HAPPY MOONDAY Inc. attracted investment of KRW 500 million.
HAPPY MOONDAY Inc., the female healthcare company, said on 10th that they will receive government supporting fund of KRW 500 million for the purpose of developing health care service during menstruation period as the company was selected as TIPS, Tech Incubator Program For Startups.
TIPS refers a private-driven technology-based Start-up support program run by the government, finding and investing in technologically advanced companies with higher possibility of expanding business to the global market. HAPPY MOONDAY Inc. was recommended by Ministry of SMEs and Startups in March and went through documents reviews and interviews to receive government fund as well as private fund from SpringCamp, the operator of TIPS.
HAPPY MOONDAY Inc., the company launched last year, operates regular delivery service of the number 1 organic sanitary pads. With the fund received, the company plans to develop technology of matching personalized health contents in gynecology by predicting ovulation day using AI (Artificial Intelligence).
