HR 테크 선도기업 휴먼컨설팅그룹(HCG)은 최근 나이스그룹에 자사의 HR SaaS 플랫폼 ‘탈렌엑스(talenx)’를 공급한다고 밝혔다. 이로써 HCG는 금융권을 포함한 민감한 정보를 다루는 산업군에서 e-HR 솔루션 구축에 대한 강점을 재확인했다.
나이스그룹은 1986년 설립된 금융 인프라 기업으로, 신용평가, 데이터, 결제, 금융서비스, 모빌리티, 제조 등 다양한 사업을 운영하고 있다. 현재 나이스그룹의 11개 계열사가 성과관리 및 평가관리 모듈을 도입하여 운영 중이며, 추가로 5개 계열사도 탈렌엑스를 도입했다. 4월부터는 인사관리와 근무관리 모듈을 추가 적용하고, 7월에는 급여관리 모듈까지 확장하여 올인원(All-in-One) HR 시스템으로 전환할 예정이다.
이번 나이스그룹의 탈렌엑스 도입은 보안 규제가 까다로운 금융권에서 클라우드 기반 HR SaaS 솔루션을 도입했다는 점에서 주목된다. 탈렌엑스는 ISO 27001 및 ISMS 인증을 보유하고 있으며, 금융보안원의 CSP 안정성 평가 기준을 충족하는 등 강력한 보안성을 자랑한다. 이를 통해 금융업계에서도 신뢰받는 솔루션으로 자리매김하고 있다. 또한, 이번 도입에는 국내 150여 개 대기업 그룹사의 HR 시스템을 구축한 경험을 보유한 HCG의 노하우가 큰 역할을 한 것으로 평가된다.

Human Consulting Group (HCG) , a leading HR tech company, recently announced that it will supply its HR SaaS platform, Talenx, to NICE Group . With this, HCG has reaffirmed its strength in building e-HR solutions in industries that handle sensitive information, including the financial sector.
