글로벌 모션 테크놀로지 기업 셰플러코리아는 SK이노베이션 E&S와 지난 20일 서울 여의도 사무실에서 ‘태양광 재생에너지 직접전력거래(PPA) 계약’을 체결했다고 21일 밝혔다.
PPA(전력사용자 재생에너지 직접 구매 계약)는 전력 사용자가 재생에너지 발전사로부터 직접 재생에너지를 구매하여 사용하는 제도로, 장기적으로 안정적인 에너지 조달을 가능하게 하며, 온실가스 감축과 탄소 중립 목표 달성에 효과적인 방법으로 평가받고 있다.
계약식에는 이병찬 셰플러코리아 대표와 산지브 쿠마르 아로라(Sanjeev Kumar Arora) 아시아퍼시픽 간접 구매 담당임원, 다니엘 볼슈레거(Daniel Wollschläger) 셰플러코리아 구매 담당임원, 이진모 SK이노베이션 E&S 재생E사업기획실장 등 주요 관계자들이 참석했다.
셰플러코리아는 이번 PPA 계약을 통해 2027년부터 창원, 전주, 안산공장에 총 2.9MWp(메가와트피크)의 육상 태양광 재생에너지 전력을 20년간 공급받을 예정이다. 이를 통해 연간 약 1,752톤의 온실가스를 감축할 것으로 예상된다.
셰플러코리아의 이병찬 대표는 “이번 PPA 계약을 통해 온실가스 감축과 탄소중립 실현에 기여하는 지속 가능한 경영을 실천하게 되어 기쁘다”며, “이를 기점으로 국내 사업장의 재생에너지 전환에 속도를 낼 것”이라고 말했다.
SK이노베이션 E&S의 이진모 재생E사업기획실장은 “PPA 계약을 통해 재생에너지 전력을 안정적으로 공급하고 셰플러코리아의 전력 구매 비용 절감을 지원할 것”이라며, “셰플러코리아를 비롯한 기업들이 재생에너지를 원활히 사용할 수 있도록 공급을 확대하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Schaeffler Korea and SK Innovation E&S Sign 'Solar Renewable Energy Direct Power Transaction' Contract
Global motion technology company Schaeffler Korea announced on the 21st that it signed a ‘solar renewable energy direct power transaction (PPA) contract’ with SK Innovation E&S at its office in Yeouido, Seoul on the 20th.
PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) is a system in which power users purchase and use renewable energy directly from renewable energy power generation companies. It enables stable energy procurement in the long term and is evaluated as an effective method for reducing greenhouse gases and achieving carbon neutrality goals.
The signing ceremony was attended by key officials including Lee Byung-chan, CEO of Schaeffler Korea, Sanjeev Kumar Arora, Director of Indirect Purchasing for Asia Pacific, Daniel Wollschläger, Director of Purchasing for Schaeffler Korea, and Lee Jin-mo, Head of Renewable Energy Business Planning at SK Innovation E&S.
Through this PPA contract, Schaeffler Korea will receive a total of 2.9 MWp (megawatt peak) of onshore solar renewable energy for 20 years starting in 2027 at its Changwon, Jeonju, and Ansan plants. This is expected to reduce greenhouse gases by approximately 1,752 tons per year.
“We are pleased to be able to practice sustainable management that contributes to reducing greenhouse gases and achieving carbon neutrality through this PPA contract,” said Lee Byung-chan, CEO of Schaeffler Korea. “We will use this as a starting point to accelerate the transition to renewable energy at our domestic business sites.”
Jinmo Lee, head of the Renewable Energy Business Planning Division at SK Innovation E&S, said, “Through the PPA contract, we will ensure a stable supply of renewable energy power and support Schaeffler Korea in reducing its power purchase costs,” and “We will expand the supply so that companies including Schaeffler Korea can use renewable energy smoothly.”

