사회공헌 네트워크 행복얼라이언스(사무국 행복나래㈜)가 광주 광산구와 ‘행복두끼 프로젝트’ 협약을 체결, 결식우려아동의 지속 가능한 사회안전망 조성에 앞장선다.
행복얼라이언스의 ‘행복두끼 프로젝트’는 지방정부·기업·지역사회 등 공공과 민간이 협력해 결식우려아동 문제 해결을 모색하는 사회공헌 프로그램이다. 행복얼라이언스는 광산구와 협약으로 132번째 행복두끼 프로젝트를 추진하며, 전국 결식우려아동 지원 체계를 확대해 나가고 있다.
이번 프로젝트 지원 대상은 경제적 위기, 돌봄 부재 등으로 추가적 끼니 지원이 필요한 관내 결식우려아동 40명으로, 1년간 총 1만 400식의 행복 도시락이 제공될 예정이다.
사업 추진을 위해 지난 27일(목) 광산구청에서 열린 행복두끼 프로젝트 협약식에는 박병규 광산구청장, 조민영 행복얼라이언스 사무국(행복나래(주)) 본부장, 최준 행복도시락사회적협동조합 사무국장이 참석했다.
협약에 따라, 멤버 기업 및 지방정부의 전문성을 연계한 협력 체계를 통해 민관 협력 시너지를 강화한다. 광산구는 행정력을 바탕으로 지원 대상자를 발굴 및 선정하고, 행복얼라이언스 멤버 기업은 프로젝트에 필요한 재원을 기부한다. 행복도시락사회적협동조합은 성장기 아이들의 영양 균형을 고려한 도시락 제작·배송을 맡는다.
1년간의 도시락 지원 기간 후에도 광산구는 해당 아이들을 정부 급식제도에 편입시켜 지속적인 지원을 이어간다. 단발성 지원을 넘어 아이들이 건강하게 성장할 수 있는 장기적이고 안정적인 토대를 마련해 나갈 계획이다.
행복얼라이언스 사무국(행복나래㈜) 조민영 본부장은 “다양한 주체들이 결식아동 문제에 공감대를 형성하고 적극적으로 협력해 주신 덕분에 이번 프로젝트를 추진할 수 있었다.” 며, “앞으로도 행복얼라이언스는 복지사각지대에 있는 아이들 모두가 행복한 일상을 누릴 수 있도록 지자체, 멤버 기업 등과 지속적 협력을 이어 나갈 것”이라고 말했다.

Happiness Alliance, Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju Sign Agreement for 'Happiness Axe Project'
Social contribution network Happy Alliance (Secretariat: Happy Narae Co., Ltd.) has signed an agreement with Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju for the ‘Happy Axe Project’ and is taking the lead in creating a sustainable social safety net for children at risk of starvation.
The Happy Alliance's 'Happy Aki Project' is a social contribution program in which the public and private sectors, including local governments, companies, and local communities, cooperate to find solutions to the problem of children at risk of starvation. The Happy Alliance is promoting the 132nd Happy Aki Project through an agreement with Gwangsan-gu, and is expanding the nationwide support system for children at risk of starvation.
The beneficiaries of this project are 40 children in the district at risk of starvation who need additional meal support due to economic crisis, lack of care, etc. A total of 14,000 Happy Lunch Boxes will be provided over the course of one year.
On the 27th (Thursday), the Gwangsan-gu Office held a signing ceremony for the Happy Axe Project to promote the project. In attendance were Gwangsan-gu Office Head Park Byeong-gyu, Happiness Alliance Office Headquarters (Happy Narae Co., Ltd.) Director Jo Min-yeong, and Happy Lunchbox Social Cooperative Office Head Choi Jun.
According to the agreement, the synergy of public-private cooperation will be strengthened through a cooperative system that links the expertise of member companies and local governments. Gwangsan-gu will discover and select support recipients based on its administrative power, and Happy Alliance member companies will donate the necessary funds for the project. Happy Lunchbox Social Cooperative will be in charge of producing and delivering lunchboxes that take into account the nutritional balance of growing children.
Even after the one-year lunchbox support period, Gwangsan-gu will continue to provide continuous support by incorporating the children into the government meal system. The plan is to go beyond one-time support and establish a long-term and stable foundation for the children to grow up healthily.
“We were able to push forward with this project thanks to the various stakeholders forming a consensus on the issue of undernourished children and actively cooperating,” said Minyoung Cho, head of the Happiness Alliance Secretariat (Happy Narae Co., Ltd.). “The Happiness Alliance will continue to cooperate with local governments, member companies, etc. to ensure that all children in welfare blind spots can enjoy happy daily lives.”

