코리아스타트업포럼(이하 코스포)은 25일 국회의원회관 제3세미나실에서 더불어민주당 국회의원들과 함께 ‘다시, 스타트업하기 좋은 나라’를 주제로 혁신간담회를 개최했다고 26일 밝혔다.
이번 간담회는 더불어민주당 산업통상자원중소벤처기업위원회 소속 장철민, 김한규, 이언주, 이재관 의원과 정무위원회 소속 박상혁, 강준현, 강훈식, 김남근, 이인영, 이정문, 전현희 의원이 공동 주최했으며, 장철민 의원의 사회로 스타트업의 혁신 건의와 종합 토론이 진행됐다.
스타트업 업계에서는 한상우 코스포 의장과 구태언 부의장을 비롯해 ▲강기혁 뉴빌리티 부대표(AI 로보틱스) ▲이현재 예스퓨처 대표(글로벌 인재 유입) ▲남성준 다자요 대표(지역 창업 활성화) ▲김철범 딥플랜트 대표(중장년 창업 활성화) ▲정지은 코딧 대표(공공 서비스 혁신) ▲전상열 나우버스킹 창업자(창업 문화 조성) 등이 참석해 정책 제안 발표를 이어갔다.
한상우 코스포 의장은 모두발언으로 포문을 열며 “대한민국 경제의 새로운 성장 동력은 스타트업에서 찾을 수 있다”고 하며 “스타트업이 AI 로보틱스, 글로벌 인재 유치, 디지털 전환 등 다양한 분야에서 지대한 역할을 하고 있는 만큼 이들이 동등한 룰 속에서 공정하게 경쟁할 수 있는 환경 마련이 중요하다”고 말했다.
이현재 예스퓨처 대표는 “세계 각국이 글로벌 인재를 유치하기 위해 경쟁하는 가운데, 한국 역시 해외 우수 인력이 창업을 통해 우리 경제에 기여할 수 있는 환경을 조성하는 것이 중요하다”고 강조했다. 그는 “근래 국내 스타트업들도 역량이 뛰어난 외국 인력 채용에 대해 긍정적으로 고려하고 있는 만큼, 한국과 해외 스타트업 시장 간 인재 교류 및 시장 진출이 상호 원활하게 이뤄질 수 있도록 관련 규제 개선과 정책 보완이 되길 바란다”고 말했다.
남성준 다자요 대표는 “지방 스타트업 창업이 더욱 활성화될 수 있도록 지방 창업가들에게 많은 기회를 제공하고, 제도적 불편함이 개선되어야 한다”고 하며 “규제샌드박스 또한 중앙부처 중심으로 운영되고 있는데 각 지자체에서도 이를 활용할 수 있도록 전국적인 법제화가 이뤄져야 하며, 규제샌드박스로 인해 사업 확장에 제한이 걸린 경우 등 사각지대도 살펴야 할 것”이라고 제언했다.
김철범 딥플랜트 대표는 “중장년층의 퇴직이 빨라지고 있는 시점에서 창업 기회 확대는 우리 경제의 지속 가능성을 높이는 중요한 과제가 될 것”이라며 “특히 중장년 창업 특화 지원 및 제도를 더욱 활성화하고, 스타트업 시장에서 중장년 인력이 잘 안착할 수 있는 교육 프로그램 마련 등 중장년 창업층을 위한 정책이 고려되어야 한다”고 강조했다.
강기혁 뉴빌리티 부대표는 “한국의 AI 로보틱스 산업도 점차 발전하고 있고, 글로벌 영향력을 끼치고 있는 가운데 이를 확장하고 성장 기반을 잘 마련하는 것이 중요한 때”라고 하며 “이를 위해 한국도 미-중과 같이 AI 산업 강화를 위한 구체적인 전략 및 대응 마련이 필요하고, AI 로봇 기업을 위한 초·중·후기별 맞춤형 지원책 및 기술특례상장 요건 완화 등의 규제 개선과 검토가 필요하다”고 말했다.
