엠와이소셜컴퍼니(MYSC)와 한국국제협력단(KOICA)이 지난 24일 호치민시 롯데호텔 사이공에서 ‘2025 글로벌 임팩트 챕터 인 베트남’ 행사를 성공적으로 개최했다.
이번 행사는 ‘Convergence in Action: Impact Investing Based on Blended Finance(행동을 위한 융합: 혼합금융을 통한 임팩트 투자)’라는 주제로 진행되어 임팩트 투자와 혼합금융에 관심 있는 다수의 투자자, 전문가, 스타트업 등 약 60여 명 이상이 참여자로 함께 하며 성황을 이루었다.
MYSC는 베트남에서 생태계 빌더로서 10년동안 쌓아온 깊은 이해를 바탕으로, 베트남의 스타트업 및 임팩트 생태계 전반을 조망하는 이번 행사를 기획했다. 행사는 생태계의 기반을 만드는 업스트림(정부·정책)에서의 노력부터 시작해 생태계에 자본을 유치하고 플레이어 육성하는 벤처캐피탈, 그리고 실제 문제 해결을 위해 활동하는 스타트업을 조명했고, 마지막으로는 혁신을 위한 미래 전략으로 혼합금융의 실제적인 사례를 공유했다. 베트남에서 깊은 인연을 이어온 베트남 임팩트 투자 네트워크(VIIN)을 비롯한 CSIP, Fulbright University 등이 참여하여 임팩트 생태계에 대한 의견과 협업 경험 등을 나누어 그 의미를 더 하기도 했다.
오프닝 세션은 ‘Foundations of Change: Building Impact Ecosystem in Vietnam and Korea’를 주제로 베트남 국가혁신센터(NIC)와 스타트업얼라이언스에서 패널로 참석하여 베트남과 한국의 임팩트 생태계 구축을 위한 정부와 정책 차원의 노력을 조명했다. 특히 베트남은 혁신 정책을 통해 행정 절차 간소화 및 투자 인센티브를 위한 세금·인프라 지원 혜택을 펼쳐나가고 있다고 밝혔다.
오후 첫번째 세션에서는 ‘Moving Capital Towards Impact: VCs as Enablers of Startup Solutions’를 주제로 에토스 펀드, 두벤처스, IIX, 더인벤션랩에서 패널로 참석하여 생태계에 자본을 유치하고 플레이어를 육성하는 벤처캐피털의 역할과 전략에 대해 논의했다. 특히 본 세션에서는 글로벌 스탠다를 기반으로 한 크로스 보더 투자 및 오픈이노베이션을 통한 스타트업 지원, Investment Readiness(투자준비) 지원 등 다양한 프로그램에 대한 소개가 있었다.
두번째 세션에서는 ‘Cultivating Change: Startups Driving Agri-tech Solutions in Vietnam’를 주제로 GGGI, NHARP, 콘쩌우 에코, 테크쿱에서 패널로 참석하여 베트남에서 실제 문제 해결을 위해 활동하는 스타트업들, 특히 농업기술 분야의 혁신적인 솔루션을 공유했다. 특히 기후변화로 인한 메콩델타 지역의 변화 등을 언급하며 농업기술분야는 단순한 기술을 넘어 장기적인 삶의 문제를 다루고 있기 때문에 책임있는 투자와 시스템 변화를 위한 인내자본의 중요성을 강조했다.
마지막 세션에서는 ‘Beyond Boundaries: Blended Finance as a Catalyst for Global Convergence’를 주제로 AVPN, 월드비전, DFCD가 패널로 참석하여 미래 혁신 전략인 혼합금융 접근법을 공유하며, 전통적인 자금조달만으로는 충분하지 않고 미래는 대담한 파트너십에 달려있다는 것을 강조하며 더 많은 융합과 협력이 일어나기를 기대하는 메시지로 행사를 마무리했다.
