした。
'牙山商会'は牙山鄭州営現代創業者の好人'峨山'と彼が生前初めて創業した'慶日商会'の合成語で、様々な背景の創業者が起業家精神を通じて自立して成長できるように支援するプログラムだ。このプログラムは、事業化資金、創業教育、投資連携など人的・物的資源を活用して創業家の自立と成長を助け、社会的包容と創業生態系の多様性拡大を目指す。また今年からチョン・ジュヨン創業競技大会「多様性トラック」と連携し、参加チームに体系的なインキュベーションを提供する予定だ。
2025年には既存の脱北民だけでなく移住背景住民と外国人まで選抜範囲が拡大する。資格要件は予備創業チームまたは設立7年以内の初期創業チームで、代表者が脱北民、移住背景住民、外国人のいずれかでなければならない。外国人の場合、国内で合法的に創業できるビザを所持しなければならない。
「牙山商会」参加チームには、初期事業化資金700万ウォンをはじめ、創業特講、1:1リーダーシップコーチング、ピッチングコンサルティング、投資連携など様々な事業支援特典が提供される。また、起業家間のネットワーク形成のための定期コミュニティプログラムやワークショップも行われます。
参加チームの一部はチョン・ジュヨン創業競技大会「多様性トラック」のデモデーに進出する機会を得ることになる。彼らは下半期の統合デモデイで事業を発表する機会を持ち、合計5チームがデモデイに参加し、総賞金5,900万ウォンが授与される。
また、牙山商会修了後投資を誘致した創業チームには、マッチンググラント方式で最大5,000万ウォンの支援金が提供される。この支援は、創業チームが自立して成長するのを助けるための制度であり、幼稚な投資金額と企業価値を総合的に考慮して支援される。
参加チームは、アサンナヌム財団が運営する「MARU」の多様な創業支援プログラムも活用できる。 「マルベネフィット」プログラムを通じて最大6億2千万ウォン相当の企業提携特典を提供され、スタートアップに必要な開発、採用、広報、福祉などのサービスを無料または割引された金額で利用できる。