정지은 코딧 대표는 “미국 등 해외와는 달리 한국의 지나친 규제 환경이 투자 유치를 어렵게 만들고 있고, 스타트업들 또한 규제에 대해 이해하기 어려운 것이 현실”이라고 하며 “거브테크(Govtech) 산업 성장과 스타트업의 참여 제고를 위해 공공조달 및 규제 혁신이 중요하고, 이들을 위한 기술 보호 및 공정한 경쟁 환경 조성이 필요하다”고 말했다.
전상열 나우버스킹 창업자는 “창업은 단순히 기업을 만드는 것 이상으로, 특정 산업을 형성하는 힘이 있다”고 하며 “스타트업은 규모와 관계 없이 모두가 다 사회적 가치를 창출하고 있고, 구성원들 또한 끊임없이 창업의 가치를 확산하는 주체들이기 때문에 이 생태계 존재 자체를 의미있게 봐주시면 좋겠다”라고 말했다.
이어진 종합토론 ‘대한민국 혁신, 국회와 스타트업 대화’ 정책토크에서는 장철민 의원의 진행 하에 스타트업의 성장과 창업가 정신을 확산할 수 있는 방안 및 정책 개선 방향을 논의했다. 강훈식 의원은 “스타트업이 비즈니스의 성장을 위해 관련 법안과 규제의 틈을 이해하며, 국회를 효과적으로 활용하는 전략이 필요하다”고 조언하며, 국회와 스타트업 간 협력을 강조했다. 박상혁 의원은 “스타트업이 일궈낼 혁신에 깊이 공감하며, 성장 가능성을 펼칠 수 있도록 규제 개선과 정책 지원에 나서겠다”고 발언했다.
이번 간담회를 공동 주최한 코리아스타트업포럼의 한상우 의장은 “경제 위기 등 어려움 속에서도 혁신에 도전하고, 실패를 축적하며 성장하는 창업가들을 존중하는 사회가 될 수 있도록 정부와 국회가 함께 나서달라”며 ”코스포는 스타트업이 자유롭고 공정한 경쟁 속에서 성과를 낼 수 있게끔 노력하겠다“고 말했다. 이어 장철민 의원은 “오늘 간담회에서 다뤄진 AI산업 생태계, 중장년 창업정책, 기술특례상장 요건과 규제샌드박스 개선안 등 스타트업 업계 현안들이 유의미한 결과로 이어질 수 있도록 실천 과제로 삼고 지속 지원해나가겠다”고 전하며 마무리했다.

Cospo Holds Innovation Forum on 'Again, a Good Country for Startups'
Korea Startup Forum (hereinafter referred to as KOSPO) announced on the 26th that it held an innovation discussion on the topic of “Again, a good country for startups” with members of the Democratic Party of Korea in the 3rd seminar room of the National Assembly Members’ Hall on the 25th.
This symposium was co-hosted by Reps. Jang Cheol-min, Kim Han-gyu, Lee Eun-ju, and Lee Jae-gwan of the Industry, Trade, Resources, SMEs and Startups Committee of the Democratic Party of Korea and Reps. Park Sang-hyeok, Kang Jun-hyeon, Kang Hoon-sik, Kim Nam-geun, Lee In-young, Lee Jeong-moon, and Jeon Hyeon-hee of the Political Affairs Committee, and a discussion on innovation suggestions for startups and a general discussion were held with Rep. Jang Cheol-min as the moderator.
From the startup industry, Chairman Han Sang-woo of COSPO, Vice Chairman Koo Tae-eon, as well as Vice President Kang Ki-hyeok of Newbility (AI robotics), CEO Lee Hyeon-jae of Yesfuture (attracting global talent), CEO Nam Seong-jun of Dajayo (revitalizing regional startups), CEO Kim Cheol-beom of Deepplant (revitalizing middle-aged and older startups), CEO Jeong Ji-eun of Codith (innovating public services), and founder Jeon Sang-yeol of Nowbusking (creating a startup culture) attended and continued to present policy proposals.
