디지털치료제 전문기업 하이는 지난 2월 18일 서울 종로구에 위치한 하이 본사에서 AI기반 의료시스템 디지털 전환 지원 사업의 본격적 추진을 위한 개시 미팅을 진행했다고 밝혔다.
본 사업은 정보통신산업진흥원의 정밀의료 SW 서비스 구축 지원 사업의 일환이다. 전국 주요 국립 공공병원의 디지털 헬스케어 보급과 활용을 통해, 의료 복지 수준을 높이기 위한 것으로 진행하고 있다. 하이는 2024년 4개의 의료기관에서 시범 사업을 성공적으로 마무리하고 올해는 그 규모와 기간을 확대해 시행할 예정이다.
본 실증 사업에 참여하기로 한 기관은 공공의료 기관은 서울특별시보라매병원, 강원대학교병원, 경북대학교병원, 부산대학교병원, 전북대학교병원, 전남대학교병원과 국립재활원, 서울적십자병원 이상 8곳이다. 참여 기관은 제주도 지역의 병원도 추가될 예정이다.
하이는 현재 개발 중인 뇌졸중 후 언어재활 디지털 헬스케어 제품을 탑재한 태블릿형 제품을 참여기관에 제공한다. 참여기관에서는 대상자 모집 후 3개월 간 사용하고 사용자의 언어장애 개선정도 뿐만 아니라 병원 내에서의 디지털 헬스케어 활용의 개선 및 보완점 등을 중점적으로 살펴볼 예정이다. 특히, 2년차 과제에는 수행 범위를 확대해, 뇌졸중 환자의 재발 위험성을 낮추는 연구도 함께 병행될 예정이다. 본 사업의 실증기간은 총 3개월이며 150명 이상의 뇌졸중 환자를 대상으로 올 해 2분기부터 진행 예정이다.
본 사업의 실증을 주도하고 있는 서울특별시보라매병원 권형민 교수는 “의료 현장에서 디지털 헬스케어를 활용해, 환자에게 제공하는 의료 서비스 질을 어떻게 향상시킬 것인지에 대해 관심이 많았다”라며 “이번 실증 기회를 통해 의료기관과 환자 모두에게 도움이 되는 사례를 만들 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 본 실증에 대한 의미를 설명했다.
하이의 김진우 대표이사는 “본 사업의 취지를 이해하고 주저 없이 참여해 주신 의료진께 감사 드린다”라며 “이번 대규모 실증을 통해 수집된 여러 사례와 개선점들이, 현재 정부가 추진하고 있는 디지털 헬스케어를 활용한 환자의 보편적 의료 복지를 향상시키는 데 상당히 중요한 기초 자료로 활용 가능할 것”이라고 본 사업에 대한 성공적 추진 의지를 피력했다.

Hi, we are holding a meeting to start the verification of the language disorder rehabilitation improvement app at major university hospitals nationwide.
Digital therapeutics specialist Hi announced that it held an opening meeting on February 18 at its headquarters in Jongno-gu, Seoul to launch a full-scale project to support the digital transformation of AI-based medical systems.
This project is part of the Precision Medical SW Service Construction Support Project of the National Information Society Agency. It is being carried out to improve the level of medical welfare through the spread and use of digital healthcare in major national public hospitals across the country. Hi plans to successfully complete the pilot project in four medical institutions in 2024 and expand the scale and period this year.
The institutions that have decided to participate in this demonstration project are eight public medical institutions: Seoul Metropolitan City Boramae Hospital, Kangwon National University Hospital, Kyungpook National University Hospital, Pusan National University Hospital, Chonbuk National University Hospital, Chonnam National University Hospital, National Rehabilitation Center, and Seoul Red Cross Hospital. Hospitals in the Jeju Island area are also expected to be added to the participating institutions.
Hi will provide tablet-type products equipped with stroke post-speech rehabilitation digital healthcare products currently under development to participating institutions. Participating institutions will use the products for three months after recruiting subjects, and will focus on not only the degree of improvement in users’ language impairments but also the improvement and supplementation of digital healthcare utilization within hospitals. In particular, the scope of the second-year project will be expanded to conduct research on reducing the risk of stroke patients’ recurrence. The verification period for this project will be three months in total, and it is scheduled to be conducted starting in the second quarter of this year, targeting more than 150 stroke patients.
Professor Kwon Hyung-min of Seoul Metropolitan Boramae Hospital, who is leading the verification of this project, explained the significance of this verification by saying, “I have been very interested in how to improve the quality of medical services provided to patients by utilizing digital healthcare in the medical field,” and “Through this verification opportunity, I will strive to create a case that is helpful to both medical institutions and patients.”
“I would like to thank the medical staff who understood the purpose of this project and participated without hesitation,” said Kim Jin-woo, CEO of Hi. “The various cases and areas for improvement collected through this large-scale demonstration will serve as very important basic data for improving the universal medical welfare of patients using digital healthcare, which the government is currently promoting.” He expressed his will to successfully promote this project.

