한국여성벤처협회(회장 윤미옥)는 17일 엘타워 별관(서울 서초구)에서 ‘2024년 예비창업패키지 여성특화분야 선배기업 브릿지 네트워킹 데이’를 성황리에 개최했다고 20일 밝혔다.
이번 행사는 예비 창업자들과 선배 여성 벤처 기업인들이 한자리에 모여, 창업과 사업화 과정에서 겪는 어려움을 공유하고 해결책을 모색하기 위해 마련됐다.
‘선배기업 브릿지 네트워킹 데이’는 선배 여성 벤처 기업인과 여성 창업자 간 밀착 네트워킹을 통해 비즈니스 노하우 전수 및 사업화 과정 애로 해소를 지원하는 프로그램이다. 행사에는 여성벤처기업 및 여성 스타트업 등 50여 명이 참석했다.
행사는 ‘화인코리아 코퍼레이션’ 박성희 대표와 ‘㈜포디랜드’ 양효숙 대표의 기업 성장 이야기 및 창업기업들을 위한 조언으로 문을 열었다. 두 대표는 각자의 기업 성장 경험을 공유하며 창업자들에게 실질적인 팁과 인사이트를 제공했다.
또한 행사는 네트워킹을 중심으로 진행되었으며, 그룹멘토링과 1:1 멘토링을 통해 자유롭게 의견을 교환하며 유용한 정보를 나누었다. 창업기업과 선배기업 간 협업 가능성에 대한 논의도 이루어져, 실제적인 파트너십을 위한 기회가 창출되었다.
한국여성벤처협회 관계자는 “이번 프로그램은 창업자들이 사업을 운영하면서 겪는 어려움을 해소하고, 선배 기업인들의 경험과 지혜를 배울 수 있는 중요한 기회가 되었다”며 “여성 창업자들이 창업 초기의 난관을 극복하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있도록 지속적인 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 전했다.
참석자들 역시 이번 행사를 통해 큰 성과를 얻었다고 밝혔다. ‘헤이알펀’의 장효민 대표는 “이번 프로그램을 통해 창업 초기에 마주하는 여러 어려움을 극복할 구체적인 방향성을 얻었으며, 멘토 선배들과의 대화를 통해 ‘나도 할 수 있다’는 자신감을 얻을 수 있었다”고 말했다.
또한 ‘연빗’의 김청애 대표는 “선배 기업들의 경험담과 조언을 통해 불확실성에 대비하는 방법 및 성장 방향을 모색할 수 있었으며, 여성 창업자들이 성장할 수 있는 뜻깊은 시간이 되었다”고 전했다.