Chairman Han Sang-woo of COSP opened the forum with opening remarks, saying, “The new growth engine for the Korean economy can be found in startups,” and “Since startups are playing a significant role in various fields such as AI robotics, attracting global talent, and digital transformation, it is important to create an environment where they can compete fairly under equal rules.”
Lee Hyun-jae, CEO of Yes Future, emphasized, “As countries around the world compete to attract global talent, it is important for Korea to create an environment where excellent overseas talent can contribute to our economy through startups.” He said, “As domestic startups have recently been positively considering hiring highly capable foreign talent, I hope that related regulations will be improved and policies supplemented so that talent exchange and market entry between Korea and overseas startup markets can be mutually smooth.”
Nam Jun-da, CEO of Dajayo, said, “In order for local startups to become more active, we need to provide many opportunities to local entrepreneurs and improve institutional inconveniences.” He added, “The regulatory sandbox is currently being operated by the central government, but it needs to be legislated nationwide so that each local government can utilize it as well. We also need to look into blind spots, such as cases where business expansion is restricted due to the regulatory sandbox.”
Kim Chul-beom, CEO of Deepplant, emphasized, “At a time when the retirement of middle-aged and older people is accelerating, expanding startup opportunities will become an important task for increasing the sustainability of our economy.” He added, “In particular, policies for middle-aged and older entrepreneurs should be considered, such as further activating specialized support and systems for middle-aged and older entrepreneurs and establishing educational programs that can help middle-aged and older workers settle into the startup market.”
Kang Ki-hyeok, Vice President of Newbility, said, “Korea’s AI robotics industry is gradually developing and exerting global influence, so it is important to expand it and lay a good foundation for growth,” adding, “To this end, Korea needs to prepare specific strategies and responses to strengthen the AI industry like the US and China, and improve and review regulations, such as customized support measures for early, mid, and late-stage AI robotics companies and easing of technology special listing requirements.”
Jeong Ji-eun, CEO of Codit, said, “Unlike overseas countries such as the U.S., Korea’s excessive regulatory environment is making it difficult to attract investment, and startups also have difficulty understanding regulations.” She added, “Public procurement and regulatory innovation are important for the growth of the Govtech industry and increased participation by startups, and it is necessary to protect their technology and create a fair competitive environment.”
Jeon Sang-yeol, founder of Now Busking, said, “Entrepreneurship is more than just creating a company; it has the power to shape a specific industry.” He added, “Regardless of size, startups all create social value, and their members are also entities that constantly spread the value of entrepreneurship, so I hope people view the very existence of this ecosystem as meaningful.”
In the comprehensive discussion 'Republic of Korea Innovation, National Assembly and Startup Dialogue' policy talk that followed, under the leadership of Rep. Jang Cheol-min, measures to spread the growth of startups and entrepreneurship spirit and directions for policy improvement were discussed. Rep. Kang Hoon-sik advised, "Startups need to understand the gaps in related laws and regulations for business growth and have a strategy to effectively utilize the National Assembly," emphasizing cooperation between the National Assembly and startups. Rep. Park Sang-hyeok said, "I deeply sympathize with the innovation that startups will bring about, and I will work to improve regulations and support policies so that they can unfold their growth potential."
Korea Startup Forum Chairman Han Sang-woo, who co-hosted this meeting, said, “The government and the National Assembly should work together to create a society that respects entrepreneurs who challenge innovation, accumulate failures, and grow even in difficult times such as the economic crisis.” KOSPO will work to ensure that startups can achieve results through free and fair competition. Representative Jang Cheol-min concluded by saying, “We will continue to support and make the current startup industry issues discussed at today’s meeting, such as the AI industry ecosystem, middle-aged and older startup policy, technology special listing requirements, and regulatory sandbox improvement plans, into actionable tasks so that they can lead to meaningful results.”

