중소벤처기업부(장관 오영주, 이하 중기부)는 25일 2025년도 지역특화형 스마트공장 구축지원사업(이하 지역특화형 스마트공장) 공고를 실시한다고 밝혔다.
지역특화형 스마트공장 사업은 지역의 현안 해결을 위해 정부의 스마트공장 구축지원과 지자체의 지역특화산업 육성지원을 함께 추진하는 신규 협업사업으로서, 올해는 경북, 전남, 전북 등 3개 지자체가 참여한다.
사업비는 중기부에서 고도화 단계 구축비용으로 지역당 20억원씩 총 60억 원을 지원하며, 지자체는 기초단계 구축 및 특화사업 등에 지방비 104.5억 원을 매칭하여 총 164.5억 원이 투입될 예정이다. 스마트공장 도입기업은 구축비용의 50~80%를 지원받고, 지자체별 특화 프로그램인 기술지원, 사업화지원 등도 연계하여 받을 수 있게 된다.
지역별로, 경북에서는 40억 원의 예산으로 식품제조 분야의 스마트공장 구축(50개)을 지원한다. 또한, 지원기업 대상으로 협력 네트워크 구축, 기술컨설팅, 인증평가 등의 사업화 지원과 정책자금, 마케팅, 수출역량강화 등의 지역특화 프로그램도 연계하여 지원한다.
전남은 식품제조 분야 지역기업의 디지털전환을 위하여 스마트공장 도입(40개사) 및 제조로봇‧설비 구축(5개사)에 필요한 비용으로 57.5억 원을 지원할 계획이다.
전북에서는 농생명 바이오 분야에 67억 원을 투입하여 스마트공장 도입(35개)을 지원하고, 구축기업을 대상으로 기술사업화, 신제품개발, 마케팅, 수출인증 및 스마트HACCP 교육·컨설팅 등 특화프로그램도 운영한다.
중기부 제조혁신과 권순재 과장은 “이번 사업을 통해 중앙정부와 지자체가 협력하여 지역기업의 제조현장을 스마트화하고 지역 현안을 공동으로 해결하는 계기가 되었으면 한다”면서 “앞으로 지역의 수요를 고려하여 지원 예산과 대상 지역을 확대해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
지역특화형 스마트공장 사업 공고는 지역별로 진행되며, 공고문은 25일부터 스마트공장 사업관리시스템 누리집을 통해 확인할 수 있다. 참여를 희망하는 기업은 지역별 공고문에 따라 사업계획서를 작성하여 온라인으로 신청하면 된다. 사업과 관련된 세부적인 문의 사항은 각 지역별 운영기관을 통해 안내받을 수 있다.

Ministry of SMEs and Startups supports smart factory construction with local governments
The Ministry of SMEs and Startups (Minister Oh Young-joo, hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of SMEs and Startups) announced on the 25th that it will be conducting a public notice for the 2025 Regional Specialized Smart Factory Construction Support Project (hereinafter referred to as the Regional Specialized Smart Factory).
The regional smart factory project is a new collaborative project that promotes the government's support for building smart factories and local governments' support for fostering regional specialized industries to solve regional issues. This year, three local governments, Gyeongbuk, Jeonnam, and Jeonbuk, are participating.
The Ministry of SMEs and Startups will provide KRW 6 billion in total, KRW 2 billion per region, as advanced stage construction costs, and local governments will match KRW 10.45 billion in local funds for basic stage construction and specialized projects, for a total of KRW 16.45 billion. Companies introducing smart factories will receive support for 50-80% of the construction costs, and can also receive local government-specific programs such as technical support and commercialization support.
By region, Gyeongbuk will support the construction of smart factories (50) in the food manufacturing sector with a budget of 4 billion won. In addition, support will be provided through linking with regional specialized programs such as business support for supporting companies, such as building cooperative networks, technical consulting, and certification evaluation, as well as policy funds, marketing, and strengthening export capabilities.
Jeollanam-do plans to support 5.75 billion won in costs necessary for the introduction of smart factories (40 companies) and the establishment of manufacturing robots and equipment (5 companies) to facilitate the digital transformation of local companies in the food manufacturing industry.
In Jeonbuk, 6.7 billion won will be invested in the agricultural life bio sector to support the introduction of smart factories (35 plants), and specialized programs such as technology commercialization, new product development, marketing, export certification, and smart HACCP education and consulting will also be operated for construction companies.
Mr. Kwon Soon-jae, head of the Manufacturing Innovation Division of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, said, “I hope that this project will serve as an opportunity for the central government and local governments to work together to make local companies’ manufacturing sites smart and jointly resolve local issues,” adding, “In the future, we will expand the support budget and target regions by considering local demand.”
The announcement of the regional smart factory project will be conducted by region, and the announcement can be viewed on the Smart Factory Project Management System website from the 25th. 全北では農生命バイオ分野に67億ウォンを投入してスマート工場導入(35社)を支援し、構築企業を対象に技術事業化、新製品開発、マーケティング、輸出認証およびスマートHACCP教育・コンサルティングなど特化プログラムも運営する。
中期部製造革新とクォン・スンジェ課長は「今回の事業を通じて中央政府と自治体が協力して地域企業の製造現場をスマート化し、地域懸案を共同で解決するきっかけになってほしい」とし「今後地域の需要を考慮して支援予算と対象地域を拡大していく」と明らかにした。
地域特化型スマート工場事業公告は地域別に進められ、公告文は25日からスマート工場事業管理システムのネットハウスを通じて確認することができる。参加を希望する企業は地域別公告文に従って事業計画書を作成し、オンラインで申請すればよい。事業に関する詳細な質問は、各地域の運営機関を通じて案内されます。

中小企业和初创企业部与地方政府合作支持智能工厂建设
中小企业及风险投资部（部长吴英珠，以下简称中小企业及风险投资部） 25日表示，将就2025年地区专业智能工厂建设支援项目（以下简称地区专业智能工厂）进行公告。
地区智能工厂项目是政府支持建设智能工厂和地方政府支持培育地区特色产业以解决地区问题的新合作项目。今年共有庆尚北道、全南道和全北道三个地方政府参与。

Le ministère des PME et des startups (ministre Oh Young-joo, ci-après dénommé le ministère des PME et des startups) a annoncé le 25 qu'il lancerait un avis public pour le projet de soutien à la construction d'usines intelligentes spécialisées régionales 2025 (ci-après dénommée l'usine intelligente spécialisée régionale).
