미니창고 다락(이하 다락)을 운영하는 세컨신드롬이 영국 파이낸셜타임스(FT)와 글로벌 시장 조사기관 스태티스타가 공동 발표한 ‘2025 아시아·태평양 고성장 기업’에 3년 연속 선정됐다고 밝혔다.
파이낸셜타임스와 스태티스타는 매년 아시아·태평양 지역 14개국에서 매출 증가율이 높은 500개 기업을 선정해 발표한다. 이번 조사는 2020년 매출 10만 달러 이상, 2023년 매출 100만 달러 이상을 기록한 기업을 대상으로 진행됐다.
세컨신드롬은 부동산(Real Estate) 분야에서 국내 1위, 아시아·태평양 전체 6위를 차지했으며, 국내 셀프스토리지 기업 중 유일하게 선정됐다.
국내 셀프스토리지 시장의 선두주자인 ‘다락’은 현재 전국 164개 지점을 운영하며, 보다 넓고 쾌적한 주거환경 조성에 기여하고 있다. 고객이 당장 필요하지 않은 물건을 안전하게 보관할 수 있도록 공간을 제공함으로써 실용적인 수납 솔루션을 제시하고 있다.
특히 AI와 IoT 기술을 활용한 무인자동화 운영 솔루션을 도입해 24시간 쾌적하고 안전한 보관 환경을 유지하며, 전용 모바일 앱을 통해 편리한 고객 경험을 제공하고 있다.

Second Syndrome selected as ‘Asia Pacific High-Growth Company’ for 3 consecutive years
Second Syndrome , which operates the mini warehouse Attic (hereinafter referred to as Attic), announced that it was selected for the third consecutive year as one of the '2025 Asia-Pacific High-Growth Companies' jointly announced by the Financial Times (FT) of the UK and global market research firm Statista.
The Financial Times and Statista annually select and announce the 500 companies with the highest sales growth rates in 14 countries in the Asia-Pacific region. This survey was conducted on companies that recorded sales of more than $100,000 in 2020 and more than $1 million in 2023.
Second Syndrome ranked first in Korea and sixth in Asia Pacific in the Real Estate category, and was the only domestic self-storage company to be selected.