MYSC 김정태 대표는 “임팩트 투자는 단순한 자금 지원이 아닌 생태계 전체에 대한 투자”라며 베트남의 NIC(국가혁신센터)와 함께 “이러한 인식을 바탕으로, 앞으로도 양국의 경험과 강점을 공유하고 지역의 필요를 존중하면서 공동 성장을 돕는 방식으로 협력을 확대해 나갈 것”이라고 밝혔다.
이번 ‘2025 글로벌 임팩트 챕터 인 베트남’ 행사는 베트남과 한국의 임팩트 생태계를 연결하는 의미 있는 자리였으며, 앞으로 양국 스타트업 생태계 간의 다양한 협력이 이어질 것으로 기대된다. 이러한 노력은 두 국가 간 경제 협력 강화는 물론, 지속 가능한 발전을 위한 스타트업 생태계 구축에 중요한 토대가 될 것으로 전망된다.

MY Social Company (MYSC) and the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) successfully held the '2025 Global Impact Chapter in Vietnam' event at Lotte Hotel Saigon in Ho Chi Minh City on the 24th.
This event was held under the theme of 'Convergence in Action: Impact Investing Based on Blended Finance' and was a great success with over 60 participants including many investors, experts, and startups interested in impact investing and blended finance.
MYSC planned this event to provide an overview of Vietnam’s startup and impact ecosystem based on its deep understanding accumulated over 10 years as an ecosystem builder in Vietnam. The event began with efforts in the upstream (government and policy) to lay the foundation for the ecosystem, then highlighted venture capitals that attract capital to the ecosystem and foster players, and startups that work to solve real problems, and finally shared practical cases of blended finance as a future strategy for innovation. The event was further enhanced by the participation of the Vietnam Impact Investment Network (VIIN), CSIP, and Fulbright University, which have deep ties to Vietnam, who shared their opinions and collaborative experiences on the impact ecosystem.
The opening session was themed ‘Foundations of Change: Building Impact Ecosystem in Vietnam and Korea’, and panelists from the Vietnam National Innovation Center (NIC) and Startup Alliance highlighted government and policy-level efforts to build impact ecosystems in Vietnam and Korea. In particular, Vietnam announced that it is streamlining administrative procedures and providing tax and infrastructure support benefits for investment incentives through innovation policies.
In the first session of the afternoon, under the theme of 'Moving Capital Towards Impact: VCs as Enablers of Startup Solutions', panelists from Etos Fund, Doo Ventures, IIX, and The Invention Lab discussed the role and strategy of venture capital in attracting capital to the ecosystem and fostering players. In particular, this session introduced various programs such as cross-border investment based on global standards, startup support through open innovation, and Investment Readiness support.
In the second session, GGGI, NHARP, Con Chau Eco, and TechCoop participated as panelists on the topic of 'Cultivating Change: Startups Driving Agri-tech Solutions in Vietnam' and shared innovative solutions from startups working to solve real problems in Vietnam, especially in the agricultural technology sector. In particular, they mentioned changes in the Mekong Delta region due to climate change, and emphasized the importance of responsible investment and patient capital for systemic change, as the agricultural technology sector deals with long-term issues of life beyond simple technology.
In the final session, AVPN, World Vision, and DFCD participated as panelists on the topic of 'Beyond Boundaries: Blended Finance as a Catalyst for Global Convergence' and shared the blended finance approach as a future innovation strategy. They emphasized that traditional financing alone is not enough and that the future depends on bold partnerships, and concluded the event with a message of hope for more convergence and cooperation.
“Impact investment is not simply financial support, but an investment in the entire ecosystem,” said MYSC CEO Kim Jeong-tae. “Based on this awareness, we will continue to expand cooperation with Vietnam’s NIC (National Innovation Center) by sharing the experiences and strengths of both countries, respecting the needs of the region, and helping to achieve joint growth.”
This '2025 Global Impact Chapter in Vietnam' event was a meaningful event that connected the impact ecosystems of Vietnam and Korea, and various cooperations between the startup ecosystems of the two countries are expected to continue in the future. These efforts are expected to serve as an important foundation for strengthening economic cooperation between the two countries as well as building a startup ecosystem for sustainable development.

