핀테크 기업 헥토파이낸셜이 오는 4월 10일부터 12일까지 서울 코엑스에서 개최되는 ‘IFS(International Franchise Show) 프랜차이즈 창업·산업 박람회’에 참가해 무인 매장 및 요식업 매장 운영을 위한 혁신적인 키오스크 솔루션을 공개한다고 3일 밝혔다.
‘IFS 프랜차이즈 창업·산업 박람회’는 국내외 프랜차이즈 업계의 최신 트렌드를 살펴볼 수 있는 국내 최대 규모의 행사로, 다양한 무인 매장 솔루션과 자동화 기술이 소개될 예정이다. 이번 박람회에서 헥토파이낸셜은 ‘무인 매장 운영의 미래’를 주제로, 무인 유통매장 관리 키오스크 솔루션인 ‘오더인(Order-In)’과 배리어프리(Barrier-Free) 키오스크 솔루션 ‘케이엘 키오스크(KL KIOSK)’를 선보인다.
‘오더인’은 무인 매장 운영과 관리 업무를 효율적으로 지원하는 키오스크 솔루션이다. 고객이 키오스크에서 상품을 스캔하면 매장 운영자가 즉시 모바일 및 PC 환경에서 해당 정보를 확인할 수 있는 ‘실시간 장바구니’ 기능과, 실시간 재고 확인 및 재고가 부족할 경우 미리 안내해주는 ‘안전재고 설정’ 기능을 통해 관리 편의성을 제공한다. 또한 다양한 할인 옵션을 적용해 고객 유입과 매출 증대에 기여할 수 있다.
한편, ‘케이엘 키오스크’는 카페, 음식점, 테마파크 등 다양한 업종에 적용 가능한 배리어프리 키오스크 솔루션으로, 현재 한국지능정보사회진흥원(NIA)의 배리어프리 인증을 앞두고 있다. 이 솔루션은 ▲휠체어 모드 ▲고대비 모드 ▲도우미 호출 ▲돋보기 모드 ▲음성 안내 등 5가지 배리어프리 기능을 지원하며, 기존 POS 시스템을 도입한 사업자들이 손쉽게 적용할 수 있어 매장 운영과 결제 관리의 편리함을 제공한다. 또한, ‘케이엘 키오스크’는 ‘킨더랩스’와 협력하여 바운스 트램폴린파크, 주렁주렁 실내동물원 등에 입장권 구매용 키오스크를 납품한 경험이 있다.
헥토파이낸셜 관계자는 “오더인과 케이엘 키오스크 솔루션을 통해 사업자들이 매장을 더욱 효율적으로 관리하고 운영할 수 있도록 지원할 것”이라며, “향후 지속적인 솔루션 고도화를 통해 오프라인 결제 시장에 본격적으로 진출할 계획”이라고 밝혔다.

Meanwhile, 'KL Kiosk' is a barrier-free kiosk solution that can be applied to various industries such as cafes, restaurants, and theme parks, and is currently awaiting barrier-free certification from the Korea Intelligence Information Society Agency (NIA). This solution supports five barrier-free functions: ▲wheelchair mode ▲high contrast mode ▲assistant call ▲magnifying glass mode ▲voice guidance, and can be easily applied by businesses that have introduced existing POS systems, providing convenience in store operation and payment management. In addition, 'KL Kiosk' has experience supplying ticket purchasing kiosks to Bounce Trampoline Park, Jureung Jureung Indoor Zoo, etc. in cooperation with 'Kinder Labs'.
