아산나눔재단(이사장 엄윤미)은 비영리 스타트업의 임팩트 확장과 혁신 역량 강화를 지원하는 ‘아산 비영리스타트업’ 프로그램의 2025년도 성장트랙 참가 기관을 3월 31일까지 모집한다고 밝혔다.
‘아산 비영리스타트업’은 신생 비영리 조직이 사업과 조직의 성장 기반을 마련할 수 있도록 다각적인 지원을 제공하는 프로그램이다. 2021년 론칭 이후, 뉴웨이즈, 니트생활자, 다시입다연구소, 온기, 계단뿌셔클럽 등 국내 약 40여 개의 비영리 조직을 지원하며 사회혁신 생태계를 활성화해왔다. 이번 성장트랙 모집에서는 임팩트 확장을 목표로 하는 검증된 역량을 갖춘 비영리스타트업을 발굴하여 총 8개 팀을 선발할 예정이다.
올해부터는 성장 가능성이 높은 초기 단계 비영리 조직을 집중 지원하기 위해 모집 기준을 일부 조정했다. 기관 설립 연한 기준은 기존 10년에서 7년 이내로, 연간 수입총액 요건은 2천만 원 이상 5억 원 이하로 변경되었다.
모집 자격은 상근 인력 2명 이상을 보유한 비영리 단체, 법인, 사회적 협동조합으로, 설립 7년 이내 및 연간 수입총액 2천만 원 이상 5억 원 이하의 기준을 충족해야 한다. 선정된 팀은 5월부터 10월까지 약 6개월간 ▲프로젝트 지원금 6천 5백만 원, ▲팀별 전담 멘토와 스타트업 맞춤형 전략 자문, ▲단기 사무 공간인 ‘마루시드존’ 입주 등 다양한 액셀러레이팅 혜택을 제공받는다. 또한, 하반기에는 ‘비영리스타트업 콘퍼런스’에서 팀별 프로젝트 발표 기회도 주어진다.
지원 접수는 3월 31일까지 아산나눔재단 공식 홈페이지에서 진행되며, 서류 및 면접 심사를 거쳐 5월 2일 최종 합격 팀이 발표된다. 또한, 지원을 원하는 팀을 위해 3월 12일 온라인 사업설명회와 3월 17일부터 21일까지 오피스아워를 운영하여 지원 방법 및 프로젝트 기획에 대한 맞춤형 상담을 제공할 예정이다.

Asan Nanum Foundation, 2025 'Asan Nonprofit Startup' Growth Track Participation Organization Recruitment
Asan Nanum Foundation (Chairperson Eom Yun-mi) announced that it is recruiting participating institutions for the 2025 growth track of the 'Asan Nonprofit Startup' program, which supports the expansion of impact and strengthening of innovation capacity of nonprofit startups, until March 31.
'Asan Nonprofit Startup' is a program that provides diverse support to new nonprofit organizations so that they can lay the foundation for business and organizational growth. Since its launch in 2021, it has supported about 40 domestic nonprofit organizations such as Newways, Knit Life, Dasiipda Research Institute, Onki, and Stair Pusher Club, thereby activating the social innovation ecosystem. In this growth track recruitment, we plan to select a total of 8 teams by discovering nonprofit startups with proven capabilities that aim to expand impact.
Starting this year, we have adjusted some of our recruitment criteria to focus on supporting early-stage non-profit organizations with high growth potential. The criteria for the period of establishment of the organization has been changed from 10 years to 7 years, and the requirement for annual total income has been changed from 20 million won to 500 million won.
The recruitment qualifications are non-profit organizations, corporations, and social cooperatives with two or more full-time employees, established within 7 years, and meeting the criteria of having an annual total income of 20 million won to 500 million won. The selected teams will receive various acceleration benefits, such as ▲project support funds of 65 million won for approximately 6 months from May to October, ▲dedicated mentors for each team and customized startup strategy consulting, ▲occupancy in the short-term office space 'Marusid Zone', etc. In addition, each team will be given the opportunity to present their project at the 'Non-profit Startup Conference' in the second half of the year.
Applications will be accepted until March 31st on the Asan Nanum Foundation official website, and the final successful teams will be announced on May 2nd after document and interview screening. In addition, for teams wishing to apply, an online business briefing session will be held on March 12th and office hours will be held from March 17th to 21st to provide customized consultations on application methods and project planning.

今年からは、成長の可能性が高い初期段階の非営利組織を集中的に支援するために募集基準を一部調整した。機関設立年限基準は既存の10年から7年以内に、年間輸入総額要件は2千万ウォン以上5億ウォン以下に変更された。
募集資格は常勤人材2人以上を保有する非営利団体、法人、社会的協同組合で、設立7年以内および年間輸入総額2千万ウォン以上5億ウォン以下の基準を満たさなければならない。選ばれたチームは5月から10月まで約6ヶ月間、▲プロジェクト支援金6千5百万ウォン、▲チーム別専担メンターとスタートアップオーダーメード型戦略諮問、▲短期事務空間である「マルシードゾーン」入居など様々なアクセラレーティング特典を提供される。また、下半期には「非営利スタートアップカンファレンス」でチーム別プロジェクト発表機会も与えられる。

« Asan Nonprofit Startup » est un programme qui fournit un soutien diversifié aux nouvelles organisations à but non lucratif pour les aider à établir les bases de la croissance commerciale et organisationnelle. Depuis son lancement en 2021, il a soutenu environ 40 organisations nationales à but non lucratif, dont Newways, Knit Life, Dasiipda Research Institute, Onki et Stair Pusher Club, activant ainsi l'écosystème de l'innovation sociale. Dans le cadre de ce recrutement de croissance, nous prévoyons de sélectionner un total de 8 équipes en découvrant des startups à but non lucratif dotées de capacités éprouvées qui visent à accroître leur impact.
À partir de cette année, nous avons ajusté certains de nos critères de recrutement pour nous concentrer sur le soutien aux organisations à but non lucratif en phase de démarrage et à fort potentiel de croissance. Les critères de durée de création d'une institution ont été modifiés de 10 à 7 ans, et l'exigence de revenu total annuel a été modifiée de 20 millions de wons à 500 millions de wons.
Les candidats doivent être des organisations à but non lucratif, des sociétés ou des coopératives sociales comptant au moins deux employés à temps plein, établies depuis moins de 7 ans et ayant un chiffre d'affaires annuel total d'au moins 20 millions de wons et pas plus de 500 millions de wons. Les équipes sélectionnées bénéficieront de divers avantages d'accélération, notamment ▲65 millions de wons de fonds de soutien au projet pendant environ 6 mois de mai à octobre, ▲des mentors dédiés pour chaque équipe et des conseils stratégiques personnalisés pour les startups, et ▲l'occupation de la « Marusid Zone », un espace de bureau à court terme. De plus, au cours du second semestre, les équipes auront l'opportunité de présenter leurs projets lors de la « Non-profit Startup Conference ».
Les candidatures seront acceptées jusqu'au 31 mars sur le site officiel de la Fondation Asan Nanum, et les équipes retenues seront annoncées le 2 mai après examen des documents et entretien. De plus, pour les équipes en quête de soutien, nous organiserons une séance d’information commerciale en ligne le 12 mars et des heures de bureau du 17 au 21 mars pour fournir des consultations personnalisées sur les méthodes de soutien et la planification de projets.