コスポ、「再び、スタートアップがいい国」イノベーション懇談会開催
コリアスタートアップフォーラム（以下、コスポ）は２５日、国会議員会館第３セミナー室で民主党の国会議員と共に「再びスタートアップが良い国」をテーマにイノベーション懇談会を開催したと２６日、明らかにした。
今回の懇談会は、民主党産業通商資源中小ベンチャー企業委員会所属のチョン・チョルミン、キム・ハンギュ、イ・アンジュ、イ・ジェグァン議員と政務委員会所属のパク・サンヒョク、カン・ジュンヒョン、カン・フンシク、キム・ナムグン、イ・インヨン、イ・ジョンムン、チョン・ヒョンヒ議員でのイノベーションである。
スタートアップ業界では、ハン・サンウコスポ議長と旧泰言副議長をはじめ、▲カン・ギヒョクニュービリティ副代表（AIロボティクス）▲イ・ヒョンジェイェスフューチャー代表（グローバル人材流入）ウバスキング創業者（創業文化助成）などが参加し、政策提案発表を続けた。
ハン・サンウコスポ議長は皆発言で砲門を開き、「大韓民国経済の新たな成長動力はスタートアップで見つけることができる」とし「スタートアップがAIロボティクス、グローバル人材誘致、デジタル転換など多様な分野で大きな役割を果たしているだけに、彼らが同等のルールの中で公正に競争できる環境だ。
イ・ヒョンジェイェスフューチャー代表は「世界各国がグローバル人材を誘致するために競争する中、韓国も海外優秀人材が創業を通じて韓国経済に寄与できる環境を造成することが重要だ」と強調した。同氏は「近年、国内スタートアップも力量に優れた外国人材採用について肯定的に考慮しているだけに、韓国と海外スタートアップ市場間の人材交流及び市場進出が相互に円滑に行われるように、関連規制の改善と政策補完になることを望む」と話した。
男性ジュン・ダジャヨ代表は「地方スタートアップ創業がさらに活性化できるように、地方創業者に多くの機会を提供し、制度的不便さが改善されなければならない」とし「規制サンドボックスも中央省庁中心に運営されているが、各自治体でもこれを活用できるように全国的な法制化が行われるべきである。 」と提言した。
キム・チョルボムのディーププラント代表は「中長年層の退職が早くなっている時点で創業機会の拡大は韓国経済の持続可能性を高める重要な課題になるだろう」とし「特に中長年創業特化支援及び制度をさらに活性化し、スタートアップ市場で中長年人材がよく安着することができる教育プログラムの考案など。
カン・ギヒョクニュービリティ副代表は「韓国のAIロボティクス産業も徐々に発展しており、グローバル影響力を及ぼしている中でこれを拡張して成長基盤をよく設けることが重要な時期」とし、「このために韓国も米中のようにAI産業強化のための具体的な戦略及び対応要請などの特例規制の改善と検討が必要だ」と話した。
ストップはコーディット代表は「米国など海外とは異なり、韓国の過度な規制環境が投資誘致を難しくしており、スタートアップも規制について理解しにくいのが現実」とし「ガーブテック（Govtech）産業の成長とスタートアップの参加向上のため、公共調達及び規制革新が重要であり、
チョン・サンヨルナウバスキング創業者は「創業は単に企業を作る以上に、特定産業を形成する力がある」とし「スタートアップは規模にかかわらずみんながすべて社会的価値を創出しており、構成員たちも絶えず創業の価値を拡散する主体であるため、この生態系存在自体を意味あるように見てほしい」。
続いた総合討論「大韓民国イノベーション、国会とスタートアップ対話」政策トークでは、チャン・チョルミン議員の進行のもと、スタートアップの成長と創業家精神を拡散できる方案及び政策改善方向を議論した。カン・フンシク議員は「スタートアップがビジネスの成長のために関連法案と規制の隙を理解し、国会を効果的に活用する戦略が必要だ」と助言し、国会とスタートアップ間の協力を強調した。パク・サンヒョク議員は「スタートアップが作り出すイノベーションに深く共感し、成長の可能性を広げるように規制改善と政策支援に乗り出す」と発言した。
今回の懇談会を共同主催したコリアスタートアップフォーラムのハン・サンウ議長は「経済危機など困難の中でもイノベーションに挑戦し、失敗を蓄積して成長する創業者を尊重する社会になるよう政府と国会が一緒に出てほしい」とし、「コスポはスタートアップが自由で公正な競争の中で、続いてチャンチョルミン議員は「今日懇談会で取り上げられたAI産業生態系、中長年創業政策、技術特例上場要件と規制サンドボックス改善案などスタートアップ業界懸案が有意な結果につながるように実践課題にして持続支援していく」と伝え終えた。

Cospo 举办创新论坛，主题为“再次成为创业好国”
韩国创业论坛（以下简称KOSPO） 26日宣布，25日在国会议员厅第三研讨室与韩国共同民主党议员就“再次成为创业好国家”这一主题举行了创新讨论会。
本次研讨会由民主党产业通商资源中小企业风险投资委员会张哲民议员、金汉圭议员、李恩珠议员、李在冠议员和政务委员会朴相赫议员、姜俊铉议员、姜勋植议员、金南根议员、李仁英议员、李贞文议员、全贤熙议员共同主持，由张哲民议员主持，进行了创业创新建议讨论和综合讨论。
创业界方面，COSPO会长韩尚宇、副会长具泰彦，以及Newbility副总裁姜基赫（AI机器人）、Yesfuture代表李贤在（吸引全球人才）、Dajayo代表南成俊（活化地区创业公司）、Deepplant代表金哲范（活化中老年创业公司）、Codith代表郑智恩（创新公共服务）、Nowbusking创始人全尚烈（营造创业文化）等出席并发表了政策建议。
COSP会长韩尚宇在开幕致辞中表示，“初创企业是韩国经济的新增长引擎”，“初创企业在AI机器人、吸引全球人才、数字化转型等各个领域发挥着重要作用，因此营造一个让初创企业在平等规则下公平竞争的环境十分重要”。
Yes Future 首席执行官李贤在强调：“在世界各国竞相吸引全球人才的背景下，韩国有必要营造一个良好的环境，让优秀的海外人才能够通过创业为韩国经济做出贡献。”他表示，“最近国内创业公司积极考虑聘用外国人才，希望完善相关法规、补充政策，确保韩国与海外创业市场之间的人才交流和市场准入顺利进行。”
