한국무역협회(KITA, 회장 윤진식)와 산업통상자원부(장관 안덕근)는 28일 서울시 강남구 삼성동 코엑스에서 ‘지역특화 청년무역전문가 양성과정(이하 GTEP)’ 18기 수료식과 19기 발대식을 개최했다.
이날 행사에는 한국무역협회 윤진식 회장, 산업통상자원부 정인교 통상교섭본부장을 비롯하여 전국 20개 대학의 GTEP 사업단장 및 지도교수, 참가 학생 등 총 350여 명이 참석했다.
GTEP은 무역협회와 산업부가 수출현장에 즉시 투입이 가능한 무역전문가 양성을 목표로 지난 2007년부터 운영해오고 있으며, 전국 20개 대학이 참여하고 있다. 이번 18기 수료생 730명을 포함해 현재까지 약 1.2만 명의 무역 전문인력을 배출했다.
18기 수료생들은 지난 15개월 동안 동남아, 중남미, 인도 등 6개 특화 지역을 중심으로 현지 언어, 시장 특성과 같은 지역별 맞춤형 교육과 함께 무역실무, 현장실습 등 총 480시간 교육과정을 이수했다. 또한, 산학협력 관계에 있는 992개 중소기업의 해외 현장 마케팅 및 온라인몰 입점을 지원해 2,240만 달러의 수출실적 달성에 기여했다. 지난 18년간 수료생들의 마케팅 지원을 통해 중소기업들이 달성한 누적 수출실적은 1억 2,500만 달러로 집계됐다.
한국무역협회 윤진식 회장은 수료생들을 격려하면서 “GTEP은 대학‧기업‧정부가 협력하여 인재를 키워내는 동시에 중소기업의 수출을 지원하는 대표적인 사업”임을 강조하며 “최근 흐름에 맞게 디지털 전문성까지 갖춘 무역인재 양성 프로그램이 될 수 있도록 지속 발전시켜 나갈 예정”이라고 밝혔다.
한편 이날 수료식과 발대식은 GTEP에 대한 대학생들의 높은 관심을 반영하여 무역협회 유튜브(KITA TV)를 통해 생중계되었으며, 무역인력 양성에 기여한 대학 교수 등 관계자 10명에게는 산업통상자원부 장관 표창이 수여됐다.

Martial Arts, 'Regional Specialized Youth Trade Expert Training Program' 18th Graduation Ceremony Held
The Korea International Trade Association (KITA, Chairman Jin-sik Yoon) and the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (Minister Deok-geun Ahn) held the 18th graduation ceremony and 19th inauguration ceremony for the 'Regional Specialization Youth Trade Expert Training Course (GTEP)' at COEX in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul on the 28th.
The event was attended by approximately 350 people, including Chairman Jin-sik Yoon of the Korea International Trade Association, Director-General of the Trade Negotiation Headquarters of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy In-gyo Jeong, GTEP business unit directors and supervising professors from 20 universities across the country, and participating students.
GTEP has been operated since 2007 by the Trade Association and the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy with the goal of training trade experts who can be immediately deployed to the export field, and 20 universities across the country are participating. Including the 730 graduates of the 18th class, it has produced approximately 12,000 trade experts to date.
The 18th batch of graduates have completed a total of 480 hours of training, including customized education on local languages, market characteristics, trade practices, and field training, focusing on 6 specialized regions including Southeast Asia, Central and South America, and India over the past 15 months. In addition, they have supported overseas field marketing and online mall entry of 992 small and medium-sized enterprises in industry-academia cooperation relationships, contributing to achieving export performance of 22.4 million dollars. The cumulative export performance achieved by small and medium-sized enterprises through marketing support from graduates over the past 18 years has been tallied at 125 million dollars.
Chairman Jin-sik Yoon of the Korea International Trade Association encouraged the graduates and emphasized that “GTEP is a representative project that fosters talent through collaboration between universities, companies, and the government while supporting exports of small and medium-sized enterprises,” adding that “We will continue to develop it so that it can become a program to foster trade talent with digital expertise in line with recent trends.”
Meanwhile, the graduation and inauguration ceremonies on this day were live streamed through the Trade Association YouTube channel (KITA TV) to reflect the high interest of college students in GTEP, and 10 university professors and other related individuals who contributed to the training of trade personnel were awarded commendations by the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy.

