Linkshops announced that they will introduce a same day delivery service in Seoul and Kyunggi province.
Linkshops is a start-up company, providing a clothing purchase service in Dongdaemun. The company started providing a same day delivery service in Gyeongnam and Chungcheong-do starting from November last year. The number of customers is on the rise, up by at least 30% every month and 80% of orders made in Gyeongnam province are shipped the same day, according to the company. Under the circumstances, the company decided to expand the same day delivery service to Seoul and Kyunggi province where demand for the service is huge.
The same day delivery service in Seoul and Kyunggi province will be carried out with cooperation with CJ Logistics. With a delivery charge of 5,500 won on the app or web page of Linkshops, the order item will be delivered from wholesalers on the next day regardless quantity of order.
“Based on the experiences over half a year, we could understand customer needs, expanding the service”, said Seo Kyung-mi, CEO of Linkshops. She also added that the company aims to provide the same day delivery service across the country next year, with a start in Honam province within this year.
