의료 인공지능(AI) 기업 루닛(대표 서범석)은 지난 27일 서울 강남구 캠코양재타워에서 제12기 정기 주주총회를 개최하고, 총 7개 의안을 원안대로 가결했다고 27일 밝혔다.
이날 주총에서는 ▲SBVA 이준표 대표의 사외이사 및 감사위원 신규 선임 ▲갈헹 콩(Garheng Kong) 사외이사의 중임 ▲제12기 재무제표 승인 ▲이사 보수한도 승인 등 주요 안건을 모두 통과했다.
주총에서 루닛은 글로벌 성장 전략에 새로운 모멘텀을 제공하기 위해 이준표 SBVA 대표를 사외이사로 선임했다. AI, 정보통신기술(ICT) 분야에서 전문성을 보유한 이 사외이사는 글로벌 AI 기업들에 대한 성공적인 투자 포트폴리오를 구축해왔으며, 이같은 경험을 바탕으로 루닛의 기술 혁신 및 글로벌 시장 확장에 핵심적인 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.
또한 루닛은 지난 2022년부터 사외이사로 활동한 갈헹 콩(Garheng Kong) 헬스퀘스트 캐피털(HealthQuest Capital) 설립자를 재선임했다. 콩 사외이사는 루닛의 글로벌 비즈니스 네트워크 구축에 중요한 역할을 해왔으며, 향후 글로벌 판매 전략 수립에 지속적으로 기여할 예정이다.
특히 루닛은 이번 주총을 통해 급변하는 글로벌 경제 환경의 과제를 반영한 재무 전략을 재점검하고, 성공적인 사업 성과를 도출하기 위한 구체적인 로드맵을 제시했다.
루닛 스코프(Lunit SCOPE) 글로벌 사업을 총괄하는 켄 네스미스(Ken Nesmith) 최고사업책임자(CBO)는 발표를 통해 루닛 스코프의 기술적 차별성을 바탕으로 지난해 공식 발표한 아스트라제네카와의 파트너십 외에도 최근 다수의 글로벌 빅파마들과 새로운 협력 관계를 논의 중이라고 설명했다.

Runit appoints Lee Jun-pyo as outside director of SBVA
Medical artificial intelligence (AI) company Runit (CEO Seo Beom-seok) announced on the 27th that it held its 12th regular shareholders' meeting at the Camco Yangjae Tower in Gangnam-gu, Seoul on the 27th and passed a total of 7 agenda items as originally proposed.

At the general meeting of shareholders, Runit appointed Lee Jun-pyo, CEO of SBVA, as an outside director to provide new momentum to its global growth strategy. With expertise in AI and information and communication technology (ICT), this outside director has built a successful investment portfolio of global AI companies, and based on this experience, he is expected to play a key role in Runit’s technological innovation and global market expansion.
In addition, Runit has reappointed Garheng Kong, founder of HealthQuest Capital, who has served as an outside director since 2022. Kong has played a key role in building Runit’s global business network and will continue to contribute to establishing global sales strategies in the future.
In particular, at this general shareholders meeting, Runit reexamined its financial strategy to reflect the challenges of the rapidly changing global economic environment and presented a specific roadmap to achieve successful business performance.
Ken Nesmith, Chief Business Officer (CBO) of Lunit SCOPE, explained in the announcement that in addition to the partnership with AstraZeneca officially announced last year, Lunit SCOPE is currently discussing new partnerships with a number of global big pharma companies based on its technological differentiation.

La société d'intelligence artificielle médicale (IA) Runit (PDG Seo Beom-seok) a annoncé le 27 qu'elle avait tenu sa 12e assemblée générale ordinaire des actionnaires à la tour Camco Yangjae à Gangnam-gu, Séoul, le 27 et avait adopté un total de 7 points à l'ordre du jour comme initialement proposé.
Lors de l'assemblée générale des actionnaires de ce jour, tous les principaux points à l'ordre du jour ont été adoptés, notamment la nouvelle nomination du PDG de SBVA, Lee Jun-pyo, en tant qu'administrateur externe et auditeur, la reconduction du mandat de l'administrateur externe Garheng Kong, l'approbation des 12e états financiers et l'approbation de la limite de rémunération des administrateurs.
