제주창조경제혁신센터(이하 제주센터)가 추천한 도내 유망 스타트업 2개사가 4월 10일 경기도 판교에서 열린 ‘Deep Tech AI Conference: 2025 창업-BuS 연합 IR’ 행사에 참가해 기업설명(IR)을 진행했다.
이번 행사는 중소벤처기업부가 주최하고, 제주·경기·경남·울산창조경제혁신센터와 창조경제혁신센터협의회가 공동으로 주관했다. 딥테크 스타트업의 투자 유치 기회를 확대하고 전국 단위 협력을 강화하기 위한 목적으로 마련됐다.
행사는 3부로 구성됐다. 1부에서는 글로벌 기업의 강연을 통해 스타트업의 해외 진출 전략을 소개했고, 2부에서는 전국 혁신센터가 추천한 딥테크 분야 유망기업 36개사가 참여한 연합 IR 발표가 진행됐다. 이어 3부에서는 생성형 인공지능(AI)을 주제로 한 토크콘서트가 이어졌다.
제주센터는 이번 IR에 ▲㈜메가플랜(인공 산란을 이용한 활고등어 대량 생산 기술 개발)과 ▲㈜케어식스(반려동물 생체 신호 측정 기반 맞춤 정보제공 솔루션 개발) 등 2개 기업을 선발해 참여시켰다. 두 기업 모두 투자심사위원으로부터 기술성과 성장 가능성에 대한 긍정적인 평가를 받은 것으로 전해졌다.
제주센터는 자체 운영 중인 창업-BuS 프로그램을 통해 우주·항공, 친환경 에너지, AI·빅데이터 등 기술 기반 스타트업을 발굴하고 있다. 매주 W-JOIN(주간 프로그램)과 매월 M-JOIN(월간 IR)을 통해 유망기업을 선발하며, 최종 선정된 기업에는 전국 연합 IR 무대 참여 기회와 제주센터 투자심사 참여 자격이 제공된다. 이후 성과에 따라 팁스(TIPS) 추천도 검토된다.
창업-BuS 프로그램은 중소벤처기업부가 2023년 도입한 사업으로, 지역 내 유망 딥테크 스타트업을 상시 발굴하고 초기 투자부터 후속 투자까지 연계하는 것을 목표로 한다. 2023년에는 5개 혁신센터가 시범 운영을 통해 총 406개 기업을 발굴했으며, 이 중 110개사가 약 296억 원 규모의 투자를 유치한 바 있다. 올해는 제주를 포함해 강원, 경남 등 3개 센터가 추가돼 총 8개 센터가 참여 중이다.
제주센터는 관련 프로그램에 대한 참여 신청을 공식 홈페이지 사업공고를 통해 상시 접수 중이라고 밝혔다.

Jeju Creative Economy Innovation Center, Startup-BuS National Joint IR Participation
Two promising startups in the province recommended by the Jeju Center for Creative Economy and Innovation (hereinafter referred to as the Jeju Center) participated in the 'Deep Tech AI Conference: 2025 Startup-BuS Joint IR' event held in Pangyo, Gyeonggi-do on April 10 and gave corporate briefings (IR).
This event was hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and co-hosted by the Jeju, Gyeonggi, Gyeongnam, and Ulsan Creative Economy Innovation Centers and the Creative Economy Innovation Center Council. It was organized for the purpose of expanding investment attraction opportunities for deep tech startups and strengthening nationwide cooperation.
The event consisted of three parts. In the first part, global companies introduced overseas expansion strategies for startups through lectures. In the second part, 36 promising companies in the deep tech field recommended by the National Innovation Center participated in a joint IR presentation. In the third part, a talk concert on the topic of generative artificial intelligence (AI) followed.
Jeju Center selected two companies to participate in this IR, namely ▲Megaplan Co., Ltd. (development of mass production technology for live mackerel using artificial spawning) and ▲CareSix Co., Ltd. (development of customized information provision solution based on measurement of pet vital signs). It is reported that both companies received positive evaluations from the investment review committee regarding their technological performance and growth potential.
Jeju Center is discovering technology-based startups in space and aviation, eco-friendly energy, AI and big data through its own startup-BuS program. Promising companies are selected through W-JOIN (weekly program) every week and M-JOIN (monthly IR) every month, and the companies that are finally selected are given the opportunity to participate in the national joint IR stage and the right to participate in the Jeju Center investment review. Afterwards, TIPS recommendations are also reviewed based on performance.
The Startup-BuS program is a project introduced by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups in 2023, and aims to continuously discover promising deep-tech startups in the region and connect them from initial investment to follow-up investment. In 2023, five innovation centers discovered a total of 406 companies through pilot operations, and 110 of them attracted approximately KRW 29.6 billion in investment. This year, three centers, including Jeju, Gangwon, and Gyeongnam, have been added, and a total of eight centers are participating.