本事業の実証を主導しているソウル特別シボラ梅病院クォン・ヒョンミン教授は「医療現場でデジタルヘルスケアを活用し、患者に提供する医療サービスの質をどのように向上させるかについて関心が高かった」とし「今回の実証機会を通じて医療機関と患者の両方に役立つ事例を作ることができるように実証した」と述べた。
ハイのキム・ジヌ代表取締役は「本事業の趣旨を理解し、躊躇なく参加してくださった医療スタッフに感謝いたします」とし「今回の大規模実証を通じて収集されたいくつかの事例と改善点が、現在政府が推進しているデジタルヘルスケアを活用した患者の普遍的医療福祉を向上させるのにかなり重要な基礎資料として活用可能である」。

Le spécialiste des thérapies numériques Hi a annoncé avoir tenu une réunion d'ouverture le 18 février à son siège de Jongno-gu, à Séoul, pour lancer un projet à grande échelle visant à soutenir la transformation numérique des systèmes médicaux basés sur l'IA.
Ce projet fait partie du projet de soutien à la construction de services logiciels médicaux de précision de l'Agence nationale de promotion de l'industrie informatique. Le projet est mené pour améliorer le niveau de bien-être médical en diffusant et en utilisant les soins de santé numériques dans les principaux hôpitaux publics nationaux à travers le pays. HAI mènera à bien un projet pilote dans quatre établissements médicaux en 2024 et prévoit d'étendre son ampleur et sa durée cette année.
Les institutions qui ont décidé de participer à ce projet de démonstration sont huit établissements médicaux publics : l'hôpital Boramae de la ville métropolitaine de Séoul, l'hôpital universitaire national de Kangwon, l'hôpital universitaire national de Kyungpook, l'hôpital universitaire national de Pusan, l'hôpital universitaire national de Chonbuk, l'hôpital universitaire national de Chonnam, le centre national de réadaptation et l'hôpital de la Croix-Rouge de Séoul. Les institutions participantes comprendront également les hôpitaux de la région de l’île de Jeju.
Hi fournira aux institutions participantes un produit de type tablette équipé d'un produit de santé numérique de réadaptation du langage post-AVC actuellement en cours de développement. Les institutions participantes utiliseront le système pendant trois mois après le recrutement des sujets et se concentreront sur l'examen non seulement de l'étendue de l'amélioration des troubles du langage des utilisateurs, mais également des domaines à améliorer et à compléter dans l'utilisation des soins de santé numériques au sein des hôpitaux. En particulier, la portée du projet de deuxième année sera élargie pour inclure des recherches sur la réduction du risque de récidive chez les patients victimes d'accident vasculaire cérébral. La période de validation de ce projet s’étend sur trois mois au total et devrait débuter au deuxième trimestre de cette année, ciblant plus de 150 patients victimes d’AVC.
Le professeur Kwon Hyung-min de l'hôpital métropolitain Boramae de Séoul, qui dirige la vérification de ce projet, a expliqué l'importance de cette vérification en déclarant : « Je suis très intéressé par la manière d'améliorer la qualité des services médicaux fournis aux patients en utilisant les soins de santé numériques dans le domaine médical » et « Grâce à cette opportunité de vérification, je m'efforcerai de créer un cas utile à la fois aux institutions médicales et aux patients. »
« Je tiens à remercier le personnel médical qui a compris l’objectif de ce projet et qui y a participé sans hésitation », a déclaré Kim Jin-woo, PDG de Hi. « Les différents cas et domaines d’amélioration recueillis grâce à cette démonstration à grande échelle serviront de données de base très importantes pour améliorer le bien-être médical universel des patients utilisant les soins de santé numériques, que le gouvernement promeut actuellement. » Il a exprimé sa volonté de promouvoir avec succès ce projet.
