바이오플러스(대표이사 정현규)가 중국 하이난 의료관광특구 내 위치한 현지 공장에 대해 ‘의약품 제조 및 품질관리기준(Good Manufacturing Practice, 이하 GMP)’ 인증을 획득했다고 밝혔다.
앞서 바이오플러스는 중국 보건당국으로부터 하이난 현지 공장에 대해 의료기기 2등급 GMP 현장 실사를 진행했으며, 지난 3월 최종 인증을 완료했다. 이번 하이난 공장 GMP 인증 획득을 통해 바이오플러스는 현지 공장에서 생산한 제품을 중국 전역에 공급할 계획이다.
특히 의료기기 2등급 제조 및 판매 허가를 획득한 자체 화장품 브랜드 보닉스(Bonyx)와 스킨부스터 제품 양산에 속도를 내 중국 시장을 공략할 계획이다.
또한 해당 공장에 대해 의료기기 3등급과 코스메틱 생산 시설에 대한 GMP 승인 절차도 진행하고 있어 추가 생산라인 확보가 가능해질 것으로 보인다.
바이오플러스 황영기 글로벌사업본부장은 “한한령 해제와 중국시장 개방의 기대감이 커지는 시점에 현지 GMP인증 생산시설을 확보하게 된 점을 고무적으로 생각한다”며, “바이오플러스의 제품을 현지에서 생산해 중국 전역으로 공급할 수 있게 됨에 따라 해당 공장이 중국시장 진출의 전진기지 역할을 수행 할 것으로 기대한다”고 설명했다.
아울러 바이오플러스는 중국 수출 품목 확대를 위해 중국 국가의약품감독관리국(NMPA)의 의료기기 3등급 품목허가를 진행하고 있으며, 향후 중국시장 점유율을 확대하는데 사업 역량을 집중 할 계획이라고 밝혔다.

Bioplus Obtains 'Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Quality Control Standards' Certification
Bioplus (CEO Jeong Hyeon-gyu) announced that it has obtained ‘Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)’ certification for its local factory located in the Hainan Medical Tourism Special Zone in China.
Previously, Bioplus had undergone an on-site inspection of its Hainan factory for medical device grade 2 GMP from the Chinese health authorities, and completed final certification in March. With this Hainan factory GMP certification, Bioplus plans to supply products produced at its local factory throughout China.
In particular, the company plans to attack the Chinese market by accelerating the mass production of its own cosmetics brand Bonyx and Skin Booster products, which have acquired Class 2 medical device manufacturing and sales approval.
Additionally, the plant is in the process of obtaining GMP approval for a Class 3 medical device and a cosmetics production facility, which will likely enable it to secure additional production lines.
“We are encouraged that we have secured a local GMP-certified production facility at a time when expectations are growing for the lifting of THAAD restrictions and the opening of the Chinese market,” said Hwang Young-ki, head of Bioplus’ Global Business Division. “As we will be able to produce Bioplus’ products locally and supply them throughout China, we expect the plant to serve as a forward base for our entry into the Chinese market.”
In addition, Bioplus announced that it is in the process of obtaining Class 3 medical device product approval from the China National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) to expand export items to China, and that it plans to focus its business capabilities on expanding its market share in China in the future.

バイオプラス、「医薬品製造および品質管理基準」認証取得
バイオプラス（代表取締役チョン・ヒョンギュ）が中国海南医療観光特区内に位置する現地工場に対して「医薬品製造および品質管理基準（Good Manufacturing Practice、以下GMP）」認証を獲得したと明らかにした。
これに先立ち、バイオプラスは中国保健当局から海南現地工場に対して医療機器2等級GMP現場実写を進め、去る3月最終認証を完了した。今回の海南工場GMP認証取得を通じて、バイオプラスは現地工場で生産した製品を中国全域に供給する計画だ。
特に医療機器2等級の製造及び販売許可を獲得した自社化粧品ブランドのボニックス(Bonyx)とスキンブースター製品の量産に速度を出して中国市場を攻略する計画だ。
また、当該工場に対して医療機器3等級と化粧品生産施設に対するGMP承認手続きも進めており、さらなる生産ラインの確保が可能になるものと見られる。
バイオプラスファンヨンギグローバル事業本部長は「韓韓令解除と中国市場開放の期待感が大きくなる時点に現地GMP認証生産施設を確保することになった点を促します」とし、「バイオプラスの製品を現地で生産して中国全域に供給できるようになることにより、対応工場が中国市場進出」と述べた。
またバイオプラスは中国輸出品目拡大のために中国国家医薬品監督管理局(NMPA)の医療機器3等級品目許可を進めており、今後中国市場シェアを拡大することに事業力量を集中する計画だと明らかにした。

Bioplus获得“药品生产和质量控制标准”认证
Bioplus（代表郑贤圭）宣布，其位于中国海南医疗旅游特区的当地工厂已获得‘良好生产规范（GMP）’认证。
此前，百奥生物已接受中国卫生部门对其海南本地工厂的医疗器械二级GMP现场检查，并于3月份完成最终认证。凭借海南工厂的 GMP 认证，Bioplus 计划向中国各地供应当地工厂生产的产品。
特别是，该公司计划加速其自有化妆品品牌Bonyx和Skin Booster产品的量产，进军中国市场，这些产品已获得2类医疗器械生产和销售许可。
此外，该工厂正在申请三类医疗器械和化妆品生产设施的 GMP 批准，这可能使其能够获得额外的生产线。

Bioplus obtient la certification « Normes de fabrication et de contrôle de la qualité pharmaceutiques »
Bioplus (PDG Jeong Hyeon-gyu) a annoncé avoir obtenu la certification « Bonnes pratiques de fabrication (BPF) » pour son usine locale située dans la zone spéciale de tourisme médical de Hainan en Chine.
Auparavant, Bioplus avait effectué une inspection sur place de son usine locale de Hainan pour les dispositifs médicaux de classe 2 GMP par les autorités sanitaires chinoises, et avait obtenu la certification finale en mars. Avec cette certification GMP de l'usine de Hainan, Bioplus prévoit de fournir des produits fabriqués dans l'usine locale dans toute la Chine.
En particulier, la société prévoit d'attaquer le marché chinois en accélérant la production de masse de ses propres produits de marque de cosmétiques Bonyx et Skin Booster, qui ont obtenu l'approbation de fabrication et de vente de dispositifs médicaux de classe 2.
De plus, l'usine est en train d'obtenir l'approbation GMP pour un dispositif médical de classe 3 et une usine de production de cosmétiques, ce qui lui permettra probablement de sécuriser des lignes de production supplémentaires.
« Nous sommes encouragés d'avoir obtenu une installation de production locale certifiée GMP à un moment où les attentes grandissent quant à la levée des restrictions THAAD et à l'ouverture du marché chinois », a déclaré Hwang Young-ki, directeur de la division commerciale mondiale de Bioplus. « Comme nous serons en mesure de produire les produits Bioplus localement et de les fournir dans toute la Chine, nous espérons que l'usine servira de base avancée pour notre entrée sur le marché chinois. »
En outre, Bioplus a annoncé qu'elle était en train d'obtenir l'approbation du produit de dispositif médical de classe 3 auprès de la China National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) pour étendre ses exportations vers la Chine, et qu'elle prévoyait de concentrer ses capacités commerciales sur l'expansion de sa part de marché en Chine à l'avenir.
