PlayCoin has launched the PlayShop service.
PlayShop is a service that aims to bring cryptocurrency into our daily lives by enabling coupon payments with PlayCoins. Focusing on the life service industry including Starbucks and other cafes, dessert cafes, bakeries, and convenient stores, users can buy product coupons with PlayCoins and exchange them for real products at stores. PlayShop is available via the QBAO platform.
Chief Executive Kim Ho-gwang emphasized that the usage of PlayCoins will increase in our daily lives by saying, “PlayShop is part of the PlayCoin ecosystem, and even without credit cards or cash you can purchase products anywhere with just an electronic wallet and PlayCoins.”
Meanwhile, upon the official launch of the PlayShop, PlayCoin said that various benefits, including PlayCoins themselves, will be provided to participants of a promotion targeting new members.