グローバルモーションテクノロジー企業シェプラコリアは、 SKイノベーションE&Sと20日、ソウル汝矣島事務所で「太陽光再生エネルギー直接電力取引（PPA）契約」を締結したと21日明らかにした。
ＰＰＡ（電力利用者再生エネルギー直接購買契約）は、電力使用者が再生エネルギー発電会社から直接再生エネルギーを購入して使用する制度で、長期的に安定したエネルギー調達を可能にし、温室効果ガス削減と炭素中立目標達成に効果的な方法で評価されている。
契約式にはイ・ビョンチャンシェプラコリア代表とサンジブ・クマール・アロラ（Sanjeev Kumar Arora）アジアパシフィック間接購入担当役員、ダニエル・ヴォルシュレガー（Daniel Wollschläger）シェプラコリア購入担当役員、イ・ジンモSKイノベーションE&S再生E事業企画室長など主な関係者。
シェプラコリアは今回のPPA契約を通じて、2027年から昌原、全州、安山工場に計2.9MWp（メガワットピーク）の陸上太陽光再生エネルギー電力を20年間供給される予定だ。これにより年間約1,752トンの温室効果ガスを削減すると予想される。
シェプラ・コリアのイ・ビョンチャン代表は「今回のPPA契約を通じて温室効果ガス削減と炭素中立の実現に寄与する持続可能な経営を実践することになって嬉しい」とし、「これを起点に国内事業場の再生エネルギー転換に速度を出すだろう」と話した。
SKイノベーションE&Sのイ・ジンモ再生E事業企画室長は「PPA契約を通じて再生エネルギー電力を安定的に供給し、シェプラ・コリアの電力購入コストの削減を支援する」とし、「シェプラ・コリアを含む企業が再生エネルギーを円滑に使用できるように供給を拡大する」と明らかにした。

PPA（Power Purchase Agreement，购电协议）是指电力用户直接从可再生能源发电公司购买并使用可再生能源的制度。该制度能够实现长期稳定的能源采购，被评价为减少温室气体排放、实现碳中和目标的有效方法。
出席签约仪式的主要官员包括舍弗勒韩国公司首席执行官李秉灿 (Lee Byung-chan)、亚太区间接采购总监桑吉夫·库马尔·阿罗拉 (Sanjeev Kumar Arora)、舍弗勒韩国公司采购总监丹尼尔·沃尔施莱格 (Daniel Wollschläger) 和 SK Innovation E&S 可再生能源业务规划主管李镇模 (Lee Jin-mo)。
通过该电力购买协议合同，从2027年起，舍弗勒韩国将向其位于昌原、全州和安山的工厂供应总计2.9 MWp（兆瓦峰值）的陆上太阳能可再生能源，供应期为20年。预计每年将减少温室气体约 1,752 吨。
舍弗勒韩国公司首席执行官李秉灿表示：“我们很高兴能够通过这份电力购买协议来实践可持续管理，为减少温室气体排放和实现碳中和做出贡献。我们将以此为起点，加速国内业务基地向可再生能源的转型。”

La société mondiale de technologie de mouvement Schaeffler Korea a annoncé le 21 avoir signé un « contrat de transaction d'énergie directe (PPA) d'énergie renouvelable solaire » avec SK Innovation E&S dans ses bureaux de Yeouido, à Séoul, le 20.
Le PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) est un système par lequel les consommateurs d'électricité achètent et consomment de l'énergie renouvelable directement auprès des producteurs d'électricité. Il permet un approvisionnement énergétique stable à long terme et est considéré comme une méthode efficace pour réduire les émissions de gaz à effet de serre et atteindre les objectifs de neutralité carbone.
La cérémonie de signature s'est déroulée en présence de responsables clés, dont Lee Byung-chan, PDG de Schaeffler Korea, Sanjeev Kumar Arora, directeur des achats indirects pour l'Asie-Pacifique, Daniel Wollschläger, directeur des achats pour Schaeffler Korea, et Lee Jin-mo, responsable de la planification commerciale des énergies renouvelables chez SK Innovation E&S.
Grâce à ce contrat PPA, Schaeffler Korea sera approvisionné en énergie solaire renouvelable terrestre d'un total de 2,9 MWc (mégawatt crête) pendant 20 ans à compter de 2027 pour ses centrales de Changwon, Jeonju et Ansan. Cela devrait permettre de réduire les émissions de gaz à effet de serre d’environ 1 752 tonnes par an.
« Nous sommes ravis de pouvoir mettre en œuvre une gestion durable qui contribue à la réduction des gaz à effet de serre et à la neutralité carbone grâce à ce contrat d'achat d'énergie », a déclaré Lee Byung-chan, PDG de Schaeffler Corée. « Nous utiliserons ce contrat comme point de départ pour accélérer la transition vers les énergies renouvelables sur nos sites nationaux. »
Jinmo Lee, responsable de la division de planification des activités d'énergie renouvelable chez SK Innovation E&S, a déclaré : « Grâce au contrat PPA, nous assurerons un approvisionnement stable en énergie renouvelable et aiderons Schaeffler Korea à réduire ses coûts d'achat d'électricité », et « Nous augmenterons l'approvisionnement afin que les entreprises, dont Schaeffler Korea, puissent utiliser les énergies renouvelables en toute fluidité. »
