㈜위카코퍼레이션과 혁신 기술 기반 스타트업 액셀러레이팅 기업 ㈜강쎈(대표 강달철)이 유망 창업기업의 공동 발굴 및 육성을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다.
이번 협약을 통해 양사는 ▲글로벌 진출 프로젝트 기획 및 운영 ▲외국인 유학생 및 청년 대상 창업 지원 프로그램 운영 ▲전문 아카데미 사업 기획 및 운영 ▲정부 지원사업 공동 입찰 및 수주 협력 ▲기타 상호 발전을 위한 사업 협력 시스템 구축 등을 주요 협력 분야로 선정했다.
이번 협약은 해외 창업을 희망하는 외국인 유학생 및 청년 창업가들에게 실질적인 지원을 제공하고, 기술력과 혁신적인 비즈니스 모델(BM)을 갖춘 스타트업을 발굴하여 글로벌 시장으로의 확장을 지원하는 데 중점을 둔다.
또한, 양사는 정부 지원 사업에 대한 공동 입찰 및 제안서를 추진하며, 유망 스타트업이 필요한 정책 및 자금 지원을 받을 수 있도록 협력할 예정이다.
조미영 ㈜위카코퍼레이션 대표는 “이번 협약을 통해 글로벌 창업 생태계를 활성화하고, 외국인 유학생 및 청년 창업가들이 한국에서 성장할 수 있는 기반을 마련하는 데 앞장설 것”이라며 “㈜강쎈과의 협력을 통해 실질적인 액셀러레이팅 모델을 구축하고, 글로벌 진출까지 지원할 것”이라고 밝혔다.
강달철 강쎈 대표는 “이번 협약은 국내외 창업가들에게 보다 체계적인 지원을 제공하는 중요한 출발점”이라며 “위카코퍼레이션과의 협력을 통해 글로벌 경쟁력을 갖춘 창업 생태계를 조성하고, 혁신적인 스타트업이 성장할 수 있도록 적극적인 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 전했다.

Wicca Corporation Signs Business Agreement with Kangseon
Wika Corporation and Kangsen Co., Ltd. (CEO Kang Dal-cheol), an innovative technology-based startup accelerator, signed a business agreement (MOU) for joint discovery and fostering of promising startups.
Through this agreement, the two companies selected ▲planning and operating global expansion projects ▲operating startup support programs for foreign students and young people ▲planning and operating professional academy projects ▲cooperating on joint bidding and contracting for government support projects ▲establishing other business cooperation systems for mutual development as the main areas of cooperation.
This agreement focuses on providing practical support to international students and young entrepreneurs who wish to start a business overseas, and discovering startups with technological prowess and innovative business models (BMs) to support their expansion into the global market.
Additionally, the two companies will jointly pursue bids and proposals for government-supported projects and cooperate to ensure that promising startups receive necessary policy and financial support.
Cho Mi-young, CEO of Wika Corporation, said, “Through this agreement, we will take the lead in activating the global startup ecosystem and establishing a foundation for foreign students and young entrepreneurs to grow in Korea.” She added, “Through cooperation with Kangseon, we will establish a practical acceleration model and support global expansion.”
Kang Dal-cheol, CEO of Kangsen, said, “This agreement is an important starting point to provide more systematic support to domestic and international entrepreneurs,” and added, “Through cooperation with WIKA Corporation, we will create a startup ecosystem with global competitiveness and spare no effort in actively supporting the growth of innovative startups.”

Wicca Corporation signe un accord commercial avec Kangseon
Wika Corporation et Kangsen Co., Ltd. (PDG Kang Dal-cheol), un accélérateur de startups innovant basé sur la technologie, ont signé un accord commercial (MOU) pour la découverte conjointe et la promotion de startups prometteuses.
Grâce à cet accord, les deux entreprises ont choisi les domaines de coopération suivants comme principaux domaines : ▲planification et exploitation de projets d'expansion mondiale, ▲exploitation de programmes de soutien aux startups pour les étudiants et les jeunes étrangers, ▲planification et exploitation de projets d'académie professionnelle, ▲coopération dans le cadre d'appels d'offres conjoints et obtention de contrats pour des projets de soutien gouvernemental, et ▲établissement d'autres systèmes de coopération commerciale pour un développement mutuel.
Cet accord vise à fournir un soutien pratique aux étudiants internationaux et aux jeunes entrepreneurs qui souhaitent démarrer une entreprise à l'étranger, et à découvrir des startups dotées de prouesses technologiques et de modèles commerciaux innovants (BM) pour soutenir leur expansion sur le marché mondial.
En outre, les deux sociétés poursuivront conjointement des appels d’offres et des propositions pour des projets soutenus par le gouvernement et coopéreront pour garantir que les startups prometteuses reçoivent le soutien politique et financier nécessaire.