济州创造经济革新中心（以下简称济州中心）推荐的两家道内有前途的初创企业于4月10日参加了在京畿道板桥举行的“Deep Tech AI Conference：2025 Startup-BuS Joint IR”活动，并进行了企业说明会（IR）。
本次活动由中小企业和风险投资部主办，由济州、京畿、庆南和蔚山创造经济创新中心和创造经济创新中心理事会联合承办。其成立旨在扩大深度科技初创企业的招商引资机会并加强全国范围的合作。
此次活动由三个部分组成。第1部分通过跨国公司的演讲介绍了初创企业的海外扩张战略，第2部分由国家创新中心推荐的36家深度科技领域有前景的公司参加了联合IR演讲。第三部分接下来是一场关于生成人工智能（AI）主题的脱口秀音乐会。
济州中心选定了▲Megaplan株式会社（开发利用人工产卵的活鲭鱼量产技术）和▲CareSix株式会社（开发基于伴侣动物生命体征测量的定制化信息提供解决方案）两家公司参与本次IR。据报道，两家公司的技术实力和增长潜力都获得了投资审查委员会成员的积极评价。
济州中心正在通过自己的初创企业 BuS 计划发现航天航空、环保能源、人工智能和大数据领域的科技型初创企业。通过每周的W-JOIN（周计划）和每月的M-JOIN（月度IR）选出有潜力的企业，并为最终选出的企业提供参与全国联合IR阶段的机会和参与济州中心投资审查的权利。 TIPS 建议也将根据后续表现进行审查。

Centre d'innovation et d'économie créative de Jeju, participation conjointe nationale Startup-BuS IR
Deux startups prometteuses de la province recommandées par le Centre de Jeju pour l'économie créative et l'innovation (ci-après dénommé le Centre de Jeju) ont participé à l'événement « Deep Tech AI Conference : 2025 Startup-BuS Joint IR » qui s'est tenu à Pangyo, Gyeonggi-do, le 10 avril et ont donné des briefings d'entreprise (IR).
Cet événement a été organisé par le ministère des PME et des startups et conjointement par les centres d'innovation de l'économie créative de Jeju, Gyeonggi, Gyeongnam et Ulsan et le Conseil du centre d'innovation de l'économie créative. Il a été créé pour élargir les opportunités d'attraction d'investissement pour les startups de haute technologie et renforcer la coopération à l'échelle nationale.
L'événement se composait de trois parties. Dans la première partie, les stratégies d'expansion à l'étranger des startups ont été présentées à travers des conférences données par des entreprises mondiales, et dans la deuxième partie, une présentation conjointe IR a été organisée avec la participation de 36 entreprises prometteuses dans le domaine de la deep tech recommandées par le National Innovation Center. La troisième partie a été suivie d'un talk-concert sur le thème de l'intelligence artificielle générative (IA).
Le Centre de Jeju a sélectionné deux entreprises pour participer à cet IR, à savoir ▲Megaplan Co., Ltd. (développement d'une technologie de production de masse pour le maquereau vivant utilisant le frai artificiel) et ▲CareSix Co., Ltd. (développement d'une solution de fourniture d'informations personnalisée basée sur la mesure des signes vitaux des animaux de compagnie). Les deux sociétés auraient reçu des évaluations positives de la part des membres du comité d’examen des investissements concernant leurs prouesses technologiques et leur potentiel de croissance.
Le Jeju Center découvre des startups technologiques dans l'espace et l'aviation, l'énergie écologique, l'IA et le big data grâce à son propre programme de startups BuS. Les entreprises prometteuses sont sélectionnées chaque semaine via W-JOIN (programme hebdomadaire) et chaque mois via M-JOIN (IR mensuel), et les entreprises finalement sélectionnées ont la possibilité de participer à l'étape nationale conjointe IR et le droit de participer à l'examen des investissements du centre de Jeju. Les recommandations du TIPS seront également revues en fonction des performances ultérieures.
Le programme Startup-BuS est un projet lancé par le ministère des PME et des Startups en 2023, et vise à découvrir en permanence des startups deep-tech prometteuses dans la région et à les relier de l'investissement initial à l'investissement de suivi. En 2023, cinq centres d'innovation ont découvert un total de 406 entreprises grâce à des opérations pilotes, et 110 d'entre elles ont attiré des investissements d'une valeur d'environ 29,6 milliards de KRW. Cette année, trois centres supplémentaires, dont Jeju, Gangwon et Gyeongnam, participent, portant le nombre total de centres à huit.
Le Jeju Center a annoncé qu'il acceptait en permanence les candidatures pour participer à des programmes connexes via l'annonce commerciale sur son site Web officiel.
