크라우드펀딩 플랫폼 크라우디(대표 김기석 )는 특수목적차량 제조 기업 주식회사 세웅(대표 이재균)의 증권형 크라우드펀딩을 진행한다고 오는 4월 22일 까지 진행한다고 오늘 밝혔다.이번 펀딩을 통해 전환사채를 발행 예정이다.
세웅은 2022년 11월 설립된 기업으로, 군용 및 특수목적차 제작을 전문으로 하며, 기아자동차의 군용·특수차량 수출 물량의 90%를 생산을 통해 꾸준한 현금 흐름을 확보하고 있다. 또한 자체 특장차 제조라인을 보유해 생산 공정을 직접 관리하며 품질 경쟁력을 갖추고 있다.
세웅은 최근 2년 평균 매출은 약 30억 원, 평균 당기순이익은 약 2억 원을 기록하는 등 지속적인 성장세를 이어가고 있다.
세웅은 이번 크라우드펀딩을 통해 추가 자금을 확보해 생산능력 확대와 해외 시장 진출을 가속화하고 다양한 특수목적차 개발을 지속해 글로벌 방산 시장에서 경쟁력을 더욱 강화할 방침이다.
크라우디 관계자는 “세웅은 생산 역량과 실적을 보유한 기업으로, 이번 펀딩을 통해 한 단계 도약할 수 있는 발판을 마련하게 될 것” 라고 말했다.
한편 증권형 크라우드펀딩은 2016년 국내 도입된 제도로, 스타트업과 성장 기업이 일반 투자자로부터 직접 투자를 받을 수 있도록 설계됐다. 다만, 높은 투자 위험을 고려해 일반 투자자의 투자 한도는 기업당 500만 원으로 제한된다.

Crowdfunding platform Crowdy (CEO Kim Ki-seok) announced today that it will conduct a securities crowdfunding for special purpose vehicle manufacturing company Sewoong Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Jae-gyun) until April 22. Convertible bonds are scheduled to be issued through this funding.
Sewoong is a company established in November 2022, specializing in the production of military and special purpose vehicles, and has secured a steady cash flow by producing 90% of Kia Motors' military and special purpose vehicle exports. A Crowdy official said, “Sewoong is a company with production capacity and performance, and this funding will provide a foundation for taking the next step forward.”
Meanwhile, securities crowdfunding is a system introduced domestically in 2016, designed to allow startups and growing companies to receive direct investment from general investors. However, considering the high investment risk, the investment limit for general investors is limited to 5 million won per company.

Toutefois, compte tenu du risque d’investissement élevé, la limite d’investissement pour les investisseurs généraux est limitée à 5 millions de wons par entreprise.