今回のイベントは「Convergence in Action: Impact Investing Based on Blended Finance（行動のための融合：混合金融を通じたインパクト投資）」というテーマで行われ、インパクト投資と混合金融に関心のある多数の投資家、専門家、スタートアップなど約60人以上が参加者として共に盛り上がった。
MYSCはベトナムで生態系ビルダーとして10年間積み重ねてきた深い理解をもとに、ベトナムのスタートアップおよびインパクト生態系全般を眺める今回のイベントを企画した。イベントは生態系の基盤をつくる上流（政府・政策）での努力から始まり、生態系に資本を誘致してプレイヤー育成するベンチャーキャピタル、そして実際の問題解決のために活動するスタートアップを照明し、最後には革新のための未来戦略で混合金融の実際的な事例を共有した。ベトナムで深い縁を続けてきたベトナムインパクト投資ネットワーク(VIIN)をはじめとするCSIP、Fulbright Universityなどが参加し、インパクト生態系に対する意見やコラボレーション経験などを分けてその意味を加えた。
オープニングセッションは「Foundations of Change: Building Impact Ecosystem in Vietnam and Korea」をテーマにベトナム国家革新センター（NIC）とスタートアップアライアンスでパネルに参加し、ベトナムと韓国のインパクトエコシステム構築のための政府と政策次元の努力を照明した。特にベトナムはイノベーション政策を通じて行政手続きの簡素化及び投資インセンティブのための税金・インフラ支援の恩恵を広げていると明らかにした。

最後のセッションでは、「Beyond Boundaries：Blended Finance as a Catalyst for Global Convergence」をテーマに、AVPN、ワールドビジョン、DFCDがパネルに参加し、将来の革新戦略である混合金融アプローチを共有し、伝統的な資金調達だけでは十分ではなく、将来は大胆なパートナーシップに貢献する。仕上げた。
MYSCキム・ジョンテ代表は「インパクト投資は単純な資金支援ではなく生態系全体への投資」とベトナムのNIC（国家革新センター）と共に「こうした認識をもとに、今後も両国の経験と強みを共有し、地域のニーズを尊重しながら共同成長を助ける方法で協力を拡大していく」と明らかにした。
今回の「2025グローバルインパクトチャプターであるベトナム」のイベントは、ベトナムと韓国のインパクトエコシステムを結ぶ意味のある席であり、今後両国スタートアップエコシステム間の多様な協力が続くものと期待される。この努力は、2つの国家間の経済協力を強化するだけでなく、持続可能な発展のためのスタートアップエコシステムの構築にとって重要な基盤になると予想されます。

MYSC 策划此次活动旨在概述越南的初创企业和影响力生态系统，并借鉴其作为越南生态系统建设者 10 多年来积累的深刻理解。活动首先从上游（政府和政策）为生态系统奠定基础的努力开始，然后重点介绍了吸引资本进入生态系统并培育参与者的风险投资家，以及致力于解决实际问题的初创企业，最后分享了混合融资作为未来创新战略的真实案例。此次活动因CSIP、富布赖特大学以及与越南有着深厚联系的越南影响力投资网络（VIIN）的参与而更加精彩，他们分享了对影响力生态系统的看法和合作经验。
开幕式的主题是“变革的基础：在越南和韩国建立影响力生态系统”，来自越南国家创新中心 (NIC) 和初创企业联盟的小组成员重点介绍了政府和政策层面为在越南和韩国建立影响力生态系统所做的努力。具体而言，越南表示正在扩大税收和基础设施支持优惠，以简化行政程序并通过创新政策鼓励投资。

MY Social Company (MYSC) et l'Agence coréenne de coopération internationale (KOICA) ont organisé avec succès l'événement « 2025 Global Impact Chapter in Vietnam » à l'hôtel Lotte Saigon à Ho Chi Minh-Ville le 24.
Cet événement s'est déroulé sous le thème « Convergence en action : l'investissement d'impact basé sur la finance mixte » et a été un grand succès avec plus de 60 participants, dont de nombreux investisseurs, experts et startups intéressés par l'investissement d'impact et la finance mixte.