Dajayo代表南俊多表示，“为了让本地创业公司更加活跃，需要为本地创业者提供很多机会，并改善制度上的不便。”他补充道：“监管沙盒目前由中央政府运营，但需要在全国范围内立法，以便每个地方政府也能利用它。我们还需要调查盲点，例如由于监管沙盒而限制业务扩展的情况。”
Deepplant代表金哲范强调，“在中老年人退休加速的时代，扩大创业机会将成为提高我国经济可持续性的重要任务”。他补充道：“特别是，应该考虑针对中老年创业者的政策，例如进一步激活针对中老年创业者的专业支持和系统，以及建立可以帮助中老年劳动者融入创业市场的教育项目。”
Newbility副总裁姜基赫表示，“韩国的AI机器人产业正在逐步发展并发挥全球影响力，因此扩大规模并为增长奠定良好的基础非常重要”，并补充道，“为此，韩国需要像美国和中国一样，制定具体的战略和应对措施，以加强AI产业，并改进和审查法规，例如为早期、中期和后期AI机器人企业提供定制化支持措施，放宽技术特别上市要求等。”
Codit首席执行官郑智恩表示，“与美国等海外国家不同，韩国的监管环境过于严格，难以吸引投资，初创企业也难以理解监管规定。”她补充道：“公共采购和监管创新对于政府科技行业的发展和初创企业的参与度提高至关重要，有必要保护他们的技术并创造公平的竞争环境。”
Nowbusking 创始人全尚烈表示：“创业不仅仅是创建一家公司，它还具有塑造特定行业的力量。”他补充道：“初创企业无论规模大小，都会创造社会价值，其成员也是不断传播创业价值的实体，所以我希望人们认为这个生态系统的存在本身就很有意义。”
在以“韩国的创新，国会与初创企业的对话”为主题的政策谈话中，由张哲民议员进行了全面的讨论，讨论了促进初创企业和企业家精神成长的措施以及政策改进方向。姜勋植议员强调国会与初创企业之间的合作，建议“初创企业需要了解相关法律法规的漏洞以发展业务，并制定有效利用国会的战略。”朴相赫议员表示，“我深切同情初创企业所带来的创新，我将努力完善法规和支持政策，以便它们能够充分发挥增长潜力。”
共同主办本次研讨会的韩国创业论坛主席韩尚宇表示：“我希望政府和国会能够共同努力，打造一个尊重挑战创新、积累失败、即使在经济危机等困难时期也能成长的企业家的社会。” “KOSF 将致力于确保初创企业能够通过自由公平的竞争取得成果。”张哲民议员最后表示，“将继续支持今天会议上讨论的AI产业生态系统、中老年创业政策、科技特别上市要求、监管沙盒改善计划等初创企业产业当前课题，将它们变为可操作的任务，从而取得有意义的成果”。

Cospo organise un forum sur l'innovation intitulé « Encore une fois, un bon pays pour les startups »
Le Korea Startup Forum (ci-après dénommé KOSPO) a annoncé le 26 qu'il organisait une discussion sur l'innovation sur le thème « Encore un bon pays pour les startups » avec des membres du Parti démocrate de Corée dans la 3e salle de séminaire de la salle des membres de l'Assemblée nationale le 25.
Ce symposium a été co-organisé par les représentants Jang Cheol-min, Kim Han-gyu, Lee Eun-ju et Lee Jae-gwan du Comité de l'industrie, du commerce, des ressources, des PME et des startups du Parti démocratique de Corée et les représentants Park Sang-hyeok, Kang Jun-hyeon, Kang Hoon-sik, Kim Nam-geun, Lee In-young, Lee Jeong-moon et Jeon Hyeon-hee du Comité des affaires politiques, et une discussion sur les suggestions d'innovation pour les startups et une discussion générale ont eu lieu avec le représentant Jang Cheol-min comme modérateur.

Le président du COSP, Han Sang-woo, a ouvert le forum par un discours d'ouverture, déclarant : « Le nouveau moteur de croissance de l'économie coréenne se trouve dans les startups » et « Étant donné que les startups jouent un rôle important dans divers domaines tels que la robotique IA, l'attraction de talents mondiaux et la transformation numérique, il est important de créer un environnement où elles peuvent rivaliser équitablement selon des règles égales. »
