계란 가공 전문기업 삼진푸드는 26일, KB증권을 주관사로 선정하고 코스닥 시장 상장 절차를 본격적으로 시작한다고 밝혔다.
삼진푸드는 계란 가공 전문기업 중 최초로 코스닥 상장에 도전한다. 회사는 올해 하반기 상장을 목표로 내부 조직을 정비하고 공모 준비를 진행할 예정이다. 상장을 통해 확보한 자금은 신제품 생산을 위한 연구 개발과 글로벌 사업 확대를 위한 운영 자금으로 활용될 계획이다.
2004년 설립된 삼진푸드는 우수한 계란 가공 기술을 바탕으로 다양한 제품을 생산하여 공급하고 있다. 주요 제품으로는 학교 급식소와 베이커리 공장 등에서 사용되는 액란을 비롯해, 후라이, 오믈렛, 스프레드 에그 등 계란 가열 성형 제품들이 있다. 최근 단체 급식시장 성장과 군대 급식시장 민간 개방에 따라, 삼진푸드는 계란 가공품에 대한 수요가 지속적으로 증가할 것으로 예상하고 있다.
또한, 글로벌 K-푸드 열풍에 힘입어 계란 가공품 수출 확대도 기대되고 있다. 특히, 김밥 등 한국 음식의 인기가 높아지며 미국과 동남아시아 지역에서 계란 가공품 수출이 증가하고 있다. 미국에서 발생한 조류인플루엔자와 이에 따른 ‘에그플레이션’ 현상은 삼진푸드의 글로벌 공급 실적을 더욱 빠르게 성장시킬 것으로 보인다.
삼진푸드는 국내 최대 규모의 단일 산란계 농장인 영신㈜을 최대 주주로 두고 협력 관계를 구축하고 있다. 이 협력은 계란 가공에 필요한 원재료를 안정적으로 공급하는 데 중요한 역할을 하며, 원재료 가격 변동에 대한 강력한 공급망을 형성하고 있다.

サムジンフードは卵加工専門企業の中で初めてコスダック上場に挑戦する。同社は今年下半期上場を目標に内部組織を整備し、公募準備を進める予定だ。上場を通じて確保した資金は、新製品生産のための研究開発とグローバル事業拡大のための運営資金として活用される計画だ。
2004年に設立されたサムジンフードは、優れた卵加工技術をもとに様々な製品を生産して供給している。主な製品としては、学校給食所やベーカリー工場などで使われる液卵をはじめ、フライ、オムレツ、スプレッドエッグなど卵加熱成形製品がある。最近、団体給食市場の成長と軍隊給食市場の民間開放により、サムジンフードは卵加工品に対する需要が継続的に増加すると予想している。

三进食品选定“KB证券”作为主承销商
鸡蛋加工专业企业三进食品26日宣布，已选定KB证券作为主承销商，将正式启动在科斯达克市场上市的程序。

Samjin Food, une société spécialisée dans la transformation des œufs, a annoncé le 26 qu'elle avait choisi KB Securities comme gestionnaire principal et qu'elle entamerait sérieusement le processus de cotation sur le marché KOSDAQ.
Samjin Foods est la première entreprise de transformation d'œufs à tenter d'être cotée au KOSDAQ. L'entreprise prévoit de réorganiser son organisation interne et de se préparer à une introduction en bourse au second semestre de cette année. Les fonds levés grâce à la cotation seront utilisés pour la recherche et le développement afin de produire de nouveaux produits et comme fonds d'exploitation pour développer les activités mondiales.
