뷰티&헬스 유통 전문 기업 더드림H&B(대표 유민상)은 한국산 소비재 전문 유통체인인 중국 룽마트 그룹(회장 박철남)과 헬스&뷰티(H&B) 역직구 관련 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 20일 밝혔다. 이번 협약을 통해 3년 동안 총 2,000만 달러 규모의 K-뷰티 및 건강기능식품 공급 계약을 맺었으며, 이를 기반으로 중국 시장에서의 유통망을 더욱 강화할 예정이다.
더드림 H&B 본사에서 진행된 업무협약식에는 더드림H&B 유민상 대표를 비롯해 중국 길림성 연길시정부 장학빈 부시장, 신성해 상무국장, 룽마트 그룹 박철남 회장과 신기택 대표 등 주요 인사들이 참석했다. 이번 협약으로 더드림H&B는 룽마트 그룹의 우선 공급 협상업체로 선정되었으며, 이를 통해 중국 내 주요 유통 채널 확대 및 안정적인 공급망을 구축하게 된다.
한국무역협회 보고서에 따르면 최근 한국 역직구 시장은 2014년 6,791억 원에서 2023년 1조 6,972억 원으로 급성장하며, 특히 H&B 제품을 비롯한 다양한 소비재에서 한국 제품에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있다. 이러한 시장 트렌드에 맞춰 이번 협약을 통해 더드림H&B는 중국 시장 진출을 본격화한다. 룽마트 그룹 역시 한국의 다양한 H&B 제품을 안정적으로 공급받아 유통 구조를 최적화하고, 수익 창출의 안정성을 높이는 등 중국 내 역직구 시장에서의 입지를 강화할 방침이다.
이번 업무협약으로 더드림H&B와 룽마트 그룹은 향후 공동 마케팅 및 협력 확대를 통해 한·중 H&B 역직구 시장의 성장을 촉진하고, 지속 가능한 경제 협력 체계를 구축할 예정이다. 또한, 업무협약 체결식에는 중국 연길시정부 주요인사도 참여해 지역 경제 활성화, 일자리 창출, 해외 경제 협력 강화를 위한 지원 방안을 논의했다.

Through this agreement, a K-beauty and health functional food supply contract worth a total of 20 million dollars was signed over 3 years, and based on this, it plans to further strengthen its distribution network in the Chinese market.
The business agreement signing ceremony held at the headquarters of The Dream H&B was attended by key figures including The Dream H&B CEO Yoo Min-sang, China’s Jilin Province Yanji City Government Vice Mayor Zhang Xuebin, Shin Seong-hae, Director of the Commercial Bureau, and Longmart Group Chairman Park Cheol-nam and CEO Shin Ki-taek. With this agreement, The Dream H&B has been selected as the preferred supplier for Longmart Group, and through this, it will expand its major distribution channels in China and establish a stable supply chain.
According to a report by the Korea International Trade Association, the Korean reverse purchasing market has grown rapidly from KRW 679.1 billion in 2014 to KRW 1.6972 trillion in 2023, and the demand for Korean products, especially H&B products and various consumer goods, is increasing. In line with this market trend, through this agreement, Dream H&B will begin to enter the Chinese market in earnest. The Longmart Group also plans to strengthen its position in the Chinese reverse purchasing market by optimizing its distribution structure and increasing the stability of profit generation by receiving a stable supply of various Korean H&B products.
With this business agreement, Dream H&B and Lungmart Group will promote the growth of the H&B reverse purchasing market in Korea and China through joint marketing and cooperation expansion in the future, and establish a sustainable economic cooperation system. In addition, key figures from the Yanji municipal government of China also attended the business agreement signing ceremony and discussed support measures for revitalizing the local economy, creating jobs, and strengthening overseas economic cooperation.

La société spécialisée dans la distribution de produits de beauté et de santé The Dream H&B (PDG Yoo Min-sang) a annoncé le 20 avoir signé un accord commercial (MOU) avec China Longmart Group (président Park Cheol-nam), une chaîne de distribution de biens de consommation coréenne, concernant l'achat direct de produits de santé et de beauté (H&B). Grâce à cet accord, un total de 20 millions USD de contrats d'approvisionnement en aliments fonctionnels K-beauty et santé ont été signés sur trois ans, et sur cette base, le réseau de distribution sur le marché chinois sera encore renforcé.
La cérémonie d'accord commercial qui s'est tenue au siège de The Dream H&B a été suivie par des personnalités clés, dont le PDG de The Dream H&B, Yoo Min-sang, le maire adjoint Zhang Xuebin du gouvernement de la ville de Yanji de la province du Jilin, en Chine, le directeur du bureau commercial Shin Seong-hae et le président du groupe Longmart, Park Cheol-nam, et le PDG Shin Ki-taek. Avec cet accord, Dream H&B a été sélectionné comme fournisseur privilégié du groupe Longmart, ce qui lui permettra d'étendre ses principaux canaux de distribution en Chine et d'établir une chaîne d'approvisionnement stable.
Selon un rapport de l'Association coréenne du commerce international, le marché coréen des importations inversées devrait croître rapidement, passant de 679,1 milliards de KRW en 2014 à 1 697,2 milliards de KRW en 2023, et la demande de produits coréens augmente, en particulier dans divers biens de consommation, notamment les produits H&B. Conformément à ces tendances du marché, grâce à cet accord, Dream H&B entamera son entrée à grande échelle sur le marché chinois. Le groupe Longmart prévoit également de renforcer sa position sur le marché chinois des achats directs en optimisant sa structure de distribution et en augmentant la stabilité de la génération de bénéfices grâce à un approvisionnement stable de divers produits H&B en provenance de Corée.
Avec cet accord commercial, Dream H&B et Lungmart Group prévoient de promouvoir la croissance du marché d'achat direct H&B Corée-Chine grâce à un marketing conjoint et à une expansion de la coopération à l'avenir et d'établir un système de coopération économique durable. En outre, des personnalités clés du gouvernement de la ville de Yanji en Chine ont également assisté à la cérémonie de signature de l'accord commercial et ont discuté des mesures de soutien visant à revitaliser l'économie locale, à créer des emplois et à renforcer la coopération économique à l'étranger.