Lee Hyeon-jae, PDG de Yes Future, a souligné : « Alors que les pays du monde entier se font concurrence pour attirer les talents internationaux, il est important pour la Corée de créer un environnement où d'excellents talents étrangers peuvent contribuer à notre économie grâce à l'entrepreneuriat. » Il a déclaré : « Étant donné que les startups nationales envisagent depuis peu de recruter des talents étrangers hautement qualifiés, j'espère que les réglementations correspondantes seront améliorées et les politiques complétées pour garantir un échange fluide de talents et une entrée sur le marché entre la Corée et les marchés étrangers des startups. »
Nam Jun-da, PDG de Dajayo, a déclaré : « Pour que les startups locales deviennent plus actives, nous devons offrir de nombreuses opportunités aux entrepreneurs locaux et améliorer les inconvénients institutionnels. » Il a ajouté : « Le bac à sable réglementaire est actuellement géré par le gouvernement central, mais il doit être transposé dans tout le pays afin que chaque collectivité locale puisse également l'utiliser. Nous devons également examiner les angles morts, comme les cas où le bac à sable réglementaire limite l'expansion des entreprises. »
Kim Chul-beom, PDG de Deepplant, a souligné : « À l'heure où le départ à la retraite des personnes d'âge moyen et des personnes âgées s'accélère, l'expansion des opportunités de startup deviendra une tâche importante pour accroître la durabilité de notre économie. » Il a ajouté : « En particulier, des politiques pour les entrepreneurs d’âge moyen et plus âgés devraient être envisagées, comme l’activation d’un soutien et de systèmes spécialisés pour les entrepreneurs d’âge moyen et plus âgés et la mise en place de programmes éducatifs qui peuvent aider les travailleurs d’âge moyen et plus âgés à s’intégrer dans le marché des startups. »
Kang Ki-hyeok, vice-président de Newbility, a déclaré : « L'industrie coréenne de la robotique IA se développe progressivement et exerce une influence mondiale, il est donc important de l'étendre et de jeter de bonnes bases pour la croissance », ajoutant : « À cette fin, la Corée doit préparer des stratégies et des réponses spécifiques pour renforcer l'industrie de l'IA comme les États-Unis et la Chine, et améliorer et revoir les réglementations, telles que des mesures de soutien personnalisées pour les entreprises de robotique IA en phase initiale, intermédiaire et avancée et l'assouplissement des exigences de cotation spéciales en matière de technologie. »
Jeong Ji-eun, PDG de Codit, a déclaré : « Contrairement à des pays étrangers comme les États-Unis, l'environnement réglementaire excessif de la Corée rend difficile l'attraction des investissements, et les startups ont également du mal à comprendre la réglementation. » Elle a ajouté : « Les marchés publics et l’innovation réglementaire sont importants pour la croissance de l’industrie Govtech et la participation accrue des startups, et il est nécessaire de protéger leur technologie et de créer un environnement concurrentiel équitable. »
