기술보증기금(이하 ‘기보’)은 25일 서울 FKI타워에서 중소벤처기업부와 함께 벤처투자 생태계 지원 확대를 위한 설명회 및 현장간담회를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이번 간담회는 벤처투자 및 스케일업 지원 활성화를 목표로, 중소벤처기업부와 기보가 벤처투자 업계의 현장 의견을 직접 청취하고 지원제도의 개선 방향을 논의하기 위해 마련되었다. 기보는 벤처투자사(VC)와 창업기획자 등을 대상으로 ▲VC벤처펀드 특별보증을 포함한 벤처투자사 대상 투자재원 지원 제도 ▲기보의 다양한 투자연계 보증상품 등을 소개하며, 관련 제도에 대한 이해도를 높였다.
또한, 기보는 벤처투자사들의 운용사 출자금 지원 제도에 대한 현장 의견을 교환하고, 벤처투자 지원 확대를 위한 제도 개선방안을 집중적으로 논의했다. 기보는 2021년 7월 ‘VC벤처펀드 특별보증’을 도입해 중소형 벤처투자사들의 자금 조달을 지원하고 있으며, 펀드 결성에 필요한 운용사 출자금을 최대 50억원까지 지원하고 있다. 이를 통해 보증 대상 벤처투자사는 ▲100% 보증비율 적용 ▲보증료율 인하 등 우대조건으로 출자금을 원활하게 조달할 수 있다.
기보는 현재까지 ‘VC벤처펀드 특별보증’을 통해 총 5,963억원의 신규 벤처펀드 결성을 지원해왔다. 간담회에서 제기된 현장 의견을 반영해 벤처투자 촉진을 위한 제도 개선을 지속 추진하고, 벤처투자사의 신속한 펀드 결성 지원과 벤처투자 촉진을 통해 기술 기반 벤처·스타트업의 혁신 성장을 뒷받침할 계획이다.
김종호 기보 이사장은 “기보는 VC의 원활한 자금조달을 통한 벤처투자 시장 활력 회복을 위해 다양한 투자 연계 사업을 시행하고 있다”며, “이번 간담회에서 제안된 의견을 최대한 반영하여 VC벤처펀드 특별보증의 상품성과 접근성을 개선하는 등 효율적인 제도 운용으로 벤처투자 생태계 활성화에 적극 기여하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Kibo Holds Field Meeting to Expand Support for Venture Investment Ecosystem
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “KIBO”) announced on the 25th that it held an informational session and on-site meeting with the Ministry of SMEs and Startups at the FKI Tower in Seoul to expand support for the venture investment ecosystem.
This meeting was held with the aim of activating venture investment and scale-up support, and was arranged for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and Kibo to directly hear opinions from the venture investment industry and discuss ways to improve the support system. Kibo introduced ▲investment resource support systems for venture capital companies, including special guarantees for VC venture funds ▲Kibo’s various investment-linked guarantee products, etc. to venture capital companies (VCs) and startup planners, thereby increasing their understanding of related systems.
In addition, Kibo exchanged opinions on the field regarding the system of supporting the investment capital of venture capital companies and intensively discussed ways to improve the system to expand venture investment support. Kibo introduced the 'VC Venture Fund Special Guarantee' in July 2021 to support the financing of small and medium-sized venture capital companies, and is supporting the investment capital of up to 5 billion won required for fund formation. Through this, venture capital companies subject to the guarantee can smoothly raise investment capital with preferential conditions such as ▲100% guarantee ratio application ▲lower guarantee fee rate.
Kibo has supported the formation of a total of KRW 596.3 billion in new venture funds through the 'VC Venture Fund Special Guarantee'. Reflecting the opinions raised in the meeting, Kibo plans to continue to improve the system to promote venture investment, and support the innovative growth of technology-based ventures and startups by supporting rapid fund formation by venture capital companies and promoting venture investment.

Kibo organise une réunion sur le terrain pour étendre le soutien à l'écosystème d'investissement en capital-risque
La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (ci-après dénommée « KIBO ») a annoncé le 25 qu'elle avait organisé une séance d'information et une réunion sur place avec le ministère des PME et des startups à la FKI Tower à Séoul pour étendre le soutien à l'écosystème d'investissement en capital-risque.

Grâce à cela, les sociétés de capital-risque soumises à garantie peuvent lever des capitaux en toute simplicité avec des conditions préférentielles telles que ▲l'application d'un taux de garantie de 100 % et ▲un taux de frais de garantie inférieur.
Kibo a soutenu à ce jour la création de nouveaux fonds de capital-risque d'une valeur totale de 596,3 milliards de KRW grâce à sa « Garantie spéciale du fonds de capital-risque ». Nous prévoyons de continuer à promouvoir les améliorations institutionnelles pour promouvoir l’investissement en capital-risque en reflétant les opinions exprimées lors de la réunion, et de soutenir la croissance innovante des entreprises et des startups basées sur la technologie en soutenant la formation rapide de fonds par les sociétés de capital-risque et en promouvant l’investissement en capital-risque.