18期修了生は過去15ヶ月間、東南アジア、中南米、インドなど6つの特化地域を中心に現地言語、市場特性など地域別のカスタマイズ教育とともに、貿易実務、現場実習など合計480時間の教育課程を履修した。また、産学協力関係にある992の中小企業の海外現場マーケティングおよびオンラインモール入店を支援し、2,240万ドルの輸出実績達成に貢献した。去る18年間、修了生のマーケティング支援を通じて中小企業が達成した累積輸出実績は1億2,500万ドルと集計された。
韓国貿易協会のユン・ジンシク会長は修了生を励まし、「GTEPは大学・企業・政府が協力して人材を育てるとともに、中小企業の輸出を支援する代表的な事業」であることを強調し、「最近の流れに合わせてデジタル専門性まで備えた貿易人材養成プログラムになるように持続発展させていく予定」と明らかにした。
一方、この日の修了式と発足式はGTEPに対する大学生の高い関心を反映して貿易協会YouTube（KITA TV）を通じて生中継され、貿易人材養成に寄与した大学教授など関係者10人には産業通商資源部長官表彰が授与された。

韩国贸易协会会长尹振植、产业通商资源部贸易谈判总部局长郑仁教、来自全国20所大学的GTEP事业单位理事、指导教授以及参加活动的学生等约350人参加了此次活动。
GTEP 自 2007 年起由贸易协会和韩国贸易、工业和能源部运营，旨在培训可立即部署到出口现场的贸易专家，全国有 20 所大学参与其中。包括第18届730名毕业生在内，迄今已培养了约12,000名贸易专业人才。
过去15个月里，第18届毕业生共完成480小时培训，包括针对当地语言和市场特点、贸易实践的定制化教育、实地培训等，重点关注东南亚、中南美洲、印度等6个专业区域。另外，还支援992家产学合作关系中小企业的海外实地营销及网上商城入驻，为实现2,240万美元的出口实绩做出贡献。 18年来，中小企业通过毕业生的营销支持所取得的累计出口业绩达到1.25亿美元。
韩国贸易协会会长尹振植鼓励毕业生们表示，“GTEP是通过大学、企业和政府合作培养人才，同时支持中小企业出口的代表性项目”，“我们将持续发展，使其成为顺应当今潮流、培养拥有数字专业知识的贸易人才的项目”。
同时，当天的毕业典礼和就职典礼通过贸易协会YouTube频道（KITA TV）进行了现场直播，反映了大学生对GTEP的高度关注，并为贸易人员培训做出贡献的10名大学教授等相关人员获得了贸易产业部长的表彰。

L'Association coréenne du commerce international (KITA, président Jin-sik Yoon) et le ministère du Commerce, de l'Industrie et de l'Énergie (ministre Deok-geun Ahn) ont organisé la 18e cérémonie de remise des diplômes et la 19e cérémonie d'inauguration du « Cours de formation d'experts commerciaux pour jeunes de spécialisation régionale (GTEP) » au COEX à Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Séoul, le 28.
L'événement a réuni environ 350 personnes, dont le président de l'Association coréenne du commerce international, Jin-sik Yoon, le directeur général du siège des négociations commerciales du ministère du Commerce, de l'Industrie et de l'Énergie, In-gyo Jeong, les directeurs des unités commerciales du GTEP et les professeurs superviseurs de 20 universités à travers le pays, ainsi que les étudiants participants.
Le GTEP est géré depuis 2007 par l'Association du commerce et le ministère du Commerce, de l'Industrie et de l'Énergie dans le but de former des experts commerciaux qui peuvent être immédiatement déployés sur les sites d'exportation, et 20 universités à travers le pays y participent. En incluant les 730 diplômés de la 18e promotion, environ 12 000 professionnels du commerce ont été formés à ce jour.
Au cours des 15 derniers mois, la 18e promotion de diplômés a complété un total de 480 heures de formation, comprenant une formation personnalisée sur les langues locales et les caractéristiques du marché, les pratiques commerciales et la formation sur le terrain, en se concentrant sur six régions spécialisées, dont l'Asie du Sud-Est, l'Amérique centrale et du Sud et l'Inde. En outre, il a soutenu le marketing sur le terrain à l'étranger et l'entrée dans les centres commerciaux en ligne de 992 petites et moyennes entreprises dans le cadre de relations de coopération industrie-université, contribuant à la réalisation d'une performance d'exportation de 22,4 millions de dollars. Les performances cumulées à l’exportation réalisées par les petites et moyennes entreprises grâce au soutien marketing des diplômés au cours des 18 dernières années ont été évaluées à 125 millions de dollars.
Le président de l'Association coréenne du commerce international, Jin-sik Yoon, a encouragé les diplômés et a souligné que « le GTEP est un projet représentatif qui encourage les talents grâce à la collaboration entre les universités, les entreprises et le gouvernement tout en soutenant les exportations des petites et moyennes entreprises », ajoutant que « nous continuerons à le développer afin qu'il puisse devenir un programme visant à encourager les talents commerciaux dotés d'une expertise numérique en phase avec les tendances récentes. »
Entre-temps, les cérémonies de remise des diplômes et d'inauguration de ce jour ont été diffusées en direct sur la chaîne YouTube de l'Association commerciale (KITA TV) pour refléter le grand intérêt des étudiants pour le GTEP, et 10 professeurs d'université et autres personnes concernées qui ont contribué à la formation du personnel commercial ont reçu des félicitations du ministre du Commerce, de l'Industrie et de l'Énergie.
