중소벤처기업부(이하 중기부) 오영주 장관은 25일 2025년 전국상인연합회 정기총회에 참석하여 전국 각지에서 모인 220여개 전통시장과 상점가 상인들을 격려했다.
전국상인연합회(이하 전상연)는 전통시장 및 상점가를 대표하는 법정단체로, 상인의 자조조직 육성·지원, 시장·상점가 상인 조직화 도모 등을 위해 2006년 5월 17일에 설립됐다.
전상연은 본회와 전국 17개 지회로 구성되어 있으며 약 27만명의 상인들이 회원으로 등록되어 전국적인 조직망을 갖추고 있다. 그간 전통시장의 시설현대화, 온누리상품권 사용 확대 등 전통시장과 상점가의 애로를 수렴하고 의견을 대변하는 등 전통시장과 상점가의 성장을 위해 활동했다.
정기총회에 참석한 오영주 장관은 “올해로 창립 20주년을 맞이한 전상연은 설립된 이래 전통시장을 중요 정책고객으로 변모시키는 데 핵심적인 역할을 수행하였다”며 “그동안 전통시장이 스스로 자생력을 갖추고 변화하며 발전하는 모습을 보면서, 정부도 전통시장의 혁신과 도약을 위한 노력을 게을리해서는 안 된다고 생각한다”고 말했다.
이어 오 장관은 “민생경제의 성장잠재력을 확충하기 위해서는 민간의 혁신 노력과 함께 정부의 응원이 병행될 때 정책도 빛을 발한다”며 “앞으로도 전상연이 전통시장과 상점가 성장에 큰 기여를 할 것으로 기대하며, 글로벌 시장에서 유망 전통시장과 상인들이 맘껏 활약할 수 있도록 중기부도 전방위적인 지원을 할 것”이라고 밝혔다.

Ministry of SMEs and Startups attends the 2025 National Chamber of Commerce regular general meeting
Minister Oh Young-joo of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups (hereinafter referred to as the MSS) attended the 2025 National Merchants Association regular general meeting on the 25th and encouraged merchants from around 220 traditional markets and shopping districts gathered from all over the country.
The National Merchants Association (hereinafter referred to as the National Merchants Association) is a statutory organization representing traditional markets and shopping districts. It was established on May 17, 2006 to foster and support merchant self-help organizations and promote the organization of market and shopping district merchants.
The Jeon Sang-yeon consists of the main office and 17 branches nationwide, and has a nationwide network with approximately 270,000 merchants registered as members. It has been working to grow traditional markets and shopping districts by collecting difficulties and representing opinions, such as modernizing traditional market facilities and expanding the use of Onnuri gift certificates.
Minister Oh Young-joo, who attended the general meeting, said, “Jeon Sang-yeon, which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year, has played a key role in transforming traditional markets into important policy clients since its establishment,” and “Seeing traditional markets develop and change on their own, I believe that the government should not neglect its efforts to innovate and advance traditional markets.”
Minister Oh continued, “In order to expand the growth potential of the people’s economy, policies will shine when the government supports private sector innovation efforts in parallel.” He added, “We expect that Jeon Sang-yeon will continue to make great contributions to the growth of traditional markets and shopping districts, and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups will provide all-out support so that promising traditional markets and merchants can fully thrive in the global market.”

中小ベンチャー企業部（以下中期部）オ・ヨンジュ長官は２５日、２０２５年全国商人連合会定期総会に参加し、全国各地から集まった２２０余りの伝統市場と商店街商人を励ました。
全国商人連合会（以下、全常連）は伝統市場及び商店街を代表する法定団体で、商人の自助組織の育成・支援、市場・商店街商人組織化図などのため、2006年5月17日に設立された。
チョン・サンヨンは本会と全国17の支会で構成されており、約27万人の商人が会員として登録され、全国的な組織網を備えている。これまで、伝統市場の施設現代化、オンヌリ商品券の使用拡大など、伝統市場と商店街の愛路を収束して意見を代弁するなど、伝統市場と商店街の成長のために活動した。
定期総会に出席したオ・ヨンジュ長官は「今年で創立20周年を迎えたチョン・サンヨンは設立されて以来、伝統市場を重要政策顧客に変貌させることに核心的な役割を果たしている」とし「これまで、伝統市場が自ら自生力を備えて変化し発展する姿を見ながら、政府も伝統市場の革新と意図を示している。

中小企业风险投资部（以下简称中小企业部）部长吴英珠25日出席了2025年全国商人协会定期大会，并为来自全国各地约220个传统市场和购物区的商家进行鼓励。
全国商人协会（以下简称全国商人协会）是代表传统市场和商店街的法定组织，成立于2006年5月17日，旨在培育和支持商人自助组织，推动市场和商店街商人的组织化。
全商宴在全国范围内由总店和17家分店组成，拥有覆盖全国的组织网络，约有27万家商户注册为会员。我们通过对传统市场设施进行现代化改造、扩大Onnuri礼券的使用范围等，倾听传统市场和购物区的困难并反映他们的意见，致力于发展这些地区。
出席大会的吴英珠部长表示，“今年迎来20周年的全尚渊市场自成立以来，在将传统市场转变为重要政策客户的过程中发挥了核心作用”，“看到传统市场自行发展和变化，我认为政府不应忽视对传统市场的革新和振兴的努力”。
吴部长表示：“为了扩大国民经济的增长潜力，政府在支持民间创新的同时，政策也会发挥巨大作用。”他还表示：“期待全尚渊继续为传统市场和购物区的发展做出巨大贡献，中小企业和风险投资部也将全力支持，让有前途的传统市场和商家在全球市场上充分发展。”

Le ministère des PME et des startups participe à l'assemblée générale ordinaire 2025 de la Chambre de commerce nationale
Le ministre Oh Young-joo du ministère des PME et des startups (ci-après dénommé MSS) a assisté à l'assemblée générale ordinaire de l'Association nationale des commerçants 2025 le 25 et a encouragé les commerçants d'environ 220 marchés traditionnels et quartiers commerçants rassemblés de tout le pays.
L'Association nationale des commerçants (ci-après dénommée « Association nationale des commerçants ») est une organisation statutaire représentant les marchés et les quartiers commerçants traditionnels. Elle a été créée le 17 mai 2006 pour encourager et soutenir les organisations d'entraide commerçante et promouvoir l'organisation des commerçants des marchés et des quartiers commerçants.
Le Jeon Sang-yeon se compose d'un bureau principal et de 17 succursales à travers le pays, et dispose d'un réseau organisationnel national avec environ 270 000 commerçants enregistrés comme membres. Nous avons travaillé à la croissance des marchés traditionnels et des quartiers commerçants en écoutant leurs difficultés et en représentant leurs opinions, par exemple en modernisant les installations des marchés traditionnels et en élargissant l'utilisation des chèques-cadeaux Onnuri.

Le ministre Oh a poursuivi : « Afin d'accroître le potentiel de croissance de l'économie populaire, les politiques s'avéreront efficaces lorsque le gouvernement soutiendra en parallèle les efforts d'innovation du secteur privé. » Il a ajouté : « Nous espérons que Jeon Sang-yeon continuera à contribuer grandement à la croissance des marchés traditionnels et des quartiers commerçants, et que le ministère des PME et des Startups apportera un soutien sans faille afin que les marchés traditionnels et les commerçants prometteurs puissent pleinement prospérer sur le marché mondial. »
