Takeaway Nation will open an O2O physical store to bring together famous takeaway shop kitchens.
Takeaway Nation announced on the 27th that it will open a Takeaway Nation Kitchen in Seoul’s Gangnam District Yeoksam Dong to send famous Itaewon delicacies to the Gangnam area.
Takeaway Nation Kitchen is an O2O kitchen which combines many delicacy food shops and sends them to homes or offices through Takeaway Nation drivers, at any time. In order to provide prepared or semi-prepared food to the chain store, the central kitchen is integrated into the takeaway model similar to the “Hub-and-Spoke” model that brings goods together in the regional center for sale and distribution.

The difference between the current takeaway shop model and this is that restaurant chefs and staff are part of Takeaway Nation and they will receive orders and send food immediately via Takeaway Nation drivers to save time, and you can also enjoy the same taste as if you were eating at a store.
For restaurants, being gathered together not only saves rental costs but also results in closer proximity to the customer.