MYSC a planifié cet événement pour donner un aperçu de l'écosystème des startups et de l'impact du Vietnam, en s'appuyant sur sa compréhension approfondie acquise au cours de 10 ans en tant que constructeur d'écosystèmes au Vietnam. L'événement a commencé par des efforts en amont (gouvernement et politique) pour jeter les bases de l'écosystème, puis a mis en évidence les capital-risqueurs qui attirent des capitaux vers l'écosystème et encouragent les acteurs, ainsi que les startups qui travaillent à résoudre de vrais problèmes, et a enfin partagé des exemples concrets de financement mixte comme stratégie future pour l'innovation. L'événement a été encore renforcé par la participation du CSIP, de l'Université Fulbright et du Vietnam Impact Investment Network (VIIN), qui entretient des liens étroits avec le Vietnam, qui ont partagé leurs opinions et leurs expériences de collaboration sur l'écosystème d'impact.
La séance d'ouverture, intitulée « Fondements du changement : construire un écosystème d'impact au Vietnam et en Corée », a réuni des panélistes du Centre national d'innovation du Vietnam (NIC) et de la Startup Alliance, soulignant les efforts déployés au niveau gouvernemental et politique pour créer des écosystèmes d'impact au Vietnam et en Corée. Le Vietnam a notamment déclaré qu’il élargissait les avantages fiscaux et de soutien aux infrastructures afin de rationaliser les procédures administratives et d’encourager l’investissement par le biais de politiques d’innovation.
Lors de la première session de l'après-midi, sous le thème « Déplacer le capital vers l'impact : les VC comme facilitateurs de solutions de démarrage », les panélistes d'Etos Fund, Doo Ventures, IIX et The Invention Lab ont discuté du rôle et des stratégies du capital-risque pour attirer des capitaux vers l'écosystème et encourager les acteurs. En particulier, cette session a présenté divers programmes tels que l’investissement transfrontalier basé sur des normes mondiales, le soutien aux startups par l’innovation ouverte et le soutien à la préparation à l’investissement.
La deuxième session, intitulée « Cultiver le changement : les startups à l'origine de solutions agro-technologiques au Vietnam », a réuni des panélistes de GGGI, NHARP, Con Chau Eco et TechCoop partageant des solutions innovantes de startups travaillant à résoudre des problèmes du monde réel au Vietnam, en particulier dans le secteur des technologies agricoles. Il a notamment évoqué les changements dans la région du delta du Mékong dus au changement climatique et a souligné l’importance de l’investissement responsable et du capital patient pour le changement du système, car le secteur des technologies agricoles va au-delà de la simple technologie et traite des problèmes de vie à long terme.
Lors de la dernière session, AVPN, World Vision et DFCD ont participé en tant que panélistes sur le thème « Au-delà des frontières : le financement mixte comme catalyseur de la convergence mondiale » et ont partagé l'approche du financement mixte comme future stratégie d'innovation. Ils ont souligné que le financement traditionnel à lui seul ne suffit pas et que l’avenir dépend de partenariats audacieux, et ont conclu l’événement avec un message d’espoir pour plus de convergence et de coopération.
« L’investissement d’impact n’est pas simplement un soutien financier, mais un investissement dans l’ensemble de l’écosystème », a déclaré Kim Jeong-tae, PDG de MYSC. « Forts de cette prise de conscience, nous continuerons à élargir notre coopération avec le Centre national d’innovation (NIC) du Vietnam en partageant les expériences et les atouts des deux pays, en respectant les besoins de la région et en contribuant à une croissance commune. »
Cet événement « 2025 Global Impact Chapter in Vietnam » a été une opportunité significative de connecter les écosystèmes d'impact du Vietnam et de la Corée, et il est prévu que diverses coopérations entre les écosystèmes de startups des deux pays se poursuivront à l'avenir. Ces efforts devraient servir de base importante au renforcement de la coopération économique entre les deux pays ainsi qu’à la construction d’un écosystème de startups pour le développement durable.