Jeon Sang-yeol, fondateur de Nowbusking, a déclaré : « L’entrepreneuriat ne se résume pas à la simple création d’une entreprise ; il a le pouvoir de façonner un secteur spécifique. » Il a ajouté : « Quelle que soit leur taille, les startups créent toutes de la valeur sociale, et leurs membres sont également des entités qui diffusent constamment la valeur de l'entrepreneuriat, j'espère donc que les gens considèrent l'existence même de cet écosystème comme significative. »
Lors de la conférence politique intitulée « Innovation en Corée, dialogue entre l'Assemblée nationale et les startups », qui a été suivie d'une discussion approfondie dirigée par le représentant Jang Cheol-min, des mesures visant à promouvoir la croissance des startups et l'esprit d'entreprise ainsi que des orientations pour l'amélioration des politiques ont été discutées. Le représentant Kang Hoon-sik a mis l'accent sur la coopération entre l'Assemblée nationale et les startups, indiquant que « les startups doivent comprendre les lacunes dans les lois et réglementations connexes pour développer leurs activités et avoir une stratégie pour utiliser efficacement l'Assemblée nationale ». Le représentant Park Sang-hyeok a déclaré : « Je sympathise profondément avec l'innovation que les startups peuvent apporter, et je travaillerai à améliorer la réglementation et à soutenir les politiques afin qu'elles puissent réaliser leur potentiel de croissance. »
« J'espère que le gouvernement et l'Assemblée nationale travailleront ensemble pour créer une société qui respecte les entrepreneurs qui défient l'innovation, accumulent les échecs et se développent même dans les moments difficiles comme la crise économique », a déclaré Sangwoo Han, président du Korea Startup Forum, qui a co-organisé ce symposium. « Le KOSF œuvrera pour garantir que les startups puissent obtenir des résultats grâce à une concurrence libre et équitable. » Le représentant Jang Cheol-min a conclu en déclarant : « Je continuerai à soutenir les problèmes actuels de l'industrie des startups discutés lors de la réunion d'aujourd'hui, tels que l'écosystème de l'industrie de l'IA, la politique d'entrepreneuriat pour les personnes d'âge moyen et plus âgées, les exigences spéciales en matière de cotation technologique et les plans d'amélioration du bac à sable réglementaire, en en faisant des tâches réalisables afin qu'elles puissent conduire à des résultats significatifs. »