今回のプロジェクト支援対象は、経済的危機、ケア不在などで追加的に支援が必要な館内欠食の懸念児童40人で、1年間で合計1万400食の幸せ弁当が提供される予定だ。
事業推進のため、去る27日(木)鉱山区庁で開かれた幸福厚プロジェクト協約式には、パク・ビョンギュ鉱山区庁長、チョ・ミンヨン幸福アライアンス事務局(幸福国(株))本部長、チェ・ジュン幸福弁当社会的協同組合事務局長が参加した。
条約に基づき、メンバー企業及び地方政府の専門性を連携した協力体制を通じて民官協力シナジーを強化する。鉱山区は行政力をもとに支援対象者を発掘・選定し、ハッピーアライアンスメンバー企業はプロジェクトに必要な財源を寄付する。幸福弁当社会的協同組合は成長期の子供たちの栄養バランスを考慮した弁当の製作・配送を担当する。
一年間の弁当支援期間後も、鉱山区は当該子供たちを政府給食制度に編入させ、持続的な支援を続けていく。単発性支援を超え、子どもたちが健康に成長できる長期的で安定的な基盤を設けていく計画だ。
ハッピーアライアンス事務局（幸福の国）チョ・ミンヨン本部長は「様々な主体が欠食児童問題に共感を形成し、積極的に協力してくださったおかげで今回のプロジェクトを推進することができた」。 「これからも幸せアライアンスは福祉死角地帯にいる子供たち全員が幸せな日常を享受できるよう自治体、メンバー企業などと持続的協力を続けていくだろう」と話した。

社会贡献网络幸福联盟（事务局：幸福那莱株式会社）与光州光山区签署了‘幸福斧头项目’协议，带头为面临饥饿风险的儿童构建可持续发展的社会安全网。
幸福联盟的“幸福斧头计划”是一项社会贡献计划，旨在通过地方政府、企业和当地社区等官民部门的合作，解决面临饥饿风险的儿童问题。幸福联盟通过与光山区达成协议，推进第132届“幸福斧头项目”，并在全国范围内扩大对面临饥饿风险的儿童的支援体系。
该项目的受益者是该地区40名面临饥饿风险的儿童，他们由于经济危机、缺乏照顾等原因需要额外的膳食支持。一年内将共提供14,000个快乐午餐盒。
27日（星期四），光山区厅举行了“快乐斧头计划”签约仪式，为推进该计划而举行。出席仪式的有光山区厅长朴炳圭、幸福联盟事务本部（幸福那莱株式会社）长赵敏英、幸福午餐盒社会合作社事务长崔俊。
根据协议，将通过联结会员企业和地方政府专业知识的合作体系，加强政府和民间合作的协同作用。光山区厅将依据其行政权力发掘和选定受益对象，幸福联盟会员企业将为该项目捐赠必要的资金。快乐午餐盒社会合作社负责生产和运送考虑到成长中儿童营养平衡的午餐盒。
一年的午餐盒支援期结束后，光山区仍将把孩子们纳入政府供餐体系，继续提供支持。我们计划超越一次性的支持，为孩子们的健康成长建立长期、稳定的基础。
幸福联盟办公室（幸福那莱株式会社）主任赵敏英表示，“该项目得以推进，得益于各利益相关方在饥饿儿童问题上的积极合作和共识”。他表示：“未来幸福联盟将继续与地方政府、会员企业等合作，确保所有福利盲区儿童都能享受幸福的日常生活。”

Selon l’accord, la synergie de coopération public-privé sera renforcée grâce à un système coopératif reliant l’expertise des entreprises membres et des gouvernements locaux. Le bureau de Gwangsan-gu découvrira et sélectionnera les bénéficiaires en fonction de son pouvoir administratif, et les entreprises membres de Happy Alliance feront don des fonds nécessaires au projet. La Coopérative Sociale Happy Lunchbox est en charge de la fabrication et de la livraison de boîtes à lunch qui prennent en compte l'équilibre nutritionnel des enfants en pleine croissance.
Même après la période d'un an de soutien aux boîtes à lunch, Gwangsan-gu continuera à fournir un soutien en incluant les enfants dans le système de repas du gouvernement. Nous prévoyons d’aller au-delà d’un soutien ponctuel et d’établir une base stable et à long terme pour que les enfants grandissent en bonne santé.
« Nous avons pu faire avancer ce projet grâce à la coopération active et au consensus entre les différentes parties prenantes sur la question des enfants qui meurent de faim », a déclaré Minyoung Cho, directeur du bureau de l'Alliance du bonheur (Happy Narae Co., Ltd.). Il a déclaré : « À l’avenir, la Happy Alliance continuera de coopérer avec les gouvernements locaux, les entreprises membres, etc. pour garantir que tous les enfants en situation d’aveuglement en matière de protection sociale puissent profiter d’une vie quotidienne heureuse. »
