Habitat Chef Knife is a kitchen knife made from NASA(US National Aeronautics and Space Administration)-tested metal ally to maintain a sharp edge. The manufacturer points the kitchen knife’s sharpness to be the most critical attribute. The knife can retain its blade’s sharpness longer than other knives. They designed the knife’s blade to stay sharp 5 times longer than other knives.
The edge is made with patented alloy. It was developed by Caltech and tested by NASA. The alloy is twice as strong as titanium and maintains the sharp edge longer.
The other most critical attribute of the knife is its durability and sharpness, which allows the knife to handle any ingredient from meat to vegetable. There are three types of the knife and each knife is priced under $100. The manufacturer has raised money for a previous project from Kickstarter, an online crowdfunding platform.
